I pulled in to Mike's to see how much they'll charge me to put the class back into my left mirror on August 25. I was personally greeted by Mike the owner, he was very professional, courtesy and may I add handsome lol. The facility was very clean, that tells you about a business owner. He also put a temporary glass in for me. Mike was my lifesaver driving with out a driver mirror was very hard. He ordered the bracelet and glass, he called me on the 26th next day and said it's here. I went the morning of the 27th this only cost $80 when other shops quoted me $205. I recommend Mike's Auto Glass for broken mirrors. Mike has him a customer for life. I'm also referring friends and family. Go him out and let him know Dee sent you. Thank you again Mike Dee (headed to Vegas) read more

Mike's glass was responsive and efficient in setting up the appointment and making the auto glass repair for a great price and clean up of the mess. The only thing... the service repair tech insisted on knowing how the glass was broken. Such a heavy effort they made to discover the details considering there was no insurance involved. Seemed invasive. read more

They fixed my window fast. We'll do business again. Great price and quality wormanship.

Went shopping for a windshield for my 2015 RAV4. There are a lot of places on Alameda. I searched for the better rated places and Mikes came up along with a couple of other locations. One place was shady and wanted almost double. Came next door to Mikes Auto Glass and right away we saw the difference! Clean professional shop! Omar helped me and quoted me a very fair price! Much lower than the neighbor. The wait was about 1 1/2 hrs ,the glass was brought in from a nearby warehouse. I inspected it and it was the same exact windshield . Plus it came with a 3yr warranty. Everyone else only offered 90days. There were a few customers ahead of me , but once it was my turn , the install was done quick. This was a great find! Highly recommend Mikes Auto Glass! read more

Horrible service way overpriced. Glass they use had a ton of scratches and looked like they found it in the junkyard. Guy at the front was extremely rude. On top of that they completely ignore you when you tell them thank you. Terrible service. read more

Never really gone to one of these random windshield spots before, but this place was solid. Mike was cool, super straightforward, and kept me in the loop the whole time. The price he quoted me was exactly what I paid, no hidden fees or anything. I was mainly worried about the sensors after the windshield replacement, but everything looks good so far and I haven't had any issues. Overall, it was an easy, hassle-free experience, and I'd definitely come back if I ever needed another windshield. read more

Came here because my truck got broken into and they shattered one of my windows. Mike's auto glass was top-tier and provided me a quote over the phone and already had the requested window I needed in stock. Nelson and Omar were extremely helpful and got my window repaired in less than 30 minutes. On top of replacing my window with a new one they also tinted the glass to match my other windows without me, asking them to or charging me extra. This place is cash only but has the best prices around so highly recommend coming here for all auto glass repair needs. read more

Mike's Auto Glass was great! I might've been lucky, but the time I went to change the windshield on my car, no one else was there. Omar who helped me gave me a fair quote in relation to all other quotes. They also estimated an hour for removal and installation of a new one and they delivered on that promise. Glass also seems to be very close to oem, so I can't complain. Would recommend. read more

They got the glass I needed and repaired it same day. The guys were great and quick to fix it.

I give this place a 10/10. As a woman, it can be very intimidating to go to places like this alone, especially when you're not very knowledgeable and worry about being taken advantage of. From the moment I called, they went the extra mile to make sure they could fix my side mirror. Their customer service was excellent--they explained the best-case and worst-case scenarios clearly and honestly. As soon as I arrived, they took no more than five minutes to fix my car and completely solved the problem. They were extremely efficient, fast, and professional. I highly recommend them! read more

My 2015 Ford Escape took a couple rocks to the windshield on the freeway, leaving a couple of very visible cracks. Knowing I'd be doing a lot of highway driving, I needed to get this fixed and FAST. I used Yelp to find several local businesses, and did get some very good quotes. However, Mike's Auto Glass was open on Sunday and had availability. The price was very fair, quoted $275 all-in. I called Sunday morning, got an appointment for that afternoon. I had expected to be there for 60 to 90 minutes, bringing an iPad and looking for nearby places to hole up and spend the time. 30 minutes later, they were done. I also noted that there is a Fastrak sticker on the windshield, and they took extra precaution to remove it so it is still useful and I didn't need to order a new one. Great job there! One thing to note - they are CASH ONLY. Thankfully there is a Bank of America across the street, so I lucked out there. Please plan accordingly. read more

I unfortunately discovered my car broken into, right front passenger and rear windshield windows were shattered. All who helped replace my windows were so fast, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Not no half ass job lol Waited about 2 hours for the whole process, they vacuumed all the shatter glass from everywhere and I'm just so happy overall with the service! 100% recommend coming here, I hope I don't get anymore broken windows but they will get my business every time! Contacted a couple businesses on yelp for a quote on a windshield replacement after getting hit with a rock on the freeway. Mike's had a fast response and answered every question I had, and were available the same day I requested the service! I had a great experience with Mike's Auto Glass this past wee. They responded to my yelp message and gave me a reasonable quote. Worked with my limited availability and were quick. Also, able to calibrate the glass so that there were no issues when I returned the lease. Friendly bunch of guys. Although I didn't stay there and wait, they have a waiting area and right across the street were a bunch of shops you can go to while you wait including food options. Definitely recommend them and would return in the future. read more

Great Service! I was very upset about the idiots who attempted to steal my car by breaking my window. I found Mike's Auto Glass on yelp and read great reviews about their business. I waited about an hour as there were some cars ahead of me. However, the workers were efficient, vacuumed/ cleaned up the broken glass as well. Overall it was a great experience. read more

Mike's Auto Glass was a breath of fresh air after receiving my insurance quote with safe flight being over twice as much as the quote they offered me. I was the phone, Mike was very patient understanding. And his team did a wonderful job of repairing my nearly shattered windshield. They came out to my house, which was extremely convenient because I don't think I have driven without the windshield completely collapsing in on me. They even offered to let me pay in payments through Affirm if I was approved with my credit. I'll definitely recommend Mike's to my friends and family. read more
