When I arrived, I waited in the lobby while the repair was being done. They had coffee, water, and Wi-Fi available, which was nice. I arrived around 9:45 AM and the repair was finished by 10:34 AM, so the whole visit was fairly quick. The technician who helped me was Edwin. He did a great job and explained everything clearly. He also let me know that there weren't any restrictions afterward, such as getting my car washed with a pressure washer. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience. Did some research on my iPhone about some local mobile auto window repair services, only to find out that one (Safelite) could get the job done in two days. Another could do it in two days also and a $100 cheaper price, and finally called mobilesgvautoglass, and spoke to Diego who quoted me a fair price (cheaper than the other two) but most importantly, he said the technician could be there in less than an hour or two. The technician, Marlon called upon arrival and took less than an hour to clean up the broken glass and install the new window. It functioned perfectly and they accepted my credit card for payment. Now, one point I wish to make is that they did not use OEM (Toyota) branded glass, but my car is over (9)nine years old and I think she doesn't mind that it's not OEM. Overall, I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the speed, quality of work and material, and fair pricing(savings of at least $140) from the first quote from a nationally known auto window repair company. Later, my friend had an issue with his Prius battery, and I (unfortunately) suggested he try them, hoping maybe he'd have better luck. Big mistake. They charged him for the repair, but right after leaving the shop, the error light came back on and the car started jerking. He had to reschedule, came back, and they charged him again -- this time saying the whole battery needed to be replaced. They put in another battery, same problem again. They replaced it again, and guess what? The same issue came back. At this point, it looks like they just shoved in bad batteries multiple times. Since my friend wasn't a "regular customer," maybe they thought they could get away with it. Now they avoid his calls, don't respond, and the Prius still doesn't drive properly. Meanwhile, he had to spend extra money renting a car because his is useless. Total waste of time, money, and trust. Two batteries, multiple charges, and the car is still broken. Avoid this place at all costs.

I didn't catch the name of the staff member that handled my appointment but they were super quick and friendly. It was a simple 5 minute visit. I was told that they'll send the quote to the other drivers insurance to proceed with the claim, super simple and quick. If repairs are needed, I can simple drop off and get they'll have me dropped off at enterprise for a rental car. Process is super easy and communication is key for problems like this. I saw that they specialize in Tesla/EV cars among other cars and from the lot of cars, it seems pretty consistent. Their waiting area is clean and they have a water/coffee station if you get thirsty.
