Recently, my mom got into a minor fender bender and her Tesla required body work. I brought my Tesla model 3  in for repair the quarter panel on April 10, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the work that was done. . I was told to have my car fixed on April 21 but they texted me that it would not be done till May 5 on April 20 morning . I have no choice but wait. On April 27 they told me my car was ready to pick up then I went to the shop and get my car back without DETAIL INSPECTION.The quarter panel was fixed but unfortunately the rear door check was missing and the rear seat was not mounted yet, so I have to take another half day off to get it fixed.  I believe that the work was not done correctly and does not meet the standards that I expect from a professional auto body shop and I think I was not treated with the respect that I deserved as a paying customer. read more

I was generally ok with my experience at first. Their staff was polite and friendly enough for you the 2 months they had my car (apparently waiting on parts from Tesla). As soon as I picked up my car from the repair shop a notification showed that I needed to replace my low-volt battery! I have only drive 6k miles since June when I got my Model 3 new and according to Tesla this is entirely the fault of the repair shop.. it means someone in service left something open like a door or ran the AC for a long period of time drain the battery like that. When I called Fix Auto as soon as I noticed the notification (less than 5 min after i left). You can tell they wanted to get out of there since I called on Friday and it was like 5:15.. unfortunately there was no accountability on their end.. they said I could bring my car back and they could order me the part but it would take a few more weeks! Oh and I was supposed to go out of town tomorrow and now can't bc I can't get into Tesla for 3 more weeks. So thanks for that Fix Auto! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Avoid this place. I was trying to get a real full quote. After a lot of back and forth I was scheduled to bring the car in, for them to take the car apart and put back together for a $500 fee. Now they don't want to do that because they are saying if the take it apart they won't be able to get me the car the same. (Very bad) I only have scratches, I'm only in for paint. I mentioned I need the quote and time frame because I don't have renters insurance. I can go on how bad they been but honestly I don't know why insurance companies choose to use them. A few problems like the window didn't roll up correctly, door doesn't close on one moderate push like use to, couple of molding under the door didn't get replaced, and were pretty lose! I mean I asked Diana about replacing those cushions for the door, I went and brought from a Toyota dealership, they only cost 6 dollars for two, yet all I get is a straight up no, I mean a 6500 dollar repair and I am paying 500 deductible, you can't even replace those cushions? The owner also said no replacing any of the bolts of the door they are fixing unless I am willing to pay out of my own pocket, never again I will bring my vehicle to this place for any future repair! They messed up my car's electrical system (multiple failed sensors and actuators) and then refused to take responsibility for fixing it. Then, to force me to pick up my car, they fraudulently reported to my insurance company that repairs were completed. That was in addition to multiple workmanship issues with the contracted repairs. So much for their touted lifetime warranty. It did not last a single day. I could go on, but I think you get the point. I do NOT recommend this shop. I have a company vehicle and my fleet management company directed me to bring the car to this shop after I had an accident. This shop held onto my car for almost 3 months, having forgotten about the car for about a month and a half. Their excuse was that the guy in charge of my car left the company and the rest of the shop did not know to work on it. Finally, after I kept calling to remind them, they told me the car was ready. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that the front hood alignment was off, so I complained to them and they fixed it while I waited for another hour in the shop. However, in the next days and weeks, I noticed there were all sorts of electrical problems and other things wrong that ended up taking it to the dealership to fix all their mistakes. My car had a body part issue and a flat tire. I went to fix auto since they were gieco certified. They did their job well for fixing the body part, however upon fixing the flat tire, the sensor was not reset. We were told that the sensor would reset automatically when we drive the car for a distance. That didn't happen and we had to drop by their office for a couple of times to get the sensor fixed. Finally, they claim that it is not their responsibility to fix the sensor and that they had taken the service from another car repair shop nearby. Do not go to this place. They donot own