New car, new scratch, and I've only had the car for 10 months. This time on my bumper. No clue how it got there. I thought maybe getting luggage in/out of the car, but can a plastic wheel do this? I don't think so. Contacted them through Yelp on Sunday, expecting a response on Monday. Instead, they responded within a few minutes. After a bit of information trading, we set an appointment for Tuesday at 8 am. They showed up precisely on time, texting me to let me know they were here. After I showed them the car and a bit of chit-chat, I let them go to work. They had initially told me 2 hours, but he said about 90 minutes. Almost to the minute, he texted me letting me know he was done. I went out, and it was beautiful!! I honestly cannot say anything bad about them. They fixed my first car, and now this one. Highly recommended.
This is my second time getting my car fixed with Scratch & Match, service is still 10/10, quick response I was able to get my appointment within the same week. Great customer service and labor work my car looks brand new !
I had Scratch and Match repair scratches on two different vehicles of mine and both came out fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the results. The communication was great from the start -- they were very responsive over text and scheduling was easy. The pricing was fair and transparent, which I really appreciated. The technician is honestly a magician. What looked like noticeable scratches before are now completely gone, and the paint match and finish came out beautiful. It's hard to find a great contact like this for any future oopsies. I would absolutely recommend Scratch and Match to anyone needing scratch or paint repair. Great service, great pricing, and amazing results.
Great work, did right in my driveway! Done in 2 hours. It was a deep scratch on my lift gate from my garage and the tech Peter made it go away. The terms via text before I confirmed the the job made it sound worse than it is: "must be done in driveway." For a while, i thought it was a shop in someone's driveway. But what they meant was that it's a "mobile" service, meaning they come to you. Which is better than me leaving it at the shop for days on end. Cheaper than repainting the whole lift gate.
Professionally repaired by Peter, the owner. He showed up exactly on time as scheduled. Took about 2 hours to repair.
I noticed damage on the back of my trunk. Not sure how it got there, but contacted Scratch & Match right away. They got back to me quickly, quoted me and communication was solid. Great pricing, great customer service, on time and looks brand new. Scratch & Match did not disappoint. Thank you , Peter and Melissa! I hope this doesn't happen again, but if it does... I'll definitely hitting you two up! I highly recommend them!
For a mobile repair, this is as good as it gets. It's likely better than many shops. Only way to get a perfect repair is to remove the bumper, spray the whole thing and blend with the adjacent panels. For the price and speed of a mobile repair, this is 99.99% as good as the full on shop repair at probably 10% of the cost. This company is honest too. They'll be up front and tell you what they can and cannot fix. Communication was great and arrival was within 5 minutes of the appointment time. They did things right from prep, to the multi stage paint, to clean up. The paint blending is within the same panel and the area is masked off with tape. If you're a perfectionist, and get real close, you might see a tape line in the panel gap area or some tiny thing to nit pick - these would essentially be microscopic. From further than 18 inches away, it's perfect. I'd say the results of this repair is better than most body shops. They bring everything with them, they don't even need to use your power outlet; many other mobile repair shops specifically state a power outlet or water source is required. They're price was also one of the lowest of the six mobile repair services I called. This company will be my first call for any car damage to see if they can take care of it.
Peter did a skillful job in making the scratches on my car nearly disappear. In an outside repair, specks of dust or gravel will inevitably appear on the paint, but aside from that this was an impressive fix. He got it done much quicker than I expected as well, just under two hours. There was a chip from a previous owner that Peter was able to smooth out fairly well too. My communication with Melissa prior to the appointment was quick and efficient. I'm quite satisfied with the great job he did, and you can't beat the price!
Reached out to Scratch & Match again to repair my bumper. I scratched my whole bottom bumper. Got an estimate from Melissa and she was prompt and responsive and scheduled an appointment for the following week. The price was reasonable and tech did a great job. They arrived on time and finished in a couple hours at my work place. read more

I backed into my dads car in the driveway and got a few scratches and a small dent, I found scratch & match on yelp and met Peter. He came 2 days later and I was surprised how good it looked I was scared to do it at first but he made it look new again. Good price too I thought it was totally worth it. read more

Great work! Went to a few collision repair shops for a quote and was getting estimates from a $950 to $3,000. Everyone is super courteous and easy to communicate with! Not to mention very thorough. Got the dent removed for $390 and with no Bondo filler which many of the collision shops wanted to do! Will def use again!! Super impressed ! read more

Pete was prompt and did an amazing job. The before and after is actually crazy. He was only supposed to work on the front bumper issue but he helped me with the other scratches as well. The paint match was perfect and you literally cannot tell there was a scratch there before. He told me he would possibly charge 50 for the small scratches but when he finished he was honest and said it wouldn't be that much. I would have believes anything he said so I very much appreciate the honesty. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. read more

Within two months of buying a brand new Toyota Crown Signia, we managed to scrape the door against a column in a parking structure. Things like this happen, it's an accident, what can you do? You can call Scratch & Match! I got a quote right away and the technician was available in a couple of days. I'm very picky about repairs to the finish of our cars and frankly, I'm usually disappointed. But the repair from Scratch and Match is perfect. One would never know that it's been repaired or damaged in the first place. I am 100% satisfied! Now if only all my problems can be fixed this easily... read more

these folks are AMAZING. if you have ANY sort of car body damage, even if it looks unrepairable, look no further!! its a shame they don't have thousands of more 5 star reviews. I had a pretty deep and wide scratch on my Tesla model Y that they restored perfectly. I was blown away by the work. they were also great on communication and KIND, qualities that seem to be becoming more rare. they're probably one of the most responsive companies I've had the pleasure of working with. professionalism, service, and quality of work all A+++. would absolutely use them again and refer them to all my friends but hopefully not bc I don't want to keep banging up my car. thanks again scratch and match! read more

Had a paint chip and scuff on the left side of my bumper probably picked it up from the road somewhere. I was looking for a seamless repair and decided to give Scratch & Match a shot. These guys pulled up in a van, fully equipped, and got to work right in my driveway. An hour later, the damage was completely gone. They matched the manufacturer's paint perfectly, and the blend is nearly seamless--you'd have to get really close to even notice it. Super impressed with the quality and convenience. All in all, they did an awesome job. Would definitely contact them again if I ever need another touch-up! read more

Got a large, nasty deep scratch across both the door and wheel trim along the side of my car and thought I'd have to pay thousands to get it repaired. This company beat all other estimates and was highly communicative throughout the entire process. The technician arrived on time and performed his magic in a timely manner with astounding results considering the damage. The best part is that this company offered to come back in a week to perform touch-up repairs after the original paint started to discolor due to the hot weather! Overall outstanding service from start to finish. Would highly recommend! read more
