It was just too good to be true. I had a crack from debris that came out of a flatbed truck. The crack moved quickly, growing about an inch a day. The crack reached the top edge of the windshield after a few days so I had to get it replaced immediately. Initial communication was fast and easy. Doctor Auto Glass made assurances and and gave me a fantastic quote. (I communicated with 5 other places and the pricing just couldn't compare. Doctor Auto Glass was 30-50% lower than the other quotes for an aftermarket replacement and calibration.) I made an appointment for the next morning and was told it would take about 90 minutes. As soon as I pulled in and got out of the car, they confirmed my appointment and four guys descended on my car to start immediately. It was all done in just over 30 minutes. (And the place was packed with other customers.) They honored the fantastic quote, they replaced it in less than half the time that was estimated... The price was so good and it was all done so fast, I couldn't help but be skeptical. It really was just too good to be true. I've since been able to test the calibration on the windshield and have gotten a carwash and there are zero issues. It's been a month and the windshield is perfect. I could not be happier or more thankful to everyone at Doctor Auto Glass. HIGHLY highly recommend!!!

I came here two years ago originally to get my side windows tinted for the first time, and they carefully explained to me my options and how it works. It took them less than 2 hours . Now, I recently had a problem with the tint on one of my windows due to issues my car has, being in the sun so much, and they fixed it right up within 20 minutes and even cleaned up the rest of my windows (which were very dirty) for no extra charge. I offered to tip but was immediately rejected and told that I am a valued customer and a tip was unnecessary. These guys value their customers and take pride in their work. All the previous reviews go to prove that. I've already recommended people in my family to get their tints here, and 1-2 years later, no problems whatsoever. So I told him that I had called a window shop on facebook marketplace located close by and they said my window was a special order and it wasn't Milgard he then said it would be ready in 2 days for $280 I then walked in to the Milgard shop I gave him the measurements and he pointed out a Milgard window in the show room that it would look like. I gave him the total amount he quoted me which was $60 dollars more than the other none Milgard brand. He said he could have done within one week because he does a lot of business with special orders and bulk amounts of windows. Two weeks later nothing no call nothing. I called him and he seriously for got to order my window. He called me back the next day and said the window will be ready in 2 days. I picked up the window without looking for the Milgard logo as it was wrapped up and I had my handy man waiting at my house ready to install it.. After my guy installed it, I then proceeded to notice it wasn't a Milgard window. I called him back and he said I never ordered a Milgard window..and to show him the receipt when he never gave me one. Why would I go through all that trouble to go to a Milgard window shop and pay more. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.. I see why him and his brother had a falling out and went their separate ways.. He lies, greed and and a good faith hand shake on a deal is worthless... As you can see this window doesn't have the Milgard logos or the made on date warranty numbers on it... Again check all your windows as he might sneak in a cheaper window.

DONT TRUST THIS MAN OR COMPANY!!!…read more Let me start by saying the owner Tony had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE when he was trying to get my business. He was responsive and very friendly and flexible. This is why I decided to go with him. I was promised a working part and when it was installed, it wasn't what was promised. My first mistake was I was too nice and just paid for the incorrect part, but after realizing this isn't what was promised and quoted, I decided to let him know this wasn't right. I proceeded to have to find and purchase the new correct part on my own, pay for this new part (after paying for the first one) and Tony would install it and get a refund on the first part back to me. Still being easy going and just wanting my mirror fixed, I did it. Now, this is where the shit hit the fan and Tony became the shady business owner. It has been over 2 months and he has yet to refund me for the original part I paid for. I've reached out to him numerous times and that fast and quick customer service is GONE. I've gotten $200 here and $200 there and I am still due $239!!! I'm very patient and kind but this MF'er has pushed me to the limits. It's been over 2 months and I'm still not made whole. I have a BBB investigation appointment coming up, and currently inquiring about seeking legal action. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR COMPANY!!!!