the responsibility. If so, they should have made it clear in our first visit. I normally go to Caliber Collision on Colorado, but Geico recommended this place so I thought' "why not?" I had pretty extensive damage on passenger side of the vehicle right above both tires, afterwards there was a loud clicking noise when I'd turn my steering wheel left. I brought this to the attention of Michael at Fix Auto and to my adjuster. The whole process of getting my car fixed was an ordeal. Fix Auto estimated it would take a month for the car to be fixed, that was fine. I called twice asking about that noise I was hearing, gave me the run around; the third time they said it was my left front driver side axle. I assumed it had to do with the collision since the noise never happened before then, they stated it was normal wear and tear and just a coincidence. I took their word for it, cause their the professionals right? I got notified my car was ready a week early, awesome! My front bumper sat weird, they said that's as good as it would get. There were a few more little things, but the biggest thing was when Michael tried to turn on my car after bringing it to the front and it wouldn't turn on. He popped the hood, wiggled the wires attached to my battery, the car turned on. He tried to say I was going to need to replace the connectors for my battery and that I'm going to need to pop the hood and wiggle the wires to get my car on, I told him no that they needed to fix it, it was unacceptable. He tried to say the previous people that touched my car must have done something and I told him they were the only ones to touch my battery and before them was the Honda Dealership in 2017 when I bought the car. They got it fixed, said the mechanic forgot to tighten the connectors. Drove off, noticed a weird banging noise. They didn't put my car back correctly, the panel inside my car was hanging off, the lining on the roof of my car was black, they dirtied it. The panel on my trunk lid was coming off and my front bumper wasn't sitting correctly. Geico said it was all unacceptable and to take it back. I took it back showed the manager all the issues then he asks, "what do you want me to do?" I told him you need to fix those things I just paid my $500 deductible. He said they'd give me a call to let me know when to expect it to be done. No call all whole week, I called and spoke to some lady and she said they'd call me back, never happened. I called Geico told them them this was unacceptable and I didn't trust the shop with my car and that if there's further issues with my car I wanted a second opinion. They informed me my car was ready. There was a huge scratch above the trunk panel, the trunk panel had compound all over the crevices and my trunk looked funky. The guy said the compound was normal and that it would go away over time, but when I addressed the big scratch above it and mentioned my trunk looked weird he tried to say we didn't touch your trunk. How can you replace my rear bumper and clearly mess with my trunk lid and then say you guys never worked on my trunk??? Interesting. Drove off and keep hearing a banging sound, went to the Honda dealership down the street, found my exact make model and year there, inspected the trunks and realized my trunk wasn't sitting correctly it was shifted upwards. I call Geico, asked for a second opinion, they said no take it to Fix Auto I said i have a right to a second opinion. I took it to Caliber they fixed the issue for free. Fix Auto never bolted down the metal latch that holds down the trunk when you close it so that's why it was making the noise. I took my car to Honda to replace the left front axle, then took my car to get an alignment Fix Auto never did it. Mechanic stated something wrong with my right side axle and front suspension. I spoke to Michael asked him what was going on because they said it was the left axle, he stated the mechanic listened out for it. I asked if he actually looked at it, then he said "yeah, he listened out for it and said it sounded like the front left axle", I asked, "did he listen for it or did he look at it? Because those are two different things". Michael then said yeah he looked at it to and said that was the only issue, but that it's in no way correlated to the collision. Paid Honda of Pasadena to diagnose my car, the mechanic stated my right axle, driver shaft, R/L sway bar links, were all cracked due to collision. Mechanic told me there was no excuse for Fix Auto mechanic to miss or overlook this damage, that it was negligent and unsafe to have given me the car like that. the trunk panel started falling off again and my rear passenger side door was not put on right, when I drove you could hear the wind coming into the vehicle.There is no excuse for the poor job cosmetically and it's appalling how negligent Fix Auto was with the mechanical issues of my vehicle. I'm grateful those cracked parts didn't break on me while I was driving, because that could've been bad. Caliber Collision fixed my vehicle after all this. read more

