They installed custom fog lights for my Scion a while back as well. When I had issues, they always honored any warranty and fit me into their schedule within the same day. If I'm doing a service at Toyota and ask for proof of the old car part on the work order, it's unlikely they'll save the removed piece. I wanted to let this go however since his team replaced my car's dash screen, CarPlay system, tinted my windows, the sound system has been absolute trash for taking calls. Callers say they either can't hear me or hear an intolerable echo that makes it hard to listen to what I'm saying. I have not been able to have clear calls ever since the work they did.
