I took my car in to repair a fender bender that spread across a few panels. Nahum was helpful, through and seamlessly worked with my insurance company. When they discovered more damage under one of the panels, Nahum worked with my insurance co. to revise the original estimate so I wouldn't be charged. He even called me to let me know about another ding on the roof that was hard to see. I paid to fix that because I know BMW would have charged me an arm and a leg when my lease is up. At the end of the day, he saved me money and my car looked like new. I've used Caliber Collision several times over the years and I will definitely be back. Than you Nahum, thank you Caliber. read more

Great experience yesterday with my service rep, Andrew. He provided a simple, reasonable priced solution to repair my damaged bumper. Best part is he found a tech to make the repairs same day. Considering having Caliber do some suspension related work, as they have a mechanic on sight. read more

I took my car there, and was received very well by Mr. Nahum Martinez. They fixed my car, and I'm very satisfied.

I brought my car in after being hit from behind. My experience from start to finish was exemplary. Customer service was top notch & friendly. They kept me updated every step of the way & even after finding hidden damage they were able to finish a week early. My car looks like brand new and I am so happy to report I had a positive experience out of an unfortunate accident. I would highly recommend them! read more

I had an unfortunate incident with my car being hit by a trash can, yes, a trash can and it hit my front bumper. It caused some damages to my bumper with scratches and popped out my bottom headlights, a whole mess. I went in on a Tuesday to drop off my car but by then I already had a claim for it and by Friday, it was ready to go. They said it would at least take a week but they were able to get everything shipped out for the body parts and had my car ready by the end of the week. They're great as it was my first time being there and I appreciate Chris B for his assistances! They also fixed my passenger mirror as a curiosity after they finished my car! Cherry on top was, they vacuumed and washed my car too.. read more

My experience here was wonderful. Exceptional customer service and speed. They originally estimated that my repairs could take a week and a half to two weeks, so I was pleasantly surprised when it only ended up taking seven days. Nahum was extremely professional, attentive and caring in dealing with me and my vehicle. No one ever wishes to have to take their car into a body shop after an accident, but they made the process as smooth and easy as possible-best case scenario. And my car looked beautiful when I received it back. Extremely pleased with these guys. read more

I am back with a second review! Unfortunately, I was in a second car accident in March 2021. I decided to come back to Caliber in Pasadena with the same advisor, Nahum Martinez. Again, I had a professional and expeditious experience! My advisor, Mr. Martinez, was happy to be of service again. He was very welcoming and was empathetic about my second car accident. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed and explained everything to me. It was clear that my safety was a top priority when fixing my vehicle. He gave me a great price and had my car ready in only 2 DAYS! He was very mindful of the fact that I had kindly declined a rental and expedited the process for me. When I went to pick up my car, it was squeaky clean in both the interior and exterior. The paint job is high-quality and my car looks new again! I would highly recommend that you have your body repair needs met at Caliber Collison in Pasadena with Mr. Nahum Martinez! read more

What I appreciate most in service is communication and compassion and Nahum really did an OUTSTANDING job keeping me informed every step of the way and being understanding of my situation. I've had work done multiple times from them and they are amazing! Professional, helpful, timely - and they work with my insurance company so I don't even have to do much legwork. In addition, Christopher helped me by cleaning off the paint which I assumed was a scratch and needed replacement. By him taking a few minutes out of his day, he saved my hundreds, maybe thousands of $$ that I thought I was going to spend on this repair! Thank you thank you thank you! read more

Nahum, the manager, came out to greet me since the staff was at lunch when I came in. He asked what I needed help with, took some photos of the damage to my Volvo and told me to have a seat in the lounge. About a half hour later the job was done and it was perfect. The original quote was for $4,000. He did it for $200. The car is being turned in after a 3 year lease and it would have cost more than $4000 for the dealership to fix the damage. I can't thank Nahum and Caliber Collision for the help they gave me. Body shops can be a tricky group of people but I'd recommend this shop to anyone read more

This place keeps getting better and better! I was the unlucky victim of a fender bender on Thanksgiving. The other side accepted liability right away, and Caliber was able to start repairs immediately. I dropped off the car on Tuesday. They promised me Friday, and I got a call on WEDNESDAY late afternoon it was ready! The repairs were beautiful and great. I really liked everyone here, from the lovely ladies Coral and Jessica at the front desk, to Edgar and Nahum - my heros. Their office is clean and easy to find, and they have this text system that keeps you apprised of the status. I was super impressed by the follow-up and the follow-through. I was never in the dark. Their customer service is top-notch. Thank you, caliber! You are aptly named!!!!!! Merry Christmas to all of you! read more

