***FAST, STRESS-FREE, and TOP NOTCH WORK!!*** I can't say enough good things about Caliber Collision! From the moment I walked in, Nahum and Allen took care of everything. They handled all the negotiation for me, which took so much stress off my shoulders. Not only did they use ***Brand New OEM parts*** instead of cheap, used ones, but they also worked INCREDIBLY FAST! My BMW was looking brand new like it was out of the Dealership show room! On top of that, they assisted in fixing some door dings I had on my drivers and passenger door for a great price, which was an added bonus! These guys are honest, professional, and their attention to detail was unmatched. If you need any works done, I HIGHLY recommend going with them. You won't be disappointed! read more

The service advisor, Allen, provided the best service with fixing my car. He gave me consistent updates and made sure to have his team have it ready as soon as possible. After a couple of days, they had my car looking brand new! Definitely would come back here again. read more

Stay away from this business if you value your car and your piece of mind. Repeated repair delays. Shoddy work. Unprofessional. Didn't inspect their own work. Needed car repair for a minor scrape. Repairs were delayed multiple times for reasons that didn't seem to make sense. When it was finally time to return it to me, they asked if I needed a part that they couldn't locate - if I'd accept the car back without that cosmetic part (??). I said no, I'd wait. More delay. When they got the part and were giving the car back to me I noticed there was still damage from the incident. When I pointed it out they "oh, sorry about that" and offered to "try" and fix it. They simply hadn't inspected it. For all the delays and problems they asked me to please consider taking a few days before I fill out the work survey. And the manager said not connected to survey, but for the multiple delays, come back any time and "we'll give you a free car 'detail' for all the hassle." I came back for the "free car detail" and they returned the car to me dirty - dust, sand, crumbs, no seats washed, no shine at all, they had used no spray inside - someone looked like they spent a few minutes w a dirty rag inside the car. Outside was similar. I spoke to the guy overseeing the "detail." He acknowledged it was a poor job and was actually not car "detail." (I could have gotten a much better job done for a basic $18 car wash). He offered to do a little more thorough job if I wanted to come in again, but not anything like a car detail. Shame on me if set foot in that place again. I'll say this, they were friendly in the midst of the unprofessionalism and shoddy work. read more

I was referred to the Caliber Collision on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena CA by my insurance company to fix some damage from an accident. There were several things that I didn't like about Caliber Collision. First, they didn't believe that the damage was caused by the accident that I was in and insinuated that I was lying. They perpetrated this narrative/lie to the insurance company and the insurance company embraced it. Second, to say they provide customer service is giving them too much credit. I found them to be unresponsive, unhelpful and patronizing and just in general not very helpful. To get any information of the status of my car was like pulling teeth. Third, although they fixed the cosmetic damage and did a great job they did not fix the structural damage to the car so although the car looks nice it is unsafe to drive. Lastly, giving 1 star is awfully generous. Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't allow me to give 1/2 stars. In my opinion Caliber Collision doesn't provide value for money. read more

As always, an absolutely flawless experience at Caliber! The staff is very nice and super professional, the work was completed very quickly and my car looks as good as new. I will never go anywhere but Caliber because they are the absolute best in the business. read more

I'm writing this review to thank the workers at Caliber Collision... my father struggles with anxiety and English is not his first language. He was able to find a Spanish speaker and receive the help he needed. Having to go through insurance calls and dealing with people with zero to no patience, it was really refreshing to have helpful and kind people willing to take extra time to make sure my dad understood exactly what the insurance covered and what needed to be out of pocket. Thank you. We hope we never have to visit again but if we do, this is definitely the location. My dad was happy with the outcome read more

I got into an accident for the first time in my life and was so scared/didn't know what to expect from a repair like this (I was T-boned with some serious damage). These guys made me feel like EVERYTHING was going to be ok!! Repair time was slow because of parts, but they were so communicative the entire time, calling to update about even minor changes to the schedule or repairs. The car (2016 Honda Fit) looks flawless since these guys took care of it. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! Everyone I interacted with, from the ladies at the front (awesome customer service) to the manager, to the guys that drove me around when my car was in the shop - everyone was 10/10 the whole time. read more

