It was so unfortunate that I had a second accident with my new car, I took my vehicle to the Glendale location in the past and they were great. This time the vehicle was not drivable and the closest location was this one. Just like the Glendale location, Pasadena, was great. Nahum, the manager, was very helpful and kept me informed through out the repairs. I was really happy when I picked up my vehicle, even a day earlier than promised. thank you Caliber! read more

Thank you so much for helping me with my bumper, rent a car & doing a favor & buffing my windshield!

A couple of weeks ago my car got rear-ended and I contact Caliber Collision, they're my first choice when my car was in an accident. Nahum had helped me out to fix my car this time. He's very efficient, detail-oriented and has always kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle. Accidents can be stressful but taking my car to Caliber takes that stress away because they deal with all the headache part such as reaching out to the at-fault insurance company. I'm so glad to get my car back today and my car looks brand new again! Thank you very much to Nahum and other Caliber Collision staff! read more

I had a fender bender that resulted in some damage to my rear bumper. The other person's insurance wasn't particularly helpful and quoted me very low for the damages to my car. Luckily my insurance offered to waive my deductible and told me that Caliber Collision was part of their network for pre-approved repair shops. The process was great. I spoke with Jessica, a front desk clerk who was wonderful in this entire process from calendaring my appointment and onboarding me regarding expectations for the paperwork. Nahum was the tech that I worked with. During the initial assessment of my vehicle, I also asked him for a quote for a side scrape I had on my car. He told me the price and informed me that this would involve body work and taking out the windows for the panel to be repaired and repainted. I told him I wanted to think about it a bit more before going through with that repair, but of course authorized the repair for the fender bender. Nahum was great and communicative. He told me what to expect and originally told me that the repair may take a few days. He called me a few hours later and advised that additional damage was found under the bumper and a part needed to be replaced. Lucky me the part came the next day and Nahum was able to get the bumper repainted. My car was there for only 1 day. It was a great turnaround and I am overall very pleased with the services that this shop and people had to offer. As a bonus Nahum did me a favor and actually helped buff out some of the scratches on the side panel. It was really kind and I can't thank him and anyone who worked on my vehicle at Caliber Collision enough. At the time of this review, it has been a week since my repair, and everything looks great. Thanks everyone! read more

Unfortunately I have been here more times than I would like to admit! The staff is friendly and helpful and the repairs are done in time.

My car was repaired very sloppily by a nearby shop after I was rear ended. The bumper was misaligned and the color was off. You know when they say in plastic surgery that good work is not noticed? Well I think it's the same with cars. That whole thing was really stressful. I brought it to this Caliber and met with Nahum the manager. He was kind, helpful, validated my concerns and clear about the plan to fix it. They realigned and re-painted the bumper and it looks as good as new. Back to the rhythm of life. I'm really grateful for everyone at this location. Thank you for making it right. read more

My car was damaged back in 2016 and fixed by a company that's no longer in business. After speaking to my insurance and being informed of some logistics, I was told to bring it back to the same location and the new company "Caliber Collision" would have a look and see if it would be covered. After speaking to Nahum Martinez one of the service advisors, he went above and beyond and informed me they would fix the issue with my window! He ordered the part and it's currently being repaired by them and thankfully before my trip! I would definitely recommend this shop for repairs! Nahum is really sweet and polite so are the ladies at reception! read more

I went to this location by accident because there are two locations fairly close to each other in Pasadena. I LOVED this place. The two gals who helped me were super friendly and fun to talk to. Eddie took care of me and my car really well too! I only went in for a minor bumper repair, but he had my car in and out within 36 hours! I will definitely be coming here for future repairs (knock on wood), but hopefully I won't have to... Thanks guys!! read more

A week ago my car got hit by someone and I just wanted the car fixed. The person that hit my car took my car to a cheap repair facility. I was not pleased with the results from the other shop before taking it to Caliber Collision. Nahum, the service adviser immediately pointed out all the imperfections from the other shop and provided me with options on repairing the front bumper. As it turns out the front bumper was not repairable due to the botched job that the other facility did. Luckily Caliber Collision was looking out for my best interests. Nahum explained all of my options. I was so comfortable knowing that I had options but I opted to replace the bumper instead of attempting to fix the old one (which I purchased brand new from the other repair facility). Throughout the process I was anxious, assuming the worst. After experiencing such a bad experience at the other repair facility I did not know what to expect. The day came to pick up the car, which by the way they were so fast I got my car back within 4 days on Thanksgiving weekend. I was so so happy that my car looked like it was right out of the showroom. The car was COMPLETELY detailed and cleaned inside and out. I honestly couldn't tell that the bumper was replaced. That's how great of a job they did. Amazing service! read more

