My car window wasn't rolling up so I gave Mitchell a call, described the problem, and requested a quote. I was given a price range for the few problems he thought it could be. I showed up at the shop 30 mins later where he was finishing up with another customer. He got to work and had my mirror repaired in about 45 minutes. He even cleaned the window for free because I had used some duct tape to keep it in place temporarily. He charged me exactly what he quoted me over the phone and I was out of there with no issues. It's been two weeks and everything is holding up great. Mitchell is easy to talk to and a very nice guy. I absolutely recommend giving him a call and stopping by if you need some work done. I came to The Glass Tech when my car was broken into and the passenger window was smashed on my 2018 Mercedes Benz C300. There was shattered glass all over the inside of my car also. My boyfriend called a few places and got quotes and The Glass Tech was the easiest to communicate with and offered the best quote. They said they could get it done the same day. We arrived an hour or two after we called and they had the glass for my car ready to go. They said it would only take an hour and a half. We returned an hour and a half later and the job was done just as they said it would be. They also went above and beyond by vacuuming out most of the glass from my car. That gesture really made my day, especially after dealing with the stress of getting my car broken into. I was so happy to have my car restored and cleaned up for me. Thank you so much! read more
