To be fair, I was a little hesitant before trying this place. I read the reviews and decided to give them an opportunity. They work they did was unbelievable. They came to my house, they were on time and they did a fantastic job on both the front bumper scratches and the rear end issues that I had with my tailgate and bumper. I'm going to let the pictures speak for themselves. I can tell you this, the guy that was working my truck was great. His name is Juan, make sure that you ask for him. He has been doing this for 15 years plus and actually both partners ,there was two people out here, he was incredibly polite knowledgeable and explained any questions that I had. They were thorough they taped things off they made sure there was no overspray I was again genuinely impressed and that is very hard for me to be impressed especially with my truck. Do not hesitate to call them get an estimate and get it done. I previously left this shop a five-star review after bringing my car here twice and having no issues. Unfortunately, I am now deleting that review and sharing my most recent experience. Because my first two experiences went well, I trusted that everything I paid for during my third visit had been completed properly. I didn't think I needed to inspect every detail before leaving. Within ten minutes of picking up my car, I noticed that the hood was still misaligned, the horn I paid to have fixed still didn't work, and my rear bumper had been scratched while the car was in their possession. I called immediately and was told they would speak with the technician, but no one followed up. I texted the next day and received no response. I called again and was repeatedly told someone would get back to me, but no one did. When my male friend called on my behalf, an employee stated that they told me car "wasn't done yet." Which isn't true, they just let me pick up the car and paid without any disclaimers. If the work wasn't finished, I don't understand why I was charged in full and allowed to leave without being told. I brought the car back for an inspection (they didn't inspect it) and was promised a callback on Monday, which never came. After my friend called again on Tuesday, they scheduled an appointment for today, Thursday. This morning, while I was already almost there, they told me they had no technicians available and pushed the appointment back again until Tuesday. I gave this shop multiple opportunities to correct the incomplete work and address the new damage, but I have received ignored messages, missed callbacks, last-minute cancellations, and a complete runaround. I no longer trust them with my vehicle and have requested a full refund. read more

EXCELLENT WORK AND SERVICE My car got keyed, and the scratch went through the ceramic coat, clear coat, and damaged the paint beneath. A lot of their competitors make you jump through hoops and fill out a bunch of info but not these guys they get right to the point and answer all your questions and get you their estimate super fast and its by far the best cheapest price! If you need to repair your bumper and don't want to pay a lot for it but still get a great job done, these guys are your guys hands down! I paid 1/3 the price that the collision body shops were charging and still 1/2 the price the other mobile places were charging. I would suggest going to their actual shop address in Santa Ana to get your bumper done verses them coming to your home because your home might not be the best place for them to do their best job. I brought in my 2026 Camry for a very minor scratch - less than half the length of a penny. Without discussing it with me first, they repainted both panels. They should've called me to proceed with the work. I would've declined. They repainted the Door panel and half of my back panel. Now, the work quality is poor, with visible orange peel. paint that has dirt particles in it. They also returned my car with white, chalky residue all over the weather stripping, gaps, and emblems, like sanding dust , overspray or compound dust that wasn't cleaned up. I contacted the shop 3 weeks ago, and they said they'd fix it. And would call me back the following week. But I've had zero follow-up since then. Now, I'm forced to pay a reputable shop to redo the panel correctly, which never should have happened for such a small repair. I expected professional work and communication, and didn't get either. They are mobile or will have you schedule an appointment at one of their facilities. The prices are extremely fair and the work they do is professional on all levels. And the best thing about this company is that they come to you to fix your sad looking car.
