I know that if i dont seal or repair the damage quickly, the crack can spread and even extend to the edges of my window. I immedediately called Auto Glass now to set up an appointment for the small chipped damaged, and I was able to get their morning spot for the next day. While driving on the freeway, a rock flew up by a passing truck and hit my windshield causing a small crack. My agent recommended I call Auto Glass Now to see if the repair would be less than a replacement so I called and was able to get into the facility within 15 minutes! It turned out I was able to get the crack repaired and I was really happy with how "clean" windshield looks! The price is great compared to replacing the windshield for such a small crack and if in the future I should ever need to replace my windshield, they will deduct this payment from the replacement costs. I had a small crack in my Honda's windshield from a rock on the highway. They were able to schedule me for two days later and had a promo going on that charged about half of what Safelite down the road would charge. Initially had mixed feelings and now I have negative feeling about this place - overall wouldn't recommend. Initially came in after getting 2 of my windows broken into. They were able to fix it that day which was nice. Initially quoted around $550. I happened to call around and got another quote that was $330 so they dropped the price to $400 and we agreed to have it done there. They told me they were going to use a specific brand and then when I got the car it wasn't that brand which was fine. I realized there was a stain on the glass that couldn't be removed - it looked like it was on the inside. They were kind enough to replace it for free - the first time the glass didn't fit well so I came back a second time. Now my window auto close mechanism doesn't work - it'll roll down halfway after closing. I called and spoke with someone at the main office - she said it might be something I have to check with the dealer about but that they can take a look at it to make sure it fits well. The original store agreed as well. I went back today - spending time and gas to go there after work only to be told that it was definitely a dealer issue and the technician refused to even look at it. So I just wasted my time/effort which made me upset. Definitely watch out for one of the front desk ladies - she has an attitude for sure. I'm not sure why she's working a customer service job. If I could do it again, I'd probably just go with the cheaper place. read more

Had to have my windshield replaced due to a rock hitting it on the freeway. They were recommended by my insurance company. Nobody really wants to bother with this, but if you have to do it, these folks were pleasant to deal with and efficient. My only grumble is that it was about 105 degrees out the day I had my appointment and they were really stingy with their air conditioning. It must have been 85 in their office/waiting area. I had a crack in my front windshield that went the total length oh the glass. I called around to a few windshield repair shops. Found out that my windshield is only a factory part. All Star said they could get it and even contact my insurance company. They got the OK to the job. All I had to pay was the deductible. I got there 20 mins early. 15 mins later the shop opened up. I left my car, walked a few blocks for breakfast. 2 hours I went back and it was all ready. The 2 lady's in the office were super friendly & a joy to talk too. I made an appointment at all star and came at the time of the appointment that they told me to. Upon arriving, I came in and the front lady told me that the people were on lunch and would be back in 15 mins. Then my boyfriend went inside to ask on an update and they had told him that the car that was supposed to have my windshield wasn't there and that they had an original piece and that I should pay for that one instead which was a 600 dollar difference. After I was waiting for the piece to arrive, they called me up again and tried to put the original piece on me again. After, we had explained that we came to this place because it gave us the lowest quote and that another place was offering us lower than the 1400 that they now wanted. There was also a lot of unprofessionalism going around the shop. There was a lot of arguing and bickering in front of customers. They also seemed to cancel a lot of cars appointments because the workers didn't want to work on other cars. Lastly I was there for 3 hours instead of the two hours they had quoted. read more

I had an unfortunate accident where I broke out my back window of my SUV. I called both all star and the other major company. All Star was able to order and install the window very next day. The office staff and techs were wonderful to work with. I would happily refer business to them anytime. Just a note, the other glass company told me it would take two weeks for an install date and they were going to be ordering aftermarket glass and not OEM glass. read more