I brought my 2018 Mercedes in to Caliber Collision to fix my front bumper. Long story short the vehicle is low profile and somehow the bumper got snatched up on a parking bump stop. When I reversed the vehicle the bumper completely got pulled off, breaking the front bumper tabs. I knew the repair would end up being a couple of thousand of dollars. My car is a lease so I was concerned about the color not matching to the paint. I did not want to be liable in paying the leasing company a fee for the bumper and I explained that to Nahum the Service Adviser. He reassured me that they do not cut any corners in the repair and if I was not satisfied with the paint on the car they would respray it FREE of charge (assuming there were issues with the paint). Throughout the repair process I was notified via email and texts on the status of my vehicle (which I opted into when you sign the paperwork for them to fix your car). I was blown away at the professionalism from the service adviser, Nahum. I appreciate his transparency regarding the repairs. Nahum made sure that I was completely satisfied with the repairs during the whole repair process. He also provided me with a discount on the service ; which was not expected. They delivery day came and I was blown away and taken aback. I could not tell that the car was involved in any incident. They also detailed and washed my car, which they do not have to do. It's the little details that count and I can proudly say that I will be referring friends to Nahum so they can get their vehicles taken care of. Thank you for taking care of me Caliber Collision. read more

Exceeded our expectations and this team went above and beyond! Chris kept us in the loop the entire time. The check in/out process was super clean and smooth and friendly...The work done to repair our vehicle's rear quarter panel was awesome AND they even totally cleaned inside and out...totally unexpected. Looks like a brand new car again :) This team really works for you! Very very happy. read more

A month ago, I was involved in an accident on the freeway and someone rear-ended my car. The damage to my rear bumper were pretty bad, but luckily the other party had car insurance and liability so their insurance company was able to pay for all the damages to my vehicle. Coral, the front desk receptionist is so friendly and wonderful to work with. When I first went in, she was able to help me with all the paperwork and informed me on the process and who I can contact if I have questions regarding my car repairs, etc. Her perfume smelled wonderful too! And we were just chatting away for a bit while I was waiting to have my vehicle seen. She's really sweet and brought a smile to my face when I walked in! Nahum, the auto mechanic that worked on my car repairs gave exceptional service, beyond what I expected. He called me the following morning to inform me about the damages that were found before and after the bumper was removed from my car. He texted me daily to keep me in the loop about what was going on and when I can expect my car to be finished and ready for pickup. When I went to pick up the car, it looked nice and shiny and extremely clean - like a brand new car!!! Thank you to Caliber Collisions for an awesome job with repairing my car, and a BIG THANK YOU to Coral and Nahum for making the experience so smooth and efficient!! :) Hopefully, I wont have to come back for any repairs, but in the case that I do, I'll definitely be back to Caliber Collisions!!! read more

Just made an appointment since my insurance let me know about this location! Took the car in due to a no-fault accident that happened. Back end bumper dented by some guy who wasn't paying attention in a parking lot. Everything was fine, took the car in for the estimate ($1200) and the other person's insurance was going to cover it. So set up an appointment for them to make the repairs. A week later they change the quote to $4100. This caused the car to get totaled out. They never took it apart or anything, just changed the total cost like that. Seems sus for sure. Do not recommend. read more

Coral was amazing. She was absolutely professional. I had my Jeep towed to their location from the West Hollywood area because it was the closest top rated Caliber Collision. These guys are amazing! Nahum was very professional, provided me with frequent updates and was very sympathetic with everything going on due to covid-19. They also sanitized my car inside and out which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend. read more

