Original estimated completion date was delayed by one day but wasn't a problem as we had a rental car through insurance. Communication during the process was very good. Staff at the office on Valley was very friendly. Honestly would've given it 0 stars but it does not let me. Sooooo I got into an accident 01/15, took my car to the shop 01/22, they told me it would be completed from 02/05-02/10, then on 02/10 they called and said it is getting extended to 02/11, I got off the phone with them right now and they extended it again to 02/12. The guy kept apologizing but apologies do not mean anything in this business. This lagged so long and it was so unnecessary so now im stuck with a bill for someone else's car (had to borrow) and cannot get my car. The thing is they can be sorry but that representative called me in the morning to tell me my car would be ready, he would even stay OT to make sure my car is perfect. I told him "you can tell me anything but at the end of the day it does not matter if all you're doing is prolonging the process." Wouldn't recommend the mechanic is very careless. My car was apparently fixed! 2 days later my axle was completely out. I'm glad I didn't get on the freeway. This could've ended bad especially having my baby in my car. If it wasn't for my insurance forcing me to go back for them to fix it I wouldn't have had them repair it. Got my truck fix here at Seidner's and a few days later I opened my hood to fill my wiper fluid. As I opened the hood and walked over to fill the fluid the hood almost hit me in the head. I called Seidner's about the hood struts not working cause I know they had the hood open for a long time since they had my truck for over a week. We just got my husband's car back yesterday from Seidner's. They did a fantastic job on his vehicle and it looks brand new! They did repair the entire front of the car and the inside because there was a lot of internal damage. It took around 12 working days for it to be complete. The only thing that was a bit difficult was that we were given different dates on when the car would be ready but we weren't given those specific updates until we called to confirm. But over all, the staff was friendly and Elisa and Luis who helped with the car were helpful and kind. If we ever need any repairs on our vehicles, I would gladly bring my car here! The big rig kept going pulling my whole front end out of alignment from the main chassis. The newest manager responded to my review, suggesting that I have had my car repaired several times in his words. He suggests, that I had repairs on both sides of my car. This is attitude that they have. Gene it was the same side both times. Both very minor, first time someone backed into my rear driver side. The next time was a chip which was the size of a dime, in the same exact spot as previous time. That incident was ruled- vandalism. I was told by a reputable paint technician with 30 years experience said the mills are too thick and any little hit is going to cause the paint to chip. Both, times I took my car to this location. Both, times they had to redo. They put the clear coat over dust. They melted my weather stripping. They forgot to put the door protectors on the door. They also messed up the plastic runner on the roof and again I had to go back. This last piece if I didn't call and bug they never would have called me. So mister new manager it was two incidents but they painted my car four times. You should have just apologized. You're taking pride in shoddy work and an unprofessional staff. Since this business allows for faulty work/ overspray/ dirt/ damage etc. My business belongs with Caliber Collision now. Hopefully I won't need it. I took my car in for a very minor chip in the paint of my rear passenger side. The damage was smaller than a dime same exact spot of previous. When I went to pick up my car. It was shown to me in in a dark place. I was asked to review it; making sure the car is in good running condition and all my blinkers work. I told Nick, I can't really see the work so I will look at it in the day light. Come to find what I thought was glue was actually overspray. They didn't mask my car correctly. So I have clear coat patches on the side of my car in two places that have to be removed by a paint technician. They removed the overspray from the black plastic that is in between my windows and this resulted in eating away a the window seals. It took six months to resolve this issue. They painted over dust and you can the little bumps everywhere. My car was covered with dust all on the driver side. They don't care about the results they only want to be paid. They never apologized just oh we will take care of that. Yeah in their own sweet time. I took my car to another place and they said that the mills of paint are so thick that with a minor impact the paint will chip. They are crap when it comes to estimates, they took a 2-3k dollar damage and told they insurance company the repair bill would be over seven thousands dollars three thousand for parts and the rest for labor! I priced parts alone for 1300 dollars, I know laborers are asking for pay but how people you got working on the car? 10? 