Tuesday night, I was heading out to dinner when somehow a tree came out of nowhere and shattered my truck's windshield while I was reversing to park. This was not how I planned to start my evening but nothing I can do when a tree attacks your car. I called around and sent messages on Yelp trying to get it fixed that same night, but no luck. However, I decided to hire JJ Windshield Repair and Replace because they provided a decent quote AND offered an OEM windshield. The other businesses didn't mention if it was OEM and I figured I would have to pay more money to get the window tinted after it's fixed. With JJ Windshields, I didn't have to worry about that. But when it came down to the time of the appointment, I called a few times and send out a text or two. After an hour and half of our appointment time he showed up and had his little bag for window repair and was a 5 minute job for $80 and he didn't even fix the crack when over the phone he said he can. He said "that will never be fix and it cannot be fix." I saw so many great reviews about how fast and reliable they were. Honestly I was soo disappointed because we made an appointment for the next day, and he never showed up. No call, no show. And when I messaged him about it, he said he was having problems with one of his techs. I thought this was very unprofessional and I was very upset because he pretty much wasted my time.