My car was parked on Walnut Street in Pasadena, and when I came back to it, someone had knocked off my left side mirror and, of course, didn't leave a note. Caliber did a great job in replacing the mirror in a very short time. They completed it in less than a day and a half. And my car was returned spotless. Then, less than two weeks later, while at a gas station I scraped the right side of the car on one of the posts. So I took it back to Caliber. The general manager, Nahum Martinez was so kind and helping me to get my car fixed at an extremely extreme reduced rate. I remember when this location was Holmes body shop back in the day. It's been Caliber Collision for many years now. We have bought our car here many times over the last 25 years. These recent events in how they have fixed our cars is the reason we keep coming back to them. They come highly recommended by me. read more

I was recommended Caliber Collision for a repair on my car from a friend. Let me just say that I will be recommending this place to everyone and anyone who will listen. The amazing customer service began as soon as I walked in. The estimator assigned to my car, Luis, did a great job. He was very open to communicating if I had any questions and viceversa. The quote I was given for the repair was very affordable compared to other locations. The turnaround time for repairs was very quick as well which worked in my favor because I use my car for work. Most importantly, my car looks great! You would never known that there was any damage. The management here was exceptional. All in all, I appreciated this entire experience. 10/10 would go back if I ever needed a repair. read more

I had my Lexus RX 350 F Sport repaired at the Pasadena, CA location. I picked-up my car this morning. A very pleasant experience dealing with Coral Carrillo and Service Advisor Nahum Martinez. All I can say is these guys did a great job repairing my car. I was rear ended in my car with damage to the rear bumper and crash bar. Not only did they take good care of my car but arranged for enterprise rent a car to pick me up. They kept enterprise informed on their progress on my vehicle so I didn't even have to extend my rental. They also stayed in contact with AAA (the insurance company of the person who hit me) and kept them informed of additional damage under the bumper. I literally didn't have to do any back and forth with AAA. I just picked up my car today and it looks really good. All of the damage to the rear bumper looks brand new. The whole experience was super easy even with my crazy work schedule. If you ever need body work done on your vehicle I can't recommend Caliber on E Colorado in Pasadena enough. I should also mention they had my car over the holidays and still made it happen. Thank you all so much. Happy to be back in the road. read more

Got my truck repaired here after a window break in and sandstorm. Allen took care of me multiple times and even waited after hours for me to pick up my truck in a dire situation. The staff are all polite in asking if I needed any refreshments. Also, every time I came to pick up my truck, they washed it. I appreciate all the service given, especially Allen for his professional work ethics and quality assurance of satisfaction. Thank you for all the hard work and help to get my truck looking new again! read more

3.5 stars. After getting into a minor accident, my insurance company recommended this shop to us. We went there right after the accident, per my insurance company's instructions. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a receptionist who seemed to not want our business. She told us we needed an appointment and that appointments were two weeks out. I said we were told to go there from our insurance company. She said that since we didn't have an appointment, they wouldn't be able to help us. I asked her what we were supposed to do since our car was not really drivable. We were hit on the side so we couldn't make any right turns. After a bunch of back and forth she finally said that everyone was out to lunch and no one could help us, so just come back in an hour. It was 12:45pm. She didn't give us a time and just kept saying "come back in one hour". So I said, "come back at 1:45pm?" She said, "yes, in an hour". I thought that to be odd since she didn't even look at the clock to give us an estimated time people would be back from lunch. We couldn't drive anywhere since we couldn't make any turns in our car so we just opted to sit in the lobby and wait. I guess at this point she had no choice but to have people help us. We were seen at 1:15pm which was not an hour from what she quoted. It just felt rude, and unprofessional. If it wasn't for my insurance company telling me to go there, and the fact that our car was not drivable, I would not want to give them business based on this woman's treatment of us. This left a horrible first impression. The shop eventually did a great job on our car. They finished before the estimated time they said they would be done. Updates were constantly given via text. Everyone else I communicated with at the shop was great. Based on first impressions alone, if we are to get in an accident again I'll try to ask my insurance company for another shop just because of the receptionist's attitude towards us. read more