20? I was unable to swerve away as there was a car next to me, so I hit a table leg it looked like on the freeway. Anyway, As Seidner's is just off the freeway and located close to an Enterprise Rental, I decided to go here. I was told to come back Monday, as they had the lot full for the weekend already. That part sucked. But that just meant they have a lot of business going through them. Which means people trust them. Handoff on Monday was painless. I got my car back in 2 and a half weeks. It just took that long because of the supply chain and lack of parts. Does our government even know how to do anything anymore?! They have to wake up. Ugh. My car came back driving better than when I brought it in. They did an alignment, recalibrated the sensors and everything. The steering seems tighter and more responsive. I don't know what else they did, but my car looks and feels like when I first bought it. Eddie needs a raise. Are you listening Seidner's? If you already pay him a lot, You need to give him a raise on top of that. If you're not paying him bank, you need to. He runs your business like he owns it. Ultimate professional. Unfortunately, I have had to come back here twice! However, it's the only place I will ever go to because i trust them so much. I forgot the name of the man who helped me the first time but he had the most beautiful eyes! And I mean that with the utmost respect; my husband was next to me when I noticed and complimented the man . I remember being helped quickly and he got my car back as soon as he could. Second time returning, my husband and I were assisted by Eddie. Let me start off by saying that Eddie really treated us like family. As busy as they were, he still took my car in though they were really tight on space. He kept us posted on anything and everything that's was going on with my car. It did take a while for my car to get back, but honestly with all the shortages in parts you really can't blame them. I know for a fact Eddie was chasing down leads to get the parts needed for my car. As much as I did call, *sorry Eddie*, Eddie always kept his cool and reassured me that everything was going well and not to worry. When my car was finally completed, there were a couple of issues but it's nothing that I would blame Eddie or the company for. The car is a 2020, it is more complicated electrically, and to be honest I was already unhappy with the purchase of this specific car (I just recently traded it in for a different car... should have got a Toyota in the first place... lesson learned). Eddie actually drove to my house in his own car, and made sure that we were safe. I mean... who does that!?! Eddie does!! He took back my car and didn't return it till he knew it was safe. In the mean time, he got me in a rental and the company took care of the bill for the rental. Once my car was returned it was like new! It ran well and I no longer had any issues with it. Seriously, we have never felt so take care of. We have told family and friends to take their business to this specific location. All the workers there have been so nice to us, it's not just Eddie and "Ojos Lindos" I hope to not return again, but only for obvious reasons... I don't know anyone who loves being in an accident or loves being without THEIR car. However, life and accidents happen, and yet again I would choose to come back to this location. Well, this place now gets a one star review... Not one person was working there anymore of who I previously dealt with... New management and staff are horrible... They just wasted about an hour and a half of my time to tell me that they're not gonna take my car to fix because they don't work with the other company that hit me. I explained all this on the phone to them when I called and said who I had, and who the compsny responsibke is... Its not that they weren't going to take my car and fix it. There's 1 million other body shops, but the rudeness of the general manager... He was so rude... Please don't take your car here they don't deserve it... I have been using this place now for a couple years... They have fixed cars and I have sent people to them... I trusted them... Very fast service, friendly staff (Pedro is amazing and very helpful, kind, professional), fair prices, and quality work. The large lady at the front desk made several rude comments, like "Obviously I need your keys, how else do you think we're gonna move your car??" Instead of just saying, "keys please" after I asked "where do I leave my keys?" Anyway - she was rude several times, but if you can overlook her at the front desk, everything else was amazing service. My whole family only goes to Seidner's in Covina. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I've used Seidner's before but chose the city of Industry/La Puente shop because of it's proximity to my home. When I took my car in on September 26, the manager was very friendly and helpful. I'll got a call from Lee, the service advisor on Monday and told me about the processes involved and the expected date of completion. He called me every 2 days to give me an update. I got a call Friday morning (October 3) expecting another update. But to my surprise he told me the car was done! I picked up the car and the job was EXCEPTIONAL! I've never experienced such speedy service! I am privileged to write this review and let everyone know that if you need auto body work, Seidner's in the city of industry will always deliver! If there was the option at least one star I would give them to them I went because the AAA insurance sent me with them they fixed my truck they digested me that they used new and original parts I believed them and it turns out that over time the work was ruined when they digested that it had a lifetime warranty and it turns out that when I go to have it checked they say that that work is very bad that they didn't do it that they didn't recognize it I didn't want a free job anymore I was willing to pay again but it turns out that they went upside down when they told me that that work that my car had was very badly done so 0% I recommend it read more

I was claimant through State Farm and brought in my car to fix front bumper, dent on fender bender and wheel since other party side swiped mine. The repair took one week and the estimated cost is over $2500-ish. As I didn't go around to ask for estimates, it's hard to tell that the cost is fair and reasonable (OEM Lexus parts are expensive compare to others.. it could be reasonable). The work was completed on target date and my car looks as good as New. I didn't give 5 stars because they called me for pickup.. once I was on my way, I got a call that they need one more day. Other than that, I believed they have done a good job.. I would recommend to others & THANK you Seidner's Team!! read more