Christopher did an amazing job! His attention to detail goes above and beyond. I brought my car in after getting sprayed with rocks on the freeway. I'm very meticulous with my vehicle and thought I pointed out every detail that was damaged. Much to my surprise, and satisfaction, Christopher found a couple of other damaged areas I had not seen and got them repaired as well. Not to mention the quality of the work, amazing. Thanks again, this is the third time I've taken my car here and every time I leave extremely satisfied. If you're looking for a reliable shop and own a sport or luxury vehicle, I would trust Christopher and his team to get the job done right any day. Thanks again, everyone! read more

The employees are friendly and courteous. The woman at the front desk sometimes seems a bit confused. Couple of things bothered me; the gate from the sidewalk that leads to the parking lot and front door is left open all weekend. On Saturday at 1p I was able to walk onto the lot, open the door to my car, and retrieve a couple of items I needed. Could be a problem. Also, they won't call you when your car is ready. You have to call THEM. Other than those two issues, I had no problem with them. ***The prices are expensive!*** read more

I hit a cardboard box on the freeway and the impact misplaced the front bumper feature on my 2019 Honda Fit. I visited the Caliber Collision location on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena because I had received excellent service prior at this shop. Mr. Nahum Martinez was the gentleman who helped me both times and his service and demeanor put me at ease. Mr. Martinez did not even charge me for the second repair because he said it was a very small issue. Another shop would have charged me $50 or $60 to pop the bumper feature into place, but he did not and for this I will always be grateful. Please visit this shop for your body repair needs. Ask for Mr. Nahum Martinez, the general manager. read more

I called in to get an appointment and they had one the same day. I went in and they looked at my car door (the latch broke). They told me they didn't know how long it would take so I left it. The next day they said maybe Friday but then later on in the afternoon I got a text saying my car was ready! I went to pick it up and they got the part in that day and fixed it as soon as possible so I would have it for Thanksgiving. I was happy to have it back even before I expected. I got my car back (cleaner than when I left it) before the holiday and I really appreciate that it was done so quickly. read more

I recently cracked the tail light in my Subaru Forester backing up into a pole just a couple months after I had replaced the rear bumper at Caliber Collision. They were so nice and told me if I got the part from Subaru they would install it for me in 20 minutes. I stopped by today with my new rear light assembly and they popped it in and I was on my way. They are so nice and did a perfect job both times. Hopefully I can stay away a little longer going forward, but if I need work it is really nice to know they are there for me. read more

I'm so thankful to Edgar and William for getting my car back into great condition. I had originally taken my car to FixAuto in Pasadena and it was a nightmare, that shop didn't do a thorough inspection of my car and they just did really shotty work, but Caliber took on my case and helped me every step of the way. Thanks to their guidance I didn't have to pay for the additional work needed on the car that was missed at the previous shop and I didn't have to worry about the car rental as well. My front driver side light was broken. I tried my best to pop it out so I can put in a new one but, I wasn't able to without the right tools. I was really hesitant to go to an auto body shop because I didn't want to get ripped off. I called Alan here at Caliber collision this morning when they opened at 7:30. I told him my situation, and he told me just to come in and they would do it. I was very nervous about my light getting worse as I drove it more. I came in and Alan and Monty. Told me they would take a look at it and told me to wait in the waiting room. I was very nervous but just a few minutes later they told me to come out. They said it wasn't too big of a job, and they were able to pop out the light and replace it with the one that I had brought. And if you can believe it, they didn't charge me! Since it was a smaller job, they said it was fine. Honestly, as a woman it's very hard to go to these kind of places, and not feel like you're going to get ripped off. They definitely could've charged me for the service regardless of how easy it was. They even fixed some of the white marks that was around the light where I had hit it. Wow, I won't be going to any other place in the future because this place is just literally the best. I feel so grateful for Alan and Monty helping me in the situation and being able to do it so quickly before I had to go to work. Thank you again this really made my month! read more

This is my second time coming to caliber collision. The first time was years ago and I came back hoping to receive good customer service like I did last time and they exceeded my expectations. I felt they made my vehicle top priority(which it probably wasn't ). But,they showed they cared about service. Nahum even shared with me the history of the building and how the Rose Parade passes right in front! It's a beautiful location almost reminds you of a movie scene or a museum! Although I'd hate to come back because of another crash I know it's reliable coming here. Thank you Nahum and Team! read more
