I get a call back saying that warranty wasn't going to cover it cause apparently there was work done to it, so he then told me to get it fixed somewhere else. Sadly they don't even bother to check the vcn or connect it to there system to see the issue. Now im am without headlight and only driving with high beams. No one should ever go through this nor get a lemon car that is apparently new. I have this pictures they took and what they send me way different what I took the picture. I don't recommend this dealer.

Here we go again. I took my brand new 2014 truck offroading and ended up sliding the front bumper…read moreonto a large rock. It dented & scratched the right side of the front bumper and skirt. As I continued testing my truck, I somehow ended up breaking the right rear mud guard (no biggie, but still). Since I knew that the guys here at PHH Auto do an amazing job (previously brought my 350z after a collision and they left it looking great) I didn't hesitate to bring my truck to them. They were extremely friendly, and gave me a good quote (cheaper than I anticipated). When I picked up the truck (a short 2 days later!) David knocked off an additional amount, giving me a great deal! I inspected the truck (keep in mind I JUST bought the thing, and my expectations were very high) and I was so happy to see that ALL the dents and scratches were gone! You couldn't even tell anything at all ever happened! The paint was an exact match, and the rear mud guard was replaced as well. My truck looked like she did back in the sales lot :) My only regret (again) is not taking pictures of the damages to post as a "before" picture. If you need auto body repairs, I would encourage you to check these guys out! Thanks for your help guys! Oh and thanks again for the second license plate frame haha!

This time they wrapped the antenna, roof, spoiler, and mirrors in black PPF, did the full front end in clear PPF, and added black vinyl to the lower side door molding, rocker molding, and rear trunk molding. To begin with the estimate seemed incredibly high for what the damages were. Since it was the place our insurance recommended, we figured that they must be good and fair, so we trusted their estimate. At this point it should be said that we were not at fault in the accident we were involved in, so we knew we were only going to have to pay the deductible and would get that back eventually, so we stuck with Diamond Hills. Unfortunately, our experience did not go well. 1- Most communication regarding price estimates, confirmation of work to be done or timeframes for completion were initiated by us. Despite being told our rep would contact us for approval to start repairs and keep us informed throughout the process, on most occasions we had to call him first. 2 - When we were called and notified that our vehicle was ready for pick-up, later that same day they discovered they had broken the tail light during reconstruction of the car. We are appreciative that they discovered it before we did and they fixed it before returning the vehicle to us, but it did it take an extra day to get it back. 3 - After repairs were complete and during the final assessment of repairs, we noticed a small spot that was missed when they painted the bumper. We were told they would fix it, but when we came back the next day they had tried to only touch up that one spot and crated a more noticeable smudge instead. Even a tech admitted to my husband he would not want a smudge like it on his car, so they needed to repaint it again. 4 - They needed to remove the windshield and the windshield sensor system during repairs, but they did not put the sensor system back together properly so it rattled and might have popped off when driving if we hadn't noticed it first. They did fix it after we pointed it out to them. 5 - This one is the one that made me finally decide to follow through with a review. We'd had the car back for several weeks and while driving on the freeway, my husband went to pull down the visor to block the sun and the visor completely pulled off and dangled from the socket in the vehicle's roof lining. He had to drive toward the sun, one handed-to prevent the dangling visor from blocking his view- back the collision center to get it fixed immediately. They did apologize and fixed it promptly, which we appreciate. Our experience here was not one that would have us recommend this location to anyone. We are not confident that other issues won't come up, as little but significant things keep happening. We have needed collision repairs in the past, enough to know this is not a typical experience. We regret not driving a little further to take it to a place we've used previously for better results. Overall, the body repairs to our car were completed well and the car looks good, but it feels like they either rush or are careless about some details unrelated to body work that for us ended up with mistakes that could have potentially compromised safety. I will say, I feel the other positive reviews may be due to a "rewards" system they push when you drop off your car and again when paying, that offers you money back for certain amounts of money spent. I can see how that could be enticing, but I couldn't understand how it benefited them as a business. Since we were going through our insurance, I declined to participate and the woman seemed a little irritated that I did. In the future if we need collision repairs again, we will be going elsewhere.

