Amazing service. Frank has a lifetime customer for real! I took my 2008 Hyundai Tucson in for repairs on my side door after a minor collision. Let me tell you! Frank fixed the door and the side panel to perfection! Even paint job and super glossy. He went beyond what I asked because on top of the door he installed the panel that had fell off on the other side. Fixed the broken lock on the passenger side door that had been broken for the entire duration of time that I had the car. And then topped it off with a fresh wash and wax on the car and rims. The overwhelming amount of excitement and relief I felt after coming into this auto body shop was awesome to the point that I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me and I want to say his name is Frank because that's what the paper he gave me says. Made my first contact with West Coast today due to my car recently being rear ended. Michelle greeted my once I entered and was very cordial and helpful. I explained my situation and she provided information regarding how the repair process is handled when insurance is involved. I received a follow up email shortly after leaving the location, very nice. Now, I am waiting until next week to have my car taken in and getting the repairs started. Three stars so far...for professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness. I will be updating this review as the process moves along. Sadly my car was determined to be a total loss. This body shop was not worth taking my car too! After 2 months of waiting which is understandable for the amount of work needed to be done they never called me to give me updates I always had to call. I had finally picked up my car may 5,2023 and I drove off and heard the weirdest noice and called the body shop immediately after. They said oh just bring it in Monday which I did and the supervisor Frank test drove it supposedly not hearing anything. He recommended we take it to my car dealer which I did and low and behold they heard the noise FRANK couldn't hear ended up being the transmission. Don't take your car here! read more

My family has gone here several times for our cars and this last time had been the worst experience. I took my car in and they give me 2 weeks hk when I can pick it up but nope it gets delayed ray by day for about another week and by then I had to return the rental I had. They fixed everything but the panel in the back that g it shifted from impact and when I asked them about it even tho I did point it out they just hurriedly drill it tighter and it ends up cracking. I show the manager and he said there's nothing they can do. Okay whatever a small part cracked I'll get over it. But months later when I try using my spray for the windshield it doesn't work. I call immediately and they tell me there's nothing they can do I should've pointed it out earlier. How can I point it out when I did not expect something to be broken still even tho I took it to get it fixed from you guys. I take it to another shop and get a cheaper quote to get it fixed and they confirm with me that it looks like it was damaged from an accident and whoever worked on it missed it. My family had brought so much business back I this shop for about a decade but no more I am so done with the attitude they always give and lack of effort to make sure everything is fixed properly. I was referred to west coast by my insurance company. On the phone they were very friendly and professional. My car was fix as promised on the day they gave me. However they dont really call you to let you know the progress of your vehicle. When I received my car it had some oil left on the paint. They did clean it. I gave 3 star because, after 1 month getting it back i took it to my mechanic for an oil change, and he notice that my air intake was missing. He inflated the spare tire in the trunk and there it is. My intake was in the trunk. So be careful. Check to see that they put back all the parts in your car. Plus my horn wasn't original equipment. It sound like a squirrel. 4/12 Hi Frank thank you for your response, my car was service in February it was a white Lexus rx 350. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I went to them for services and was quoted a month by, MIKE. There was a complete lack of communication. It took me to contact my insurance and ask where else this shop could pick parts from. That's not the worse part. They kept my car for SEVEN WEEKS. They told me it was done but then went back on their word and kept my car an extra 1.5 weeks. The general manager, FRANK, is extremely arrogant and rude. The icing on the cake was when this shop, FRANK and MIKE, tried to pass off my car as complete but NEVER completed the alignment they charged us for. If I hadn't asked for a proof of service for the alignment. They would have let me leave with undone car. VERY SHADY BUSINESS. Also.... Apparently their credit card machine only accepts 1,000 max. They only feel the need to share that information with you TEN MINUTES before the banks close... on a Friday. If you need your car done in a realistic time frame, frank and his boys ARE NOT THE SHOP FOR YOU. They should be reported to the better business bureau for their SHADY SHOP!!!! read more

This is the best auto body shop I've been to. Frank is so nice and makes you feel completely comfortable leaving your car in their hands. They truly put the customer's interest ahead of anything else and getting an estimate is quick and efficient. I was out of there in 15 minutes! I could not rave more about West Coast Auto Body. A great plus is that they are a Mercury approved repair facility!! When I got my car keyed a while ago, I brought it in to West Coast Auto Body. Frank offered to buff it out for free to see if it would at least help so I don't have to go through my insurance. I was so thankful! I've dealt with Frank directly to help get my car fixed here a few times. He's always been helpful and professional with me. I've always felt taken care of. They arranged my pickup to the car rental place every time and it's very quick. I've had to recently take my car back for a paint job that was covered under warranty. It had been about 6 or 7 years since I had been back but service had not changed. I was treated courteously and they helped get my car fixed up pretty quickly. Frank said my car would be ready by Wed night and he called me that day, it was ready by noon... way ahead of schedule. This worked out great for me since I was able to go around lunch to pick up my car instead of get it after work and hit major traffic. I was so happy and glad. I came to pick up my car and the car looked awesome. I was very happily pleased. The car was washed too and wiped down on the inside which really made me feel taken care of. I got into a stupid stupid car accident involving my accord and a street sign that says slow down -_- the irony. Anyhow, I yelped around and found this place had pretty good reviews. So I took my car here and Frank told me he needed to take it apart my front bumper and all that for $40 to access the damage. Thankfully it wasn't too bad and I told Frank I really needed to save money since it was all cosmetics stuff that I needed replaced. He did his best to help me save money on parts as well as gave me a discount on the labor. Even though my car did end up staying at the shop for two days longer than what he told me, it came back to me in great condition and I couldn't tell I ever got into an accident. They know what they're talking about are extremely knowledgeable about their line of work.
