First experience went great, the guys were friendly, helpful, and communicative. I paid for the ceramic with lifetime warranty, waited about two hours and it came out looking correct, and I left them a great review. But I have no clue what I did to them to be treated the way I was on the second visit. A couple weeks later every window started to bubble. I reached back out to Victor and asked to get it warrantied, they setup an appt for two weeks out at 10:00am. The day of, I got there a few min early. 5 minutes past, shop is still locked/closed. Called Victor at (woke him up) and he said he's on his way. Texted me 20 minutes later saying "sorry traffic", will be there in 15, and kept me waiting in the parking lot till like 11. I asked them if they could add in the windshield tint on top of fixing the existing tint they did. Victor agreed and told me to come back at 1pm. At 1230 he text me saying it was done but that "the car needs more time to bake to make sure everything is good" (wtf?) and he parked it outside to sit in the sun, he'd call me when it's ready. Unfortunately I can see my car from my phone and it never moved, so that was a straight up lie. So another hour later I asked him if I can take it home and he tells me it still needs more "time to dry". I head back to the shop to see that my car is still inside, doors open, Victor nowhere to be found, only some dude working on another car. I asked Victor why the car was still inside and he said "they brought it back in because it needs to kool down" (lied again, app showed car never moved after 11) , and wants me to wait another hour. I told him no and that I want to pay for the work and leave. 2pm rolls around and Victor finally gets back to his shop, I asked him to charge me for the front windshield so I can leave - and just as the other guy is pulling my car up with no tint on the windshield Victor tells me "oh yeah we didn't have time to do the front windshield". I think that was lie like #4 or something. As pissed as I was, I didn't say anything just took my keys and left. The irony is now all the windows have more bubbling than when they first did it. The worst part is that this dude B/S'd me so hard all day that I can't even be sure I left there with the same tint I paid for, or if they just "fixed it" with one of the lower tier options. Bottom line is this guy is not trustworthy, and if he's the one working on the windows - he's not a professional either. I can't leave my car with someone like that, and now I'm out $400 with tint that still needs replacement. read more

I love when I can get whatever service I am looking for, to come to me. I started looking through Yelp for a mobile tint installer and came across Victors. I called and asked some questions and scheduled an appointment. The day of appointment, his schedule was running a little behind so we had to reschedule, but I was only available on a Sunday and he was the only one to accommodate. No one does mobile tinting on a Sunday. Victor came and did the install in about an hour and a half. I got 3% on all windows and sunroof. Victor cleaned up as he went so there was never any mess. I gave 5 stars for communication, customer service and quality of work. We are constantly trading in our cars, anywhere from a year to 3 years and we will use this service again. read more

Quick story: I own a business that rents out a warehouse right next to Luminosity tinting. The first time I met the business owner (Victor), I asked to borrow his screwdriver because I have forgotten mine and he was generous to have let me borrow his. I then proceeded to ask him what he does for a living. As soon as I heard window tinting, I asked him to quote me a price. I dont know much about tinting so I started asking him questions and he was very informative. During the week while I was deciding which tint to get, Victor was quick to respond to all my messages. He gave me a really good deal that I couldnt say no to so alas, we scheduled an appointment and took my car in to lose its window virginity. Victor told me the process would take about 3-4 hours to complete. I couldnt stay and wait for them to finish because I had to go back to work so I trusted them with my keys, left my car with them, took my other truck to work and then waited for them to message me when the job was done. (I know I said this was going to be a quick story but I'm almost done so bear with me here) Four hours later they messaged me while I was on lunch saying the job was done. I was so excited that i didnt even finish my ramen noodles. I drove myself to their shop immediately and when I got there I saw my car chilling outside getting a sun tan with these nice beautiful tinted windows. My car was returned to me untampered, and nothing was stolen. A couple things i look for in a business is: 1. Trust 2. Quality 3.
