Wow... I have never been treated as a liar before. I got a little chip in my windshield and I needed some repair. I found this place in yelp. I get here and I was explaining to this person how it happened. This happened yesterday as I was driving from work I heard, felt and saw a small rock hitting my windshield. I brought my car to this place in less than a day. He started saying that someone had already repaired it, this was already fixed, this happened along time ago maybe when I bought it ( umm I bought it in 2024), he started saying so many things and I was in shock. I told him I was not lying, I'm not a liar. NO ONE has touched my car for any repairs yet. I told him this happened yesterday and he kept on going saying someone already "repaired" it insinuating maybe they couldn't fix it and that's why I'm bringing it here. I understood he was not believing me so I politely declined any services and I wanted to leave. He kept saying all these stuff and I kept saying I was not lying. I left so upset. I didn't understand why I was being treated like this. I will never come back here. read more

Fernando at D&R Auto Glass is amazing! I just found a couple of small pits in the front windshield of my newly purchased CPO BMW and was scared they would develop into larger cracks. I called Fernando at D&R and he told me to bring it right in so he could take a look. Once I got there he carefully looked at the pits and told me there was nothing to worry about -- they weren't deep enough to cause future problems. I was in and out in 5 minutes and I'll sleep better tonight knowing they aren't a big deal. Will use Fernando if I ever need glass repairs in the future! read more

Two windshields and one rock repair this year, each time the service was reasonably quick and affordable. Recommended.

Great service and friendly! Sadly, I've had to use their services a few times with rocks hitting my windshield over the years. They're always honest about repairing or replacing or if nothing needs to be done. Recommend checking here before other overpriced windshield repair shops read more

Earlier this month I accidentally cracked one of my side view mirrors by hitting a cement pole in a parking structure due to the tight spot & misjudgment on relative position of my car. I didn't wait too long and made a call to D & R Auto Glass within the next 24 hours. The staff gave a me an enticing quote (less than $50) for the service AND the parts, so I immediately booked a same-day appointment. Two hours later I stopped by the shop and the gentleman only took 20 minutes to fix my side view mirror. I was able to stay in the car with my windows rolled up during this entire time too. I still couldn't believe how quickly he fixed the mirror - another 5-star service from D & R Auto Glass! read more

I've had them reseal a windshield and replace a broken window on two separate occasions. They are honest, quick, and they have good prices. The work is well done and no problems. All in all a great experience every time. They are polite and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Great price and great quality. Very affordable and the job was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Choose this place because of yelp reviews. Called Wednesday and got an appt 2 days later for my front windshield. I have been lagging on get my windshield fixed for a year now because if I see one bad yelp review, I'm like nope. #OverprotectiveCarMom Service: I was told 1.5 hrs. I waited for my car there, and it was finished within an hour. They share a waiting area with Sullivan around the corner so you can't see your car getting fixed. Not sure how the inside waiting area was because I had a phone call and stayed under the sun umbrellas. I'm happy it's fixed and everything seems to be good so far. I'm glad I went, thank you! Location: Their shop is behind Sullivan's so you can't see their business from Colorado. Use this address 2785 Thompson Alley, Pasadena, Ca read more

Marco and Fernando are the best!!! This is definitely a mom and pop shop... but with services of any veteran mechanic place! Was greeted so extremely well when I walked in! They walked me through different options, didn't push any prices... and even suggested I take a few days and look around at other shops. It says a lot about their business and integrity to find the BEST FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! I ended up fixing my windshield here! Great service, great conversation, and great energy!! --please see attached pictures! read more

If you're looking for glass repair or replacement look no further than this shop! Fernando did an excellent job of replacing our SUV's passenger window glass. It was done within an hour and at a great price. Before the work was completed my communication with the front desk was extremely clear and helpful. They were able to find the exact glass I needed within hours and allowed me to setup an appointment that day. Great work D&R! read more

My mom's rear window broke and I recommended her to this place. I was not sure if D&R (Mr. Dario) was still working out of the same place, so I looked him up here on Yelp. He is now just around the corner from where he was 10+ years ago. He did a great job and as I remember, she said the customer service was great. Thank you D&R Auto Glass! read more

I had just returned from a trip from Joshua Tree when my wife and I noticed a hairline crack on my 2011 Volkswagen GTI windshield. After a few hours, it had spread several inches so we decided this had to be fixed promptly. I found this family-owned business and with great reviews, decided to give it a try. I met Marco and he quickly put in the order for the windshield and it arrived the very next day. His younger brother, Fernando, installed the windshield quickly and I was on my way. I have to say - I seriously don't think you'll find better prices elsewhere. Give this place a try if you want quality work without any hassles! Thank you for all the help D & R! read more

