I still can't believe how easy they made this for me. I've waited about a month to post this review JUST to make sure the replacement windshield really has no issues. It was just too good to be true. I had a crack from debris that came out of a flatbed truck. The crack moved quickly, growing about an inch a day. The crack reached the top edge of the windshield after a few days so I had to get it replaced immediately. Initial communication was fast and easy. Doctor Auto Glass made assurances and and gave me a fantastic quote. (I communicated with 5 other places and the pricing just couldn't compare. Doctor Auto Glass was 30-50% lower than the other quotes for an aftermarket replacement and calibration.) I made an appointment for the next morning and was told it would take about 90 minutes. As soon as I pulled in and got out of the car, they confirmed my appointment and four guys descended on my car to start immediately. It was all done in just over 30 minutes. (And the place was packed with other customers.) They honored the fantastic quote, they replaced it in less than half the time that was estimated... The price was so good and it was all done so fast, I couldn't help but be skeptical. It really was just too good to be true. I've since been able to test the calibration on the windshield and have gotten a carwash and there are zero issues. It's been a month and the windshield is perfect. I chose this shop for my window replacement because of the services that Cristina mentioned on her msg. Quick response from her even when I sent her a late msg. The shop was really busy, but there's a sitting room where customers can wait. They quoted me for 2 hours service, but we were done less than 2 hours. I messaged quite a few vendors across Yelp to get quotes for a 2019 Rav4 and their quotes were about $100-$200 lower compared to other vendors for high quality aftermarket windshield replacement. I feel rest assured that there is a life time warranty policy in place if there are any issues with how the windshield had been attached such as leakage, glass damage and sensor issues. Bonus, my windshield is made in USA. I booked an appointment, went on a Saturday morning and dropped off my car keys with them right when they opened! You have the option to wait but they have a small reception area around 5-6 chairs and it gets full quick due to other customers waiting for their car to get serviced. My 2022 Honda Civic has Honda Sensing (smart system) that requires windshield calibration. Amazing place! It's located a bit far; think south Arcadia, heading towards El Monte. I had an emergency glass repair for my car and after communicating on Yelp and text message, they were able to get me in immediately. I dropped off my car and they were done with it within a few hours. I paid extra to have the tint installed because I often have kids in my backseat. Super nice and very professional. A cracked windshield is one of those super annoying things that can happen while out on the wild wild roads of Southern California. When I realized the crack was going to require a full windshield replacement, I had hopes it would be covered by dealer warranty. (New car) It was NOT covered by the dealer warranty, surprise surprise. My next goal was to find a quality shop who could do the job on a new model year car while not compromising the OEM feel of a new car. Doctor Auto Glass is who I went with and it was a good experience. I now have the new OEM windshield installed and it has been a few days and I washed my car yesterday and no leaks or issues. The only downside is that I had tint on my front windshield that I lose by replacing the windshield along with my Fast Track transponder sticker, but obviously not any fault of Doctor Auto Glass, just a pain point in general for replacing windshield to consider. The shop did great work in a reasonable amount of time and you can be in and out in the same day within a few hours. When I first arrived I saw a good amount of vehicles waiting to be serviced so pulling in, let the staff guide you where to park as it can fill up. I thought with all the vehicles ahead of me it might be an "all day" type of situation, but it was not and they stuck to the original quoted time frame. Excellent service and honest pricing. I own a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. After a rock hit my windshield, a long crack developed and I needed a replacement. I contacted several auto glass companies and found that most quotes were significantly higher than what Doctor Auto Glass offered. From the beginning, they answered all of my questions clearly. They explained the difference between OEM and aftermarket glass, confirmed the use of FYG (Fuyao) glass, included ADAS calibration, offered a calibration report, and provided a lifetime workmanship warranty. They installed a new FYG Acoustic windshield, performed the ADAS calibration in-house, and provided a calibration report showing the calibration was completed successfully. All Toyota Safety Sense features are working properly and there are no warning lights or system errors. My total cost was about $480 paid by card. The entire process was smooth, professional, and transparent from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, communication, and overall value. Living in LA, I've had my car windows smashed. Once while it was left parked, on a hike up Azusa (the audacity, they stole my garage remote and some change). A few times in LA, just leaving it parked on the street, like around Arts District and Little Tokyo (nothing of consequence was taken). Then a random rock cracking