I was rear ended on the freeway on my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crewcab...The damages to my truck looked very minor until the truck was put on the lift. My FRAME was bent so therefore it had to be removed and replaced with a new one. I went to Sniener's the next day and my body and bed was already removed. Lol. I was shocked by how quickly they took care of business. I have AAA insurance so I know I wasn't gonna get anything less than perfection along with Sneiders...When talking with Mike Robinson from Sneiders La Puente he told me how things were gonna be etc...I was very worried about this job because it truly was a big job plus I had a fairly new truck. When i went to see my truck it was being worked on very clean and neatly. Nothing on tables, boxes or on the floor. The crew there at Sneiders was very polite, professional and helpful. I was told my truck would be ready in 30 days but it was ready in 12 days. The end result of my truck is that I'm 100% satisfied, happy and it looks and rides like new again. Great customer service is an understatement, I really wish I could give them a thousand stars! Mr. De La Cruz handled receiving my car at Seidner's Collision Center. Immediately after seeing my damaged car, the first thing he asked was if I was ok- and if everyone in my car was ok. SOO SWEET and incredibly thoughtful. As he was jotting notes regarding my car, I received a call from my claim adjuster who requested I fax over some documents. Mr. De La Cruz not only let me write the fax number on his clip board, but he said I could send the fax directly from the office (which he sent, and while I waited he gave me a cold bottle of water I hadn't even realized I really needed, man was I parched). Because of the soreness in my back from the accident, he graciously moved all my belongings into the other car. He even shared tips on how to deal with the pain since he too suffered from a back injury in the past. I don't know what the fate of my car will be yet, but I can't describe the peace I have knowing my car is in their hands. The shop looks top notch and the space is so organized it is clear that they take pride in what they do. I honestly walked out feeling a load had been lifted off my chest. Sidners Collion in La Puente/ City of Industry is AMAZING. The repairs done on my Mercedes E-320 are first-rate, and to have top notch work done in a timely manner( and that is putting it lightly) is icing on the cake! As great as Siedner's work is, Siedner's Customer Service is Above and beyond. I was instructed by AAA to take my car into Seidner's Collision center in La Puente for an estimate for their record(I was planning to have work elsewhere). From the time I made my appointment with Cynthia and Gina to having them inspect my car, I knew why AAA uses Sidner's in La Puente for their clients. Seidner's Collion in La Puente is Clockwork. They listen and then they take care of the rest...no wast of my time. And it gets better!!! When I came in to pick my car, I did so unprepared. They had every right to sent me home, but Sidner's team (Gina, Cynthia and Manager Octavio) literally worked hard and diligently with me more than an hour( annnnnnnd after hours to boot) to make sure I got my car that evening. Fast, knowledgeable, and professional services!!! From Haydee a nice receptionist with a good knowledge in the process of the papers that she will inspire peace of mind. Also, very dedicated to her job, she makes a good coffee. Then, Elvis the estimator who handles my case is a cool guy with a great sense of humor. He will update me in the repairs of my vehicle and answer any concern I arose. Likewise, I got the opportunity to know the Body men Juan and Martin who fix my vehicle, those guys were the bomb, cool appearance with a great attitude that you will like to have a drink in the weekend. Not to mention, the great job they did to my car. They did a beautiful job!!! AAA recommended Seidners Collission Center, I took my car in to the La Puente location and the staff there made this an excellent experience. For starters, I was greeted by the friendliest person, Terrie. Not only was she friendly, she was so great in taking care of all the coordination with Enterprise rental car. As for the car repairs, not only was Jerry as friendly as Terrie, but he made sure to kept me updated on the repairs and not only was my car repaired, cleaned but the work was completed fast and in less time then anticipated. I recently had to replace the trunk molding shell on my car, and the work was done quickly and properly. Cynthia Dominguez, the estimator, was very thorough and provided me with her opinions, when requested, and explained my options clearly. She is knowledgable.The price was very reasonable and the staff was gracious and friendly through the entire process. I would readily recommend them for repairs. Despite the damage to the front end of my car, Seidner's was able to repair my car and deliver it back to me by the promised date. I was amazed at how fast they were able to repair the cat. Seidner's collision center in la puente, CA is awesome. One of their staff goes by the name lee took great care of me when I got into an accident. Their whole staff was nice and very polite which they should be. But most importantly is the work they put on my car, the bumper turned out great. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Jerry made sure he keep in contact with the other insurance for approval of my repairs. What I like about this place is that they call you and keep you informed of the progress of your repairs. This is by far the best Auto collision Ctr. I now live in Costa Mesa and I really do not mind driving farther to have my car serviced since my car looks like brand new every time. Was gonna pay out of my own pocket for damages of an accident i was in they quoted me 1500. i ended up going with my insurance and they tripled the priced and kept coming out of with things that were supposedly wrong. i worked directly with jordan and Ali. after questioning them they would refused to take my calls when my car was in the shop for over a month long. Fast forward to day i called about a month ago because my front running light that they replaced was turning off and on they said it wasn't warranted. which was weird because it wasn't even a year of replacing it and for it to be going out on a omi part. So my husband bought a new light and was gonna have our chevy dealership fix it and while removing the bumper they asked if we had previous work done. i stated "yes" they said the the harness wasn't put on and bolts were missing. There was nothing wrong with my light. It was there improper of not put it in my light with the correct protection that they took off just never put back on. Not to mention they did a reset of my SRS airbag module (Sensing and Diagnostic Module - SDM) which was a load of crap cause it wasn't even a hard impact accident. there way of just collecting more money. and it was done improperly my lights in the inside of my car no longer work other little malfunctions due to them doing this. Zero stars!!!!! warning do not go to this location they are completely fraud.