I had my car broken into on the fourth of July, and was looking up places that might be able to fix my car's window. All Star Glass was the first to get back to me and as such I decided to book service with them. They couldn't get out to me until until the 9th, which was annoying and I regret not cancelling service right there, but the convenience of having them come to my work outweighed that set-back. On the day, the office lady called and told me the 'technician' was running late and would be coming outside of his estimated window. After we talked, they assured me that he would then stick to the original time. The vacuuming was sub-par, as I still find glass in my seat and in parts of the car that are easy to reach. The biggest issue, is the guy showed up with an off color glass. He said he could get the correct Honda glass, but he'd have to order it and go get it. I have no idea how this options was not discussed and offered to me before waiting four hours for him to show up. After installing the window my car battery had died. I don't blame them for the battery, necessarily, because I do think I needed a new battery, but I was not happy with the lack of response from the technician. I guess with the doors open and him using the window motors, the battery became completely drained. I was pretty much stranded in the streets of Frog Town with the guy watching me failing to start my car. I couldn't lower the off-colored window or roll up the other window he had lowered while working. It was also 98 degrees outside, so I was pretty upset. Anyway, my wife ended up eventually coming out to get me with a new battery and I did discover that my window works, but I will never go to them again, and I would not recommend their service when there are other options out there. I called Corp and scheduled this appoint , for a back window , and when I arrived , they had a front windshield . I never received an email, confirming the time nor price . Now all of that was clarified and straightened out. But the lady in the front seriously needs to be trained on customer service...because if a customer disagrees with you , your supposed to stay professional , and calmly explain the remedy .. not get loud and attitudes like a 16 year old girl who has never had a job , and how to act . I bet if her boss was standing there she would have had a different tone. Upon arriving the next day at 12 like she said . I was told that 1 was my appointment time , with me attitude . when I know she said 12 , because while we were discussing the issue she mixed up the time again . I had a fabulous experience with this glass repair place. My windshield was chipped by a flying rock on the 405 and a pretty large crack started developing. I called this place and mentioned the $10 online discount. They set me up for a next day appointment AT MY APARTMENT!!! The customer service was amazing -- they kept me updated on what time the technician would arrive and EVEN added an EXTRA AAA discount on top of my $10 online discount! Amazing!!!! Glue on the rear view mirror of the car melted, causing the mirror to fall off. The dealer where the car was purchased said the whole thing needed to be replaced and would run around $300. Ridiculous! I called my go-to mechanic (Hrant, who is also amazing fyi), and he referred me to All Star Glass. I made an appointment, took the car in, and in 5 minutes they were done re-gluing the rear view mirror back on. It cost a grand total of $10. That's it! These guys are efficient, and their receptionist is very welcoming (both over the phone and in person). If your rear view ever falls off (which is likely in this sweltering weather), go to these guys. Amazing work! I was fiddling with the mirror just minutes after they reattached it, and the mirror was completely secure. They're next to another auto place called Strictly German, which I made the mistake of driving into originally. All Star Glass is a pretty small place, and easily missed. If you're driving on Colorado, turn onto Cook St., and then turn left into the tiny alley that's right after the German shop. read more

They get all car info, model, year, make, even Vin number to bring to correct windshield. the fist time we waited the entire 5 hour time window they gave us, they came after that, with the wrong windshield. waited for nothing, something happened again today. I checked out the reviews prior to checking this place out. I guess there must have been some management change or something like that since the last review. I called information for a windshield repair. I had a tiny crack that could have been easily filled. These people were not willing to do mobile repairs. They were also not even willing to walk half a block to where my car was parked to take a look at the crack. Same day service was out of the question.... jeez....it was like the where going out of their way to chase away business.... pass on this place folks. This place was recommended by my insurance company. What a joke! The chip was definitely smaller than a quarter on the lower passenger side of my windshield. The guy inspected my windshield for 2 seconds and told me it wasn't repairable and immediately gave me the price of a windshield replacement. I know I may look young and naive, but I know when someone's trying to make a couple hundred bucks off of me. I decided to get a second opinion and went to the Safelite Auto Glass down the street. And guess what? They were able to repair it! Thanks, but no thanks All Star Glass. And please stop calling me, I do not need your shady services. read more

Had three occasions where these jokers missed out on my business. Every time had to leave a message because they keep banker's hours, while vandals and thieves tend to break windows which need fixin' early in the morning. They call back a day, maybe two days later with "Whatcha pay for that... Coulda saved you a hundred bucks... Factory glass ain't any better than what we use... " OK, sure. Then the one time I let them fix a broken side vent window, practically had to yell at them to get the new seal to line up right. A year later it was creeping out from under the trim anyway because it just didn't fit as well as the original part. read more

They replaced my windshield 6 months ago. A few weeks ago, I noticed it was cracked again, and since it was under warranty, I made an appointment to get it looked at. They told me they had to determine what caused the crack to decide if it would be under warranty. I was given 4-hour window for them to come and look at my windshield. They never confirmed the appointment. Then, after I called twice, I was told they would be here "closer to the end of the window." They were 5 minutes AFTER the four hour window. Once he was here, the guy tried to tell me a rock broke my window. A rock didn't hit my window, and I don't feel he was being honest with me. I'm very disappointed in their service. If you're looking to get your windshield replaced, I'd think twice about this company. read more

My car's floor was mysteriously getting wet every time it rained or I went through the carwash. The seats were always dry. The car dealer's service department was thoroughly unhelpful. They suggested I try an auto glass place to check for a leak in the windshield. All Star did a water test and determined the exact origin of the problem - clogged sunroof drains. Since they were unable to fix the problem, not being able to access the drains without opening up the roof of the car, they did not charge me anything. Now I can go back to the dealer and tell them how to do their job properly. read more