I've gotten into multiple accidents in my lifetime (~10) and have had my car fixed here on 3 separate occasions. The most recent was a rear end situation that left my car's back end demolished (and left me with a $10k bill thanks to irresponsible, uninsured people). Thanks to Caliber (and my insurance coverage, shout out to you, deductible) my Honda baby was given all of the TLC and returned to me in beautiful condition. The repair process took ~40 days due to part delivery delays - something that is not uncommon in a post-quarantine world. A quick note: Before Caliber started working on my car, the staff was completely transparent in regards to the estimated time delay, which was appreciated. Additionally, my completion date was pushed back a bit due to a paint issue. In response to this issue, Caliber provided me with a rental during that partial period of time in which my insurance did not cover one (this was after the 30 day mark). Very amazing of them. The staff is super friendly and extremely attentive - Edgar kept me updated on a weekly basis in regards to my repairs/completion date estimates. He was very kind and very helpful! All in all, I highly recommend Caliber - they do a superb job of repairing and restoring cars to their former, pre-accident glory. And the best part - their repairs have a lifetime warranty (though I've never needed to come back to fix anything). Thank you guys! read more

Extremely helpful staff! Nahum went above and beyond with helping me handle all the bureaucracy that came with dealing with my insurance. It had been almost 2 years since my accident and my insurance was lagging on getting me everything I needed for my collision repair but Nahum literally told me just leave me your car and I'll handle everything.....he did not disappoint! I am a very lay person when it comes to cars but everything was explained clearly and he even pointed out additional repairs that the insurance adjustor didn't catch. My axel was damaged but the adjustor didn't catch that, it was the staff here that told me about it and worked with my insurance to get it added and replaced. Nahum gave me a timeline of when my car would be ready, was in constant communication with me, had it ready on time, and even returned my car looking like I never had an accident! Loved the service, staff, and quality of their work! read more

Went back this month with another unfortunate repair of my car. This is the third time we have chosen to come to Caliber Collision for our car. Went shopping and when I got back someone had dented and scratched the passengers side door. Once again the team has done an outstanding job. Excellent customer service from the front of the office. Third time we have work done on our vehicles and we are nothing short of impressed of both the time it takes to complete the work and the detail of their work. We had the option to take our car to another body shop to have work completed but instead we chose Caliber Collision again. read more

The best CALIBER COLLISION is located on Colorado Boulevard in PASADENA, CALIFORNIA! Happy New Year to all. This is a long overdue review of my new besties at Caliber Collision in Pasadena, California. We had the most amazing experience with them; from the amazing ladies at the front desk to their reps, and their fearless manager. We've had nothing but an amazing experience. My hybrid sedan was hurt badly when I tried to avoid a reckless driver, dinged another car, and landed on the corner of a residential block. Thankfully no one was badly hurt, except for our sturdy and reliable vehicle. :(. Our insurance gave us a list of auto body shops to choose from and we did our due diligence and got the highest-ranking shop on the list. It was not the closest one to us but it was so worth the drive and wait. With the disruption in the (automotive) supply chain, there was some waiting but they gave us periodic updates and they went over and beyond with replacing parts that were new versus used. Thing is, we had to wait for the parts and that's ok. They treated our car like it was one of theirs. They took thorough photos of the vehicle inside and out before and after our visit with them. There was a bit of confusion that I thought was not there before the collision and their photos proved me wrong. That was embarrassing but it made me feel better that they were honest and upfront with me. :) Needless to say, the front of our car looks gorgeous and she is healthy and drives well. Thank you! I needed a headlight service on a different car and I loved my experience with them so much, I reached out to them and they were able to help me! Because of them, I finally got myself to write this long overdue vote of approval for their shop and service. Special shoutouts to Coral C., Jessica, Edgar G., Shirley, Grecia, and their mastermind Mr. Nahum Martinez (pronounced na-oom) who seem to love their jobs and who take great care of their customers and their baby cars. So refreshing. Thanks for making our year and blessings to you all! :) Now if we can duplicate this quality and service across other industries...the world would be a much better place. read more