Thankfully, this shop made the entire experience surprisingly smooth from start to finish. The receptionist immediately helped us get everything set up with insurance and made everything feel incredibly straightforward and organized. Since insurance covered the repairs (no fee on our end), we especially appreciated how much care and quality went into the work as they easily could have done the bare minimum... Communication throughout was clear, and we always felt like we knew what was happening with the repair timeline. The turnaround time was about 1.5 to 2 weeks. When we got the car back, the front looked completely restored like nothing had ever happened. The paint matching and body work looked seamless. The biggest surprise was that they had also detailed the car inside and out before returning it to us. The interior was spotless, the exterior was shining, and honestly the car looked better than it had in months. It felt like getting a brand new car back. Accidents are never fun, but having a repair shop that's efficient, communicative, and genuinely goes the "extra mile" makes a huge difference. Really grateful for how easy they made the whole experience.

Depends on where you go and not every single one is the same. This Caliber Collision center was one of the top rated collision repair centers recommended by Triple AAA and was closest to me so I decided to stop in and get my Tesla merged in Honda Fit repaired here. This was during the super busy and fisted time of the year, mid to late December so I had so much to do, but they were able to see me earlier than my 10 AM appointment and they were nice enough to use a courtesy vehicle to take me to the dental appointment that I had in the same morning. All of the staff who talked with me, even in person, or over the phone, or through text (my preferred means of communication) was super friendly and accommodating and made the experience much more streamlined. Uberto (not sure how to spell his name), but the driver who drove the courtesy vehicle was very chill and provided great customer service. I don't usually like talking to drivers when I go places, but he truly is a conversationalist. At the actual waiting lobby, they have complimentary Keurig machine and little water bottles. They had a good variety of teas, coffees, and hot chocolate withe all of the fixings too. There's some mints and chocolate candies as well. I also liked the fish that they had there as well. Very well taken care of and I'm glad they get a lot of swimming space (big kudos as another fellow exotics keeper). I think the only thing that was a bit annoying was the link that the text message sent to me regarding the repairs gave me an estimate for the pick up date, but not really a time and I had to keep calling to double check and make sure since my end of December schedule was packed with traveling and others visiting. I had to leave my car there overnight because of the timing, but they were kind enough to let me do that. GREAT JOB with the repairs and big surprise that they cleaned up my car (a bit embarrassing). They tossed out my trash bag, vacuumed, wiped things up, moved things to the trunk. I did not expect that. Thank you! Insurance paid for this, so I didn't pay a cent but this was a very smooth experience for a stressful time.

To begin with the estimate seemed incredibly high for what the damages were. Since it was the place our insurance recommended, we figured that they must be good and fair, so we trusted their estimate. At this point it should be said that we were not at fault in the accident we were involved in, so we knew we were only going to have to pay the deductible and would get that back eventually, so we stuck with Diamond Hills. Unfortunately, our experience did not go well. 1- Most communication regarding price estimates, confirmation of work to be done or timeframes for completion were initiated by us. Despite being told our rep would contact us for approval to start repairs and keep us informed throughout the process, on most occasions we had to call him first. 2 - When we were called and notified that our vehicle was ready for pick-up, later that same day they discovered they had broken the tail light during reconstruction of the car. We are appreciative that they discovered it before we did and they fixed it before returning the vehicle to us, but it did it take an extra day to get it back. 3 - After repairs were complete and during the final assessment of repairs, we noticed a small spot that was missed when they painted the bumper. We were told they would fix it, but when we came back the next day they had tried to only touch up that one spot and crated a more noticeable smudge instead. Even a tech admitted to my husband he would not want a smudge like it on his car, so they needed to repaint it again. 4 - They needed to remove the windshield and the windshield sensor system during repairs, but they did not put the sensor system back together properly so it rattled and might have popped off when driving if we hadn't noticed it first. They did fix it after we pointed it out to them. 5 - This one is the one that made me finally decide to follow through with a review. We'd had the car back for several weeks and while driving on the freeway, my husband went to pull down the visor to block the sun and the visor completely pulled off and dangled from the socket in the vehicle's roof lining. He had to drive toward the sun, one handed-to prevent the dangling visor from blocking his view- back the collision center to get it fixed immediately. They did apologize and fixed it promptly, which we appreciate. Our experience here was not one that would have us recommend this location to anyone. We are not confident that other issues won't come up, as little but significant things keep happening. We have needed collision repairs in the past, enough to know this is not a typical experience. We regret not driving a little further to take it to a place we've used previously for better results. Overall, the body repairs to our car were completed well and the car looks good, but it feels like they either rush or are careless about some details unrelated to body work that for us ended up with mistakes that could have potentially compromised safety. I will say, I feel the other positive reviews may be due to a "rewards" system they push when you drop off your car and again when paying, that offers you money back for certain amounts of money spent. I can see how that could be enticing, but I couldn't understand how it benefited them as a business. Since we were going through our insurance, I declined to participate and the woman seemed a little irritated that I did. In the future if we need collision repairs again, we will be going elsewhere.
