I contacted Aaron at the end of the day on a Tuesday and got an appointment set up for the followingWednesday afternoon. Already, that's 5/5 on responsiveness. The main reason for using Express Auto Body's services was to adjust the fit on my door. Aaron saved my sanity today. My husband, busy fiberglassing his hobby sailboat, accidentally dripped a glob of epoxy on the top of my BMW....long story, but it makes sense. Anyway, while at the carwash today, I was wiping down the car and noticed this epoxy was hard fastened to the spoiler of my car....I went on Yelp and Aaron was the first to respond and willing to come out same day. Aaron did work on my car twice. The first time was great-he did a really good job and the price was right. The second time was awful. What should have been a pretty simple fix was apparently not so simple as I realized soon afterward that it looked pretty bad. I texted back and forth with Aaron for MONTHS (yes, MONTHS) for him to come back to fix the shoddy work. He at first agreed to drop by and then finally just ghosted me. It ended up costing me a few hundred dollars for amateurish work. Plus, he asks for a tip for his work, which is very unprofessional.
