Aaron was incredibly helpful, communicative, and patient throughout the entire process. He even came out to service my car on a day they were normally closed, keeping me updated every step of the way. He worked with me on the price to replace my damaged windshield, clearly showed me the ADAS calibration he performed on the car, and made payment super easy by accepting credit cards and emailing my receipt immediately. All in all, I am thrilled with the quality of service and would highly recommend Aaron and Black Diamond Auto Glass to anyone! read more

I had a great experience working with Aaron. This was for my aunt's 2021 Toyota Venza and I wanted to make sure everything was done properly, including the camera calibration after the windshield replacement. Aaron was responsive, showed up on time, and handled everything professionally. He replaced the windshield and completed the calibration on site. After the job he sent over the scan and calibration report so we had documentation that everything was completed correctly. The whole process was smooth and the price was fair. It was also really convenient having the work done mobile at my aunt's house. I would definitely recommend Aaron and would use him again if we ever need auto glass work. read more

A perfect service! Someone tried to break into my car and shattered the back door window. That same night, Aaron got back to me with a quote and followed up by text. His responses were clear, fast, and professional, and his estimate was very reasonable compared to four other quotes. The very next morning, he arrived right on time, cleaned up the shattered glass, and replaced the window with a perfect tint match. The entire job took about an hour. His communication, customer service, and workmanship were all excellent, and the window comes with a lifetime warranty. He also accepts Zelle or Venmo, as well as credit cards with a 3% fee. Thank you so much, Aaron!!!! He mentioned that his business is still new and could use the support. I highly recommend his service to anyone! read more

When I discovered my beautiful new 2024 Kona had been broken into I felt so sad and violated. I started calling so many people that had various different pricing. So I decided to sign up for a quote and almost immediately a very professional guy called named Arron called me from Black Diamond Auto Glass Repair. Instead of me having to give him a bunch of questions he bagan telling me everything he could do for me to include a window just like the original one so it would match perfectly. He told me when he could do the work, how long it would take and he gave me a price that was $100 under the others that I spoke to. He said he would arrive at 4pm and it would take 30-40 mins to install and clean up all the broken glass. Arron arrived 5 mins early and finished right on his estimated time. He cleaned and vacuumed the car, leaving it spotless. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLACK DIAMOND. I was please to hear that Arron is also the owner.