I had to get a side mirror replaced and I prepaid $250 in full to put the order in. The order was confirmed on Friday and they called me the following Monday and told me to come in the next day. I was very happy with the service until I found out they up charged me $35 more on the part when I arrived. They said the part price went up so I had to pay more. This shop has been a total waste of my time. Their mechanics are lazy and they do not provide good updates for your car. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! The only reason I brought my car here was because it was the name that my insurance gave me after I got into an accident. My accident was on August 20th. Three days after I brought the car in they told me my car would be ready by September 8th. I did not contact the shop between these two dates because I assumed they were doing what they needed be doing. I also did not hear from the shop between theses two dates. September 8th comes around and I have not heard from the shop. So I called them. It wasn't until now that I was told they had not received ANY of the parts for my car and they did not know when there were going to due to the parts being on back order. They had not called me to tell me this. In fact, I fully believe that if I had not called them when I did on the 8th, they would not have called me at all!! They said they could possibly use used parts but they still did not know how long it was going to take. After calling back a few hours later with the go ahead for the used parts, they said "oh looks like we just got your parts today". The new expected ready date would be September 17th. Between the 8th and the 17th the money allotted for my rental from insurance ran out, but I wasn't worried because I was supposed to get my car back on the 17th. Well the morning of the 17th I get a call from the shop saying that the compressor that they received is actually the wrong one and they re-ordered the new one that morning. Also they never received a top grill so can they have the ok to use a third party grill (that they still need to order). I am furious! I called and spoke with a lady (she said her name too fast so I don't know it) and she said "well this isn't really our fault because things were on back order." I asked her "well you have had the compressor for over a week now so why did you wait until the day you promised me it would be ready to find out that it is the wrong one." She comes up with some nonsense that she never said the 17th and she actually said the 22nd that the car would be ready. So now she is accusing me of lying!! That's great customer service. So now, not only has it been over a month since they have had my car, but I don't have a guarantee when my car is going to be ready! She also gave me some baloney that "your car is the mechanics priority because they know it has been here so long." Well if you had been doing what you were supposed to be doing then it would not have been there for that long! I am also going to call my insurance and recommend that they pull their contract with this company. This is unbelievable. Worst service I have ever experienced. read more

They have an Enterprise agent located onsite which is extremely convenient. I dropped off my car, and a rental car was already waiting for me. I've been to other body shops where you have to walk to the rental car place or you have to wait for a shuttle (nobody has time for that). Fix Auto estimated that the repairs would take four days and that's exactly how long it took. They washed my car before I got it back which is very much appreciated! Fix Auto calls you to give you updates on your repairs--how awesome! Not very many places take the time to give you updates. All staff members that I have interacted with have been very helpful and friendly. Last but not least, when my car was returned to me, it looked like new! read more

AVOID at all costs!! I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and this body shop RUINED my car! I got rear-ended back in June so my insurance (Geico) sent me here. The process when dropping it off was fast and simple. The workers were friendly and my rental was ready which was great. When I got the call to pick up my car I came in and I had to wait a while since it was not ready. I looked at the area where the damage was and it looked fine so I left. The following day I noticed there was paint all over my car in areas where there was no damage, my sensors were not working properly, the rubber around the door was ripped, the bumper was not placed properly and I also noticed that they hit my car. The rims and the fender were damaged and the Cherokee sign was completely scratched. I came in the following Monday they took a look at my car and agreed to cover the damages since they knew they did it. I left my car again because my insurance was not going to help and said that it was my problem with the body shop and that they have to fix it. When I picked up my car again it took a while since it was not ready. I inspected the car and there was still a lot of paint all over the car, the bumper was still not placed correctly, the sensors were still not working, there was a new scratch in the front, and there was a new scratch in my window tint and the rims still had a dent from the scratch. At this point, I didn't want to take it back again so they can fix all the previous damages and the new damages. I ended up taking my car to the Jeep dealer and they placed my bumper correctly and fixed my sensors. Diana is the worker that was helping me but when I would call for an update on my car she was always busy and had to call me back or she would promise to call me back but wouldn't do so. Overall my experience with Fix Auto was horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR RUINED. I would give it zero stars if I could. read more

