My alternator randomly went out on me. I called AAA to tow it here and about 30 minutes later Terry gave me a call letting me know what was wrong. He called the next morning with a quote and let me know with AAA I had a discount. They use the best quality stuff and I still didn't pay over $600! These sharks changed my water pump and thermostat. In doing so, forgot to refill the coolant. $800. By the time I drove my vehicle home , about 5 miles on a hot day, the temp guage was in the red warning zone . Major rookie mistake on them!!! Or , they were trying to conn me for more work , to be done . The radiator was bone dry . It took 3 gallons of radiator fluid to be ok again. I phoned these dumb asses when I quickly figured out out the problem. Don't go here !!! They suck!!!! Zero stars rating if possible !!!! read more

My experience was absolutely horrible. When you think of scummy mechanics and how they will try to milk you for every dollar while doing the least work possible..well this is the place. My car was having a common issue so I told the owner to look into it. Owner said they have to "test" everything. Owner will take your keys , make you sign a contract with a $165 diagnose" fee that will apply to any work done. Did not hear back from the owner until I called at end of day. They said they would work on it by performing more tests. Shocking..right? Anyway he held the car for 2 additional days until I got fed up. Guess what? As soon as I called to pick up the car third day, he found the problem. The exact problem I told him to look into from the start. And guess what else...? It would cost thousands. Stay away guys...unless you like being lied to, and then scammed and vehicle held hostage. They still charged me $300 diagnostics fee. This is an Absolute terrible place to bring your vehicle in. read more

I have had good experience with Hanna. His quotes were good and have not had problems with the procedures his done.

Everything turned out well when I visited their shop. I spoke with Hanna and other people there and they were all nice. The work done was great as well. They did recommend that I buy a new battery but since I have warranty on my existing battery, I'll try to get Autozone to replace it. I've read numerous reviews that Autozone doesn't consider acid leaking from the battery as being defective so if I don't get a replacement from them, I'll get one from Hanna. I'll make sure first that AAA covers battery leakes in their warranty. I took my car here because they are a CarMax certified facility. If I saw the other review first, I might not have gone. My experience has been different from the other reviewers though. I will still take my car back to Hanna because of the positive experience that I had. read more

I had AAA tow my car in because I saw liquid leaking from under the car. They recommended this shop to me. I had the best experience. They quickly signed me in and let me know all the cost info up front. After inspecting my car in under 30 minutes they found it was just AC condensation and proceeded to air the tires while double checking everything else. Shortly I was ready to pay and he let me know there was no charge! I will definitely return to this shop with any future issues. They are thorough and fast. 10/10! read more

My truck broke down on the side of the road, so I had AAA send me a tow truck which brought me here. This was one of the nicest experiences I've ever had at an auto repair shop. Hanna, the owner, chatted with me as I waited for my truck to get repaired, then after I was there for a few hours, he bought me lunch. I then saw 2 women walk in the door, talk to him for a little while, then he went over to the vending machine and bought them water bottles for their trip home. This is a real class act sort of place. They completed fixing my truck, which drives really well now, and sent me on my way. The o was very dishonest, trying to upsell work not performed by him and sent to his network of shops for his addition profit. I ended up towed there by a tow truck AAA sent and I had asked to be towed to the Ford Dealership as I have a Ford product. The driver insisted that he take me here. The owner, Manna tried to charge me a $525 administrative fee he showed posted after I told him I was having it towed to a AAA approved shop, told me I owed another $125 storage fee even though I waited in the car towed in at 3:00am. I took my car to Hannah last week to get serviced on Thursday, he called me up Saturday and said it was ready. Not only does this prick charge you more than he needs to, he's also dishonest and a liar. I called him Monday because I noticed two scratches that were on my car, passenger door and rear right passenger door. He didn't even let me finish explaining before he got aggressive on the phone saying he "didn't want to argue". I didn't call to argue, I called to ask and let him know what the situation was. He started defending his staff before I even mentioned any of them. I also mentioned yelp to which he replied "I DONT CARE ABOUT NO REVIEWS". The only reason why I went to this terrible place was because AAA referred them. I let them know about this situation as well. I hope anyone looking at this dudes reviews really REALLY takes this into consideration. This man is dishonest and aggressive. I wasn't expecting him to do much because of his attitude. I would have been ok with a simple apology. But since you don't care about reviews here you go. What bugs me the most is that I yelped his business before I even agreed to leave my car there. Go else where guys. This dude is no good, WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE of you. Update: you say I'm dishonest about the trac light being on and not mentioning it to you. I didn't mention it because I'm having someone else look into it. All I needed you for was the break inspection. We had the best experience at this establishment! We looked at a couple of places, had estimates and a friend of my husbands referred this place to us. The owner Hanna was very professional, and showed us the problem with our vehicle ( more than one problem) we had no idea the car had other issues. If it wasn't for him my daughter would have been out of more than $1200.00. We felt comfortable choosing this place. Hanna went out of his way for us and we couldn't be more grateful for him and his team. My daughter said when she went to pick up her car, it felt like so much stress was lifted out of her, she cried tears of " finally" someone honest!! 50 miles from home, our 15yr old expedition broke down. We were towed by Paddicks (AAA) towing (awesome tow and driver) to xpress auto. After running diagnostics, our fuel pump needed replacing.