the windshield while driving down the 10 freeway. I've come to Doctor Auto Glass for my driver's side window, passenger window, and the windshield. And in every case, the cost was affordable, and the service was fairly efficient. Like for the windshield, the breakdown came to $120 for the windshield part, and $100 dollars for labor to install it. Even though I was quoted about an hour to get the job done, I would say give yourself about an hour and a half or two hours if you're on a tight schedule, and to account of them being busy working on other cars head of you. I've been through Safelite before. Yeah, Safelite repair, Safelite replace, but they're the ace when it comes to raping you on price - and this was going through my insurance. And the power window was a bit wonky on rainy days, when Safelite installed it. So yes, during those unlucky times, I come back to Doctor Auto Glass. Good work, good service, good price. Doctor Auto Glass made what could have been a stressful repair surprisingly easy. I had a large crack in the windshield of my Tesla Model 3 and reached out to them by text. They responded quickly with a very competitive quote, which was a great start. The process was smooth from there. I dropped the car off and the replacement was completed the same day. They even sent a text to let me know as soon as it was ready, which made pickup really convenient. Overall the work was done quickly and the new windshield looks great. My only small critique is that the inside headliner had a few dirty fingerprints left behind after the installation. I went with Doctor Auto Glass because of not only its friendly affordable price and lifetime warranty, but also, their reputation. They even responded back to me after-hours and were the first. I had a cracked front windshield on my car that needed to be replaced. Robert and his team helped me with this. I waited for about 90 minutes in the store as they fixing my car, and they were able to get me out in under 2 hours. The quote they provided me also includes calibration, labor, parts, and lifetime warranty. They also offer mobile services, but I opted to come in. The shop is very tight-spaced and is located right off a major street (Live Oak Ave) in Arcadia. Parking may look claustrophobic but just park your car up and they'll take care of the rest once you hand them the keys. After they're done, you'll have to back your car out onto the street. I suggest waiting for the red light as there's tons of cars coming by. I got a chip on my windshield (350Z), and I brought it here ASAP so it doesn't spread. I came just after they opened, maybe around 8:00 AM. I was one of the first cars, and I was in/out around 30 minutes. I believe I paid $50 for the chip repair. This was my first time going to a shop to fix a chip. For chips in my windshields on my cars, I've been repairing them myself with the DIY kits they sell. This time, I decided to go to a "professional" so the outcome would be better, potentially--it's not like I had any issues with the repairs myself, the cracks never spread, but I just wanted to give a pro a try to see the difference. One thing I noticed is that the chip I had on my 350Z did not get any smaller. Usually, when I fix the chips myself on my other cars, the resin fills up most of the crack. I understand that it's not supposed to repair the chips/crack 100% because you can always still see a little bit of the outline of the chip, but its main goal is to prevent the cracking. The reason why I gave a 4-star instead of 5 is that I don't know if the efficacy of the repair has anything to do with the chip/crack getting filled visually. The repaired chip looks exactly same as before, when it wasn't repaired--this is the main concern. I attached a picture of the repair for now, and I will update this review at a later time after I drive my car more to see if it spreads or not. The only problem is that I only put about 500-1000 miles on my 350Z yearly, so I may never know if it was a good repair or not. If this were my daily driver (which I put 25,000 mi/year), it would really put the repair to the test, since everyday driving conditions vary--bumps, temperature changes, and other factors. But for now, it seems okay, so I'm happy. I'll update this review in a year or so to see how good the repair holds up. read more

Man! I am beyond satisfied with Doctor Auto Glass and the amazing service they provided. I drove away a very happy customer. Last Friday, my hubby accidentally broke my windshield with his Ray-Bans (that's another story ). Since we were paying out of pocket, he started calling around for quotes. We called Doctor Auto Glass first, but it went straight to voicemail. He left a message, and shortly after, they texted saying they were on another call and would call back -- which they did. Meanwhile, we called Safelite. They quoted nearly $900 because of the sensor and calibration, and they didn't even have my windshield in stock until Tuesday. Another place in Pasadena quoted $710 and was appointment-only, with availability not until Tuesday as well. Then Doctor Auto Glass called back. After hearing what happened, they quoted us $320 -- including the sensor and calibration -- and could fit us in Saturday at 9 AM. I was one happy wife at that point! We arrived at 8:45 AM and were greeted right away. The gentleman even cracked a joke after hearing our story. We dropped off the car and went up the street for breakfast. By the time we finished (around 9:45 AM), my car was DONE. It's been five days now, it rained on Wednesday, and not a single drop of water came inside my car.
