Incredible customer service, I do believe he is the best tint shop by far, it's not really close simply because of the pleasant experience and the obvious care and pride he puts into his work. I took my older car there 7 YEARS ago and it's STILL spotless. The tint job was immaculate, literally not a single bubble on any window. When I made an appointment, I considered cancelling initially because I had to wait a week. I am glad I waited. He explained every single tint to me, the brand he used and asked if I had any questions. He told me if the tint job doesn't come out right or if I was unhappy with it for any reason, he would completely redo any window or the entire job. I went to another tint shop recently and the customer service is night and day, I wish I brought it here again, but I was impatient. Next time, I won't make the mistake to take it anywhere else. I had brought it in at 10am and it was done by 1pm. The pricing is maybe 10% more than other places, but it's nothing when the quality and care is S tier. He takes absolute pride in his work. He asked what I thought about the job when I came to pick up the car and I was floored with the quality and still am now as it looks exactly the same as when I got it. I asked for an estimate prior to coming here. It was at a fair price compare to others in the area. However, there were places that gave a lower estimate but I chose to not go to the ones that were offering between 140-160. I thought that's too good to be true. After getting my estimate, I scheduled an appointment with Rich. On the day of the appointment, he gave me some advice to what would be ideal for my car. I wanted limo tints so I went for limo on the back and rear windows. Then, he suggested to have lighter tints on the front windows which I thought would be a good idea. It took about 2 hours to get the windows done and I love how it looks. The place is small. It's a garage and that's it. I have no issue with the place. In July 2014 I brought my 2011 Toyota Corolla here and to this day I've had zero issues with the tint! It still holds up perfectly! Today I got my 2021 Toyota RAV4 tinted and this experience has been as smooth as Tennessee whiskey. I had reached out for a quote on this Yelp app one evening around midnight and within half an hour, Rich responded! It was midnight!!