FIVE STARS! I am extremely satisfied with Caliber Collision! Christopher B. is gracious and professional. He kept me updated throughout the entire time my van was being repaired. The front desk staff is exceptional and very courteous. My van looks brand new! They even washed it! It looks like it was detailed as well. WOW! WOW! WOW! Many thanks for the extra touch up paint and they were even kind enough to touch up some scratches on my front bumper. The vehicle I purchased through an online car company was delivered, unbeknownst to me, with extensive hail damage on the roof, hood, and trunk, as well as what looked like white paint (car is blue) splattered on the inside fender wells and rocker panels. After significant back and forth between the dealer and their insurance company I was directed to take the vehicle to Caliber Collision, and all I can say is that I am thankful that it was Caliber. The interactions I had with the Caliber team were all highly professional. Nahum was the representative responsible for getting my vehicle repaired and his service was spectacular. He was honest, highly responsive to myself and the insurance company, and genuinely cared about getting my vehicle repaired to a high standard. There were several additional incidents involving the insurance company trying to delay/undersell the repairs but Nahum took care to make sure my vehicle was repaired correctly and as timely as possible. The paint and body work came fantastic and now my car looks just like it did off the showroom floor! Thanks again to Nahum and the Caliber team for taking care of it! read more

So my car was involved in a hit and run crash. Smashed my entire left fender and door. I looked up caliber collision because there were so many in California but this specific location is THE VERY BEST. The general manager is so polite and he actually cares about the customers values. I am very ocd about my vehicle and with every request I gave them I thought they'd be annoyed and treat me bad but they were so eager to make sure I was happy. Love that about this place. General Managers name is Nahum Martinez! Also my adjuster who gave me the run down on when the car would be finished was super polite and caring. His name is Edgar Gonzalez. Exceptional customer service and my car is PRISTINE. Like nothing ever happened. Made me want to cry happy tears. Definitely bring your vehicle here! read more

Manager Nahum and Client Rep Chris are absolutely the best! Getting body work done on my car was stressful but it so helped to work with them because of their professionalism, and their customer service. They're just excellent at what they do. This location's service was spot on from top to bottom. Nahum helped me with getting my vehicle checked out, doing the necessary paperwork to help expedite the repair process, updated a time for when my car will be completed, and getting it up and running again. I really appreciate what he and the team did for me. I will be back soon bringing my friends and family for car work. read more

Great car service and customer service. Took my car here after I was rear ended before the holidays. Jessica was amazing and she was such a pleasure to speak to! She helped me set everything up prior to bringing in my car. From there Nahum took care of keeping me updated regularly on the status of my car. My car ended up being finished an entire week earlier than what I had been told. And my car ended up looking like brand new! Nahum and Jessica made the already stressful process of having to deal with an accident so much easier. I will make sure to recommend Caliber to others in the future! read more

I just wanted to say how happy and satisfied I was with the service I got here. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal!!! I couldn't be happier! The supervisor Eddie was very helpful and honest. He was straight forward with me, he told me what needed to be done with my car and how long it would take. I didn't have a rental and he offered to get me a ride which he didn't have to so that was nice of him. He told me my car would be ready on Friday, he called me midweek to let me know the progress of my car. He kept me informed and up to date with all the information regarding my car. When I picked up my car, it looked amazing! Eddie was professional and provided excellent customer service. I hope I never need to go get work is done on my car but if I do I will definitely come here so that Eddie can help me. I also met Nahum who was also very helpful and informative. read more

Thought this place was state of the art the reason why I brought it here but I was so wrong. They don't pay attention to details that matter the most when you want your car to perfection. Although they did fix the damage that I took my car in for they left all kinds of defects on the rest of my car. Had to go back 3 times back after My car was "done " according to them. 1. My windows weren't working went back they fixed it same day 2. I got home and saw that the Inside of my rear window paneling was all scratched paint was missing and there was all kinds of fisheye defects on the paint took it and they fixed it but they left all kinds of paint overspray all over my rear window 3. The same day I picked up my car from getting repainted for my rear window scratches I was driving home and noticed a sound coming from the front tire and it turned out to be a huge nail that damaged my tire to much to get it patched luckily I had different wheels so I swapped them. Up to this point I'm able to find all kinds of overspray on my car. And another thing that I noticed idk if they left something loose but when I turn my music down I can hear something rattling in my rear trunk . But I did go back and talked to the manager he promised to detail my car and replace the tire but I don't know if I can trust them again with my car ,He didn't seem surprised when I was pointing out all kinds of defects he just said that they where minor details that could be fixed but in my opinion if they where why didn't they get noticed and fixed when the car was supposedly done. I regret taking my car here. If you people don't pay attention to small details make sure you do when you take your car here. Haven't gotten back to me after they posted to email them, and found something new. They broke the roof liner tabs in the back all 4 of them and couldn't even change them. I'm tired of finding little things that are easy to fix and weren't damaged when I took my car in. read more
