So my car was involved in a hit and run crash. Smashed my entire left fender and door. I looked up caliber collision because there were so many in California but this specific location is THE VERY BEST. The general manager is so polite and he actually cares about the customers values. I am very ocd about my vehicle and with every request I gave them I thought they'd be annoyed and treat me bad but they were so eager to make sure I was happy. Love that about this place. Nahum, the manager, came out to greet me since the staff was at lunch when I came in. He asked what I needed help with, took some photos of the damage to my Volvo and told me to have a seat in the lounge. About a half hour later the job was done and it was perfect. The original quote was for $4,000. He did it for $200. The car is being turned in after a 3 year lease and it would have cost more than $4000 for the dealership to fix the damage. The other side accepted liability right away, and Caliber was able to start repairs immediately. I dropped off the car on Tuesday. They promised me Friday, and I got a call on WEDNESDAY late afternoon it was ready! The repairs were beautiful and great. The vehicle I purchased through an online car company was delivered, unbeknownst to me, with extensive hail damage on the roof, hood, and trunk, as well as what looked like white paint (car is blue) splattered on the inside fender wells and rocker panels. After significant back and forth between the dealer and their insurance company I was directed to take the vehicle to Caliber Collision, and all I can say is that I am thankful that it was Caliber. The interactions I had with the Caliber team were all highly professional. Nahum was the representative responsible for getting my vehicle repaired and his service was spectacular. He was honest, highly responsive to myself and the insurance company, and genuinely cared about getting my vehicle repaired to a high standard. There were several additional incidents involving the insurance company trying to delay/undersell the repairs but Nahum took care to make sure my vehicle was repaired correctly and as timely as possible. Thought this place was state of the art the reason why I brought it here but I was so wrong. They don't pay attention to details that matter the most when you want your car to perfection. Although they did fix the damage that I took my car in for they left all kinds of defects on the rest of my car. Had to go back 3 times back after My car was "done " according to them. 1. My windows weren't working went back they fixed it same day 2. I got home and saw that the Inside of my rear window paneling was all scratched paint was missing and there was all kinds of fisheye defects on the paint took it and they fixed it but they left all kinds of paint overspray all over my rear window 3. The same day I picked up my car from getting repainted for my rear window scratches I was driving home and noticed a sound coming from the front tire and it turned out to be a huge nail that damaged my tire to much to get it patched luckily I had different wheels so I swapped them. Up to this point I'm able to find all kinds of overspray on my car. And another thing that I noticed idk if they left something loose but when I turn my music down I can hear something rattling in my rear trunk . But I did go back and talked to the manager he promised to detail my car and replace the tire but I don't know if I can trust them again with my car ,He didn't seem surprised when I was pointing out all kinds of defects he just said that they where minor details that could be fixed but in my opinion if they where why didn't they get noticed and fixed when the car was supposedly done. I regret taking my car here. If you people don't pay attention to small details make sure you do when you take your car here. Haven't gotten back to me after they posted to email them, and found something new. They broke the roof liner tabs in the back all 4 of them and couldn't even change them. I'm tired of finding little things that are easy to fix and weren't damaged when I took my car in. read more

I just wanted to say how happy and satisfied I was with the service I got here. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal!!! I couldn't be happier! The supervisor Eddie was very helpful and honest. He was straight forward with me, he told me what needed to be done with my car and how long it would take. I didn't have a rental and he offered to get me a ride which he didn't have to so that was nice of him. He told me my car would be ready on Friday, he called me midweek to let me know the progress of my car. He kept me informed and up to date with all the information regarding my car.
