Came here to get my SUV satin wrapped and tail lights tinted. Ruben was very knowledgeable and very patient with me (I was a little indecisive and kind of picky). The end product was amazing. What was equally amazing was his customer service: He sent me pictures throughout the process when he could because I'm nosy and asked, which is alr really kind of him. Additionally, I ran into an issue (not his fault) with air bubbles forming in my tints (rainy weather condition, etc). I texted Ruben about it and he responded promptly, we booked a time the next day and he fixed it day of. Overall, you're not just paying for the great workmanship and the great results, but you're also paying for care/good customer service even after the fact! I was looking to get my windows tinted asap, and Ruben was able to schedule me in the next morning (a Saturday). He was very responsive and was patient with me when I wasn't sure what tint to put on my new car. When I finally decided what I wanted, he explained to me that because the Tesla's back window was extra large, he may have to put a seam in halfway through because he didn't think he had the size needed in the tint I wanted. A half hour later he called and let me know he actually did have the size needed, and he could do it with no seam for a bit added price. I was grateful and willing to pay extra to not have a seam on the window! Price was very reasonable, considering how much of a pain that back window is and he did it all himself! I needed tint on my vehicle before a last minute, multiple day trip to the California/Nevada/Arizona desert. I was referred to KB tint in Chino by a friend. KB in Chino couldn't fit me in with only a two-day notice, however they referred me to KB tint in Walnut. I called and spoke with Ruben, who gave me a quote and told me he could do the work on Saturday morning. The existing tint was removed from the 2 front windows, and new tint was applied. A windshield strip was also applied, and all was done in under an hour. This was great service, especially on such short notice.