After two months of waiting for my car they refused to fix my car gave me my car back broken, with paint damages, and now i have to try and contact attorneys to hopefully see if they can help me deal with this issue. Bunch of amateurs! Geico and their criminal partnership with Fix Auto from Pasadena have done it again. After performing mediocre repairs that took almost 2 months to be completed, Fix Auto returned my car with crooked doors and uneven door panels, sensors not grounded or plugged in incorrectly, alarm system messed up, tire pressure warning system fouled up and all kinds of warning lights flashing as soon as I drove the car 10 miles away from their shop. They don't know how to properly put back together recent model cars, they "fix them" making it up as they go along, reading for the first time manuals that they can't begin to comprehend and even using a piece of polishing sponge as a lever to FORCE crooked door frames into alignment. Their incompetence is so gross and their methods so amateur, that when I returned to have these issues supposedly taken care of, they "fixed" a crooked door in front of me with their sponge-lever method and asked me "how's that"? without realizing that while they "fixed" the horizontal frame they had messed up the vertical one. AMATEUR HOUR through and through, which no longer makes me angry really. I laugh and I pity these people now that I've realized that their negligence and incompetence come from the very top, as these Mickey Mouse repairs were performed by their general manager/owner, whose name I did not care to find out for now. Now I'm waiting for them "to make a few phone calls", one, to order a new sensor that will supposedly fix the "Service Tire System" warning light and two, so that they can make arrangements for these new repairs to take place at a DIFFERENT location at WHO KNOWS what date and time, because apparently they have given up and realized that they are way in over their heads or simply, they have pocketed the $9,000 from Geico and my $500 deductible and that's all they really cared about, not the safety or satisfaction of their customers. Shame on Geico, for hiring such mediocre auto shops that lack integrity and properly trained personnel. read more

Worse shop ever! Pro- Will, the manager was accountable and responsive. Con- I took my car to get repaired here through Geico and not only did I have to pick my car 6x, but their company checks weren't even accepted! Vatche, the customer service guy is terrible and a liar, he has no ethics! Beware of them using cheap 3rd party vendors to fix your car, the parts literally far off the car as you drive off! Geico claims rep are also very bad here especially Lauren! Better to take the check directly from Geico and fix it yourself! read more

The worst place ever.. not only did they have my car for over 1 1/2 months.. i had to return it to then twice..and still my car was not fixed.. Total Mikey mouse job.. my hood was supposed to be new ..wasn't.. the headlight was held up with 2 foam squares ..missing bolts fenders were not a lined and not even painted correctly..nor was it buffed and coated.. gaps between headlight and bumper..as well as 2 different headlights.. 1 black and 1 chrome.. Most horrible experience ever.. there own employee told me his supervisor said it's okay she won't notice the difference..wow..really absolutely horrible!!! read more

Called customer service after I waited for one month about my car. They sound nice but they don't provide you updates or ANY productive advise or solution. They just kept saying we will contact you after we receive complete parts. I understand Tesla is slow on parts but can you push harder or start on some repairs or communicate with client more promptly after they waited for so long!? No updates and nothing before I called! I had to TEACH them to start on paint or some sort of repairs while they're waiting. I was told they only have two technicians for EV so if you own a EV and need to send in I do not recommend this place. Go somewhere else read more

Fix Auto Pasadena has been a nightmare. I took my car there, because Geico sent me there. They should have replaced the front bumper, instead they glued it back probably with Gorilla glue, and it fell apart. When I went to complain about it, they accused me that I had glued it myself. They glued it again and damaged it underneath to send those pictures to Geico to cover themselves. Shady business read more

Dropped of my Tesla after an accident. They took 6 months to replace both right side doors. They did not bother much providing status updates. They struggled to calibrate door handles and took car to Tesla two times. They often let car battery drain below 45 miles and I had to email them multiple time to plug in my car (and of course one email was not enough for them). They wanted to return my car with at least 4 scratches and I had to leave my car there for them to fix those scratches. Finally when I picked up my car, I heard wind ingression from front right door(the door they replaced). They downplayed the issue and told me its normal (later Tesla fixed the issue and I had to pay out of pocket). I tried (emails and phone calls) to reach out to shop manager multiple times regarding the issue and to get documents for insurance claims, but he never replied to my emails and was also "on lunch break" when I called. Very bad customer service and communication and I feel they are not competent enough to handle Tesla repairs even though they are "Tesla Certified Shop". read more

My vehicle was hit on the back right and went there for quote and then decided to get it fixed with them. They called me a couple of weeks later and said it was ready to go and let me take it home. They made note that the alignment had been fixed. A week later, I took my vehicle to the get an oil change and come to find out the alignment was off which is what Fixauto said they fixed. Wack. Also, the hubcap they replaced wasn't the same as all the others. I don't trust these guys anymore. read more
