Patrick came out to my house to replace the front windshield of my Volvo S40 because of a large crack. Ok so he is good. Only thing is he didn't show up ontime. He was earlier but this made a big difference in my mood that day. It's Sat ... with an early morning appt... but it just got earlier....eeek. But put that aside and he did a great job. Price is comparable but quality is still yet to know. This review seems so insignficant compared to the 40 other 5-star reviews, but it has to be done, and is well-deserved. Patrick was so marvelous today! Granted, I've never had my window smashed in nor car burglarized, so I have no idea what good service is, but the excellent yelp reviews set me up for high expectations for window repair..and thosse expectations were definitely exceeded. First off, Patrick was VERY accomodating, as I had no idea what my make/model/year was and we had to play phone tag for 2 hours before we were able to set up a same day appointment time. He drove out to our place, got started and was done within 40 minutes. I didn't know what anyone was talking about in their reviews when they mentioned Patrick to be meticulous, but he REALLY is. He leaves no piece of broken glass, no tiny shards in your cushions, and embarrassingly, no unturned spare heels, gym shoes, and flip flops lying on the floor of your car... This is definitely more than your typical window repair I think. Patrick was even kind enough to wash all my windows, not just the one that was broken! (yes, all in 40 minutes) By the time he was finishing the last few swipes of window cleaner on my back windshield, I was happily coughing up the $200 that it cost to fix my tiny backseat window (pricey for a non pricey car, I suppose). I told myself that I would try someone else if he didn't call back within the hour, and sure enough, he did. He was at my location 2 hours later! Patrick is an outstanding guy who does great work. He began working upon arrival and was incredibly meticulous while working (I say this because my car was filthy at the time he came, but Patrick took the time to make sure that all the crevices around the working area were cleaned and clear of any debris). It took him approximately 1.5 hours to complete my windshield replacement. He even took the time to answer all the questions I had in regards to the replacement process - I had a lot of questions. Initially, I was worried that there may be damage caused to my car's rain sensor and temperature sensor that are attached to the windshield, but Patrick was able to remove them without an issue. He did a clean installation job. The glass that Strictly Auto Glass provided me was produced by an American company called Pilkington. He also informed me that he uses PPG glass; so, for all of you who need PPG glass and have sensors located on the windshield, you can make sure to contact Patrick as well! Another great thing is that Strictly Auto Glass offers lifetime warranty for the work that is done and will also provide free repairs to any rock chips in the windshields that he replaces. Patrick is truly a professional. I've been meaning to fix my windshield for a very long time. My wife finally called Patrick after seeing his truck drive around the neighborhood. It appears that he goes to many of the car dealerships around the area to replace their glass. So I called him and made an appointment for 9AM the previous day. Patrick showed up exactly at 9AM the day of the appointment. I like punctuality and I appreciate others who do to, especially when it's a service i'm paying for. I needed to replace the windshield on my BMW and was concern for the quality of the glass. Not a problem, he replaced it with an aftermarket German made glass oppose to the China made one. Awesome! The glass didn't have any distortions and looked just like it did before. There's really no need to buy OEM glass since BMW doesn't make their own glass anyways. Opting for the aftermarket saved me more than half the price. The job took about an hour like he said. His craftsmanship is excellent. Neat and Clean! I told him that my liner was coming apart at the pillars and he went into the back of his truck to get some adhesive and helped me seal everything back at no charge. He was very patient and efficient. What sold me over was the extra warranty from his glass. Whatever problems I have after the glass installation, he'll help me repair. Great Job! read more

First of all, I can't stand it when a person does a half-ass job and not take their work seriously when it comes down to it. Patrick, however, was really professional and I really appreciate how he works in a timely manner.