I have had two windshield replacements with this business. They are independently run and give you honesty in what they can and cannot do. Prices are good and the staff is very helpful. I have had no issues with their work and without question do business with them again. read more

My sister needed a new front windshield due to an ever-growing crack. I found this place based on a reference, and wow was I glad I did! They only charged what they gave as an estimate, which was much lower than what Safelite quoted. And they did an excellent job! I would highly recommend this business! read more

Must have had a small crack from a rock that I didn't notice in my windshield - washed my car and the crack continued around and through the whole windshield. Ugh!!! Dealership quote was around $1,000 - I promptly cried!! (2020 Chevy equinox with ADAS sensor) Stopped by here on a Friday (it's in the back, off of Daisy) They were so nice and friendly! And able to give me an affordable quote and said they would try to get the glass Saturday or Monday. They called back an hour later with good news and an appointment for the next day to install. Don't go to Safelight, go to D&R AutoGlass! Quality OEM GLASS with lifetime warranty! Installed the next day! Support local small businesses! And quality workmanship from people who know what they are doing because they have been doing it for years. Can't teach experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you. read more

Had a crack in my windshield from something that hit it during my drive home and was able to get it quickly replaced. Sadly it was in very low and in the center so I wasn't able to just get it fixed but have the whole windshield replaced. Service was really kind and quick. They really make sure to do a good job and offer great pricing compared to its competitors. They also got the job done quickly. Really good experience during a not so fun time of having to spend extra money for something hitting my windshield. read more

Came in after a rock chip in my windshield had been poorly fixed by another place and was starting to spread. D&R auto glass was able to fix it immediately and contain the cracks! Exceptional service and work, will definitely be my go-to auto glass place! read more

Price was great, service was great, glass looks great! It's nice when you have a stressful event like a 2 foot long crack appear on your windshield and have it be resolve with 1 phone call and 1.5 hrs off work. Not bad at all! read more

Called for quote Friday night, made appointment for Saturday morning. This small unassuming shop has been around for almost 20 years and it's family owned and operated. There were three generations there today, so kinda cool and heartwarming. Marco was excellent, he was very open about what he was doing and the risks and benefits involved. I sat in my car and watched as he repaired a tiny, tiny chip in my windshield. Fortunately everything went smoothly and I was back on the road in no time. Fixing a chipped windshield is very similar to getting a tooth filled so it was interesting to watch. Excellent customer service at D&R Auto Glass! read more

I had a stone chip my windshield on the freeway Sunday, and called D&R first thing Monday. Was able to get an appointment later that morning. As others have mentioned, don't be put off by the location and aesthetics --it's a small shop behind a tire store. Fernando did an excellent job in half an hour for a reasonable price. And the work is guaranteed. D&R gave really good service, and the result was even better than I had hoped. I've had chips repaired before and the glass always looked wavy. Not here! read more

Incredible family business solved my cracked windshield in 30 minutes for less than the $75 they quoted me because they couldn't get it as "invisible" as they wanted. They even said they would count it against the price of a replacement windshield if the repair didn't hold because the crack was larger than recomended (I had let it go too long!) But - so far so good. Top notch from the phone call to the service. I had some down time during a job so I really got lucky these guys popped up as the closest place. I really thought I was just going to get some advice popping by with no warning, but I got a whole lot more. read more

My wife's car was leaking water into her cabin space. We thought it was from the sun roof, but were told by our mechanic that it was coming from a gap in the front windshield strip/molding, so we would have to take it to a auto glass place. D & R Glass was great for us. They were very friendly, very thorough in explaining our options (to fix vs replace), very patient in answering our questions, able to take me right away, and were able to finish the job in about 3 hours. Don't let the "hole-in-the-wall" look of the shop scare you off. What the shop lacked in looks was more than made up for it in service and professionalism. In addition, their price to replace the window was roughly half what I would have had to pay a chain like Safelite. I felt like they really wanted to make me happy. They made it very clear that they would be very happy to address any problems that should occur with the new window. Everyone from the woman who took my call, to the manager, to the person who actually did the work were consummate professionals. I will most certainly always refer them to people I know and return to them should I have any other car window needs. read more

Had to replace my entire windshield and they were able to book me within 2 days I called. Waited less than 2 hrs to get replaced - GOOD AS NEW! He said incase anything happens to come back! Friendly team, responsive and quick. read more

Very pleased at every interaction with Marco. My rear windshield's seal has been out for some time so whenever it rained, it poured...into my back seat. I guess it was time since it's a 96 Lexus. Arrived late one afternoon to get an estimate of the work and the price was ideal but he would need assistance from his colleague who wouldn't be in until the next day 11:30a. I understood and brought it in the next day. Marco quoted me an hour and half and was finished quicker than that. Not only am I satisfied with the work done but very appreciative of all the transparency and his hospitality. read more
