For a mobile repair, this is as good as it gets. It's likely better than many shops. Only way to get a perfect repair is to remove the bumper, spray the whole thing and blend with the adjacent panels. For the price and speed of a mobile repair, this is 99.99% as good as the full on shop repair at probably 10% of the cost. This company is honest too. They'll be up front and tell you what they can and cannot fix. Communication was great and arrival was within 5 minutes of the appointment time. They did things right from prep, to the multi stage paint, to clean up. The paint blending is within the same panel and the area is masked off with tape. If you're a perfectionist, and get real close, you might see a tape line in the panel gap area or some tiny thing to nit pick - these would essentially be microscopic. From further than 18 inches away, it's perfect. I'd say the results of this repair is better than most body shops. They bring everything with them, they don't even need to use your power outlet; many other mobile repair shops specifically state a power outlet or water source is required. They're price was also one of the lowest of the six mobile repair services I called. This company will be my first call for any car damage to see if they can take care of it. read more

Phenomenal job on my new black Lexus. I had scraped the bumper so very bad against the curb. Every body shop said they would have to remove the bumper and then I would have to pay the dealer to reset the sensors if I did not want to breach my warranty. I did not want to mess with the sensors, but I also did not want my brand new car looking like an old messed up car. I called Scratch and Match, sent them two pictures, they came out within a week. The technician was on time and did the job in an hour and a half and my car looks brand new again for less than a third of the cost and I did not have to mess with my factory set sensors.
