I had a frustrating situation at a local car wash where the blower and drying towels caught my rear wiper and snapped it right off. I was sent over to Caliber Collision to get an estimate, and the team turned a stressful day completely around. From the second I walked in, Allan stepped right up to help. He took care of the estimate immediately, answered all my questions, and made the whole scheduling process totally seamless. Brian, the manager, runs a fantastic, customer-focused shop--the level of professionalism and efficiency here is top-notch. They handled everything so smoothly and quickly that it honestly feels like the incident never even happened. Huge thank you to Allan and Brian for taking great care of me and my car. If I could give Caliber Collision 10 stars, I absolutely would. I needed a small part for my car door painted. Before finding Caliber Collision, I stopped by Alliance Auto Body hoping to get a quote for the work. Unfortunately, the experience there left a lot to be desired. I wasn't acknowledged right away, and the interaction felt quite dismissive. It didn't feel like the right place for me, so I moved on--and I'm so glad I did. Walking into Caliber Collision was a completely different experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and helped almost immediately. The entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly a relief after the previous stop. The turnaround time was super quick, ~24 hours, the work was flawless, and the staff treated me with genuine care and attention. They went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and generosity. Huge thanks to Allen Luna and his manager (whose name I regret not getting) for taking such great care of me. They exceeded my expectations, and I'll be sending all my friends and family here from now on. Thank you, Caliber Collision--you've definitely earned a loyal customer! read more

I was helped by Edgar and his manager Mr. Martinez when I brought my 2023 Audi A4 in for repair. It had survived the Eaton Canyon fire on January 7 of 2025. My concern about having the car worked on were all the electronics and systems being restored to pre-fire status. Caliber works with specialists to recalibrate things and that make sure everything is working perfectly before the vehicle is returned to you. A lot of work had to be done to my car before I could get it back, they texted me to give me updates and were very professional. The car looked great when I picked it up and seems to be running perfectly as it should. Thank you! read more

Came here through my insurance and ended up getting some things fixed out of pocket as well. They did great work, prices were reasonable, and were on time with the repairs. read more

I brought my Honda crv to caliber 11/3 for repair and did not receive any notification of status until 11/17. By then, their 10 day grace period had elapsed and I was being charged exorbitant "storage" fees. My car had parts dismantled but because the insurance company decided to settle the car as a total loss, Caiber declined to undergo the repairs to not associate their name to a salvage car. If they knew it was a salvage car, why wait the two weeks before telling me? The dismantling and the refusal to put back the dismantled car cost me even more from the salvage company. Not to say the car was then held hostage because it was unsafe to drive from the dismantling. They tried to hold it over the weekend and charge me even more storage fees. If you bring your car here, you better call them every day to get the status or you will end up being cheated out of thousands of dollars for "storage". read more

Happy client, here. Associates are very professional & personable. They made the owies disappear, beautiful work and paint match. Work done before estimated time, price came in slightly lower than the already-reasonable quote. Coral in the office and the cool service manager/director Nohum made it actually kinda fun. read more

The Caliber team did a wonderful job repairing the damage to my Honda CR-V - you'd never know it was hit! On top of that, they washed the car inside and out and had it ready sooner than promised. I'll definitely go back in the future (but I hope I won't need to)! read more

Nahum will definitely provide you with great service and their team is great at what they do. I was rear ended while at a complete stop by a car going at least 40mph and the car looks brand new. I brought my car into Caliber per my insurance. I had a dent to my fender that also involved the hood. The initial estimate was later supplemented by a deeper revelation - to ultimately determine the cost to repair was greater than my insurance policy would accept. This bad news was compounded by the letter from my insurance that stated I would need to hire a flatbed tow truck to remove my car from the shop. I drove the car in. It was perfectly fine when it arrived. Now I was given a death certificate and would have to hire a 3 ton hearse to retrieve my now inoperable car. Anthony ( at Caliber on Walnut Ave in Pasadena ) was assigned to my case and I am grateful for his Stewardship. His Personal consideration of my unique predicament in the face of the indifference shown by my insurance company has made me a fan of Caliber collision - and I am especially impressed by all his efforts to explain the questions I had and his commitment to leaving me satisfied. He turned an unfortunate string of events into an affirmation of the power of empathy and reason to resolve my particular situation. He did it with care and humility and I am happier because he took those extra steps to insure that I was. Thanks Anthony! read more
