I had an accident with my Model Y Ultra Red and got two quotes. Both body shops were reputable Tesla recommended, but I guess each has their own way of doing things, as Jung's was cheaper. While it's nice, cheap isn't always what you should go for. Talking to Karen and Thomas, I could tell that they have done many of these jobs and were honest with their restoration. We talked about going through insurance, even changing insurance, seeing what options I had. It was heart to heart and not a sales pitch. Jung's was the life saver after I was rejected for some body work with the front bumper at the Pomona Tesla Collision Center. I tried to schedule service fie my Model S when I discover half of the bumper was falling off after a trip to Trader Joe's. Even tho there was no accident, I'm thinking maybe the many many many times I scraped the bottom of the car against sidewalks, parking cement thingies and road bumps and what not. Tesla recommended Jung's for me. They were very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job. Now to the bad part, the bumper took one week to repair and it costed me over $3K and they don't offer Uber vouchers and repairs so I had to pay Uber out of pocket the whole week. read more

They did a good job with my Cadillac Escalade. It took a little while because they were booked in advance. They told me ahead of time it would be a few weeks before they can get to it to me. To me that says they do good work. They didn't have me bring the vehicle in until they were ready to fix it so that was cool. When I picked it up, it looked nice and new. Johnny Utah and his technicians have gone above and beyond in the restoration of our Toyota Avalon. It was side swiped in a parking lot. The damage was very severe. Johnny explained in detail what needed to be done (the right rear passenger side door would need to be taken apart and some cutting of the top panel and when taken apart look for other damages). He estimated the cost and approximately how long the car will be in the shop. Johnny was truthful regarding the cost of the repair. He assured us that he would get his top technician to work on our Avalon. The Avalon was in the shop for approximately three weeks. Johnny, Karen and other staff members are truly friendly, helpful and dedicated to their code of delivering excellent service. Being we are seniors, Johnny and Karen treated us with kindness and respect. When we picked up the Avalon, we were so surprised! The Avalon looked NEW!! My husband and I came into get an estimate on our VW Suv. A korean lady working the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. Few minutes later, a guy came out to give us an estimate for a door damage. He insisted that I REPLACE the whole door and stated that "he'll take care of the insurance and you'll get some cash back". A huge mistake taking my car here for a front bumper repaired. I think they did low bid to the insurance company to get the business since they are Mercury recommended shop, but it turns out to be 46% higher on the final bill. This will affect my future premium increase, so I question them why. Their reply is they found out more parts need to be replaced after they start working it. They also said that "they can take the part out if you don't like it". What kind of attitude is this? I have never experienced such rude answer from any Auto shop before. read more

Someone else came out, he took my information down and took pictures all around my vehicle. He assured me that the appraiser will review the pictures and give me a call/email later the day. Guess what? A week had passed, and I still haven't received any communication from them. Was I still waiting for them? No. I went to another reputable body shop the very next day and got my car repaired. I had a great experience with their manager Johnny Utah. I came in on a Tuesday to get my front bumper replaced and he was very helpful. He gave me an estimate within 10-15 minutes and there was no pressure to get my car fixed there. I returned hours later to get my car down and drop off was a breeze. I left my keys there and they called me later when they gave me an ETA when the parts would come. Johnny was transparent as he quoted me a range just in case there was more damage than initially inspected. By Friday afternoon, my car was ready and the estimate turned out to be the final price. Johnny was great as he kept in mind that I told him I wasn't planning on keeping the car for much longer, he was able to salvage some parts without ordering new ones. I've been wanting to fix the back of my trunk since my boyfriend had accidentally hit a pole. Johnny was honest and told me not to fix it since the value of it being fixed or not fixed wouldn't matter at all. Instead, I'd be blowing money for just the cosmetics. I personally don't care as long as I am safe in my car. The bottom of my car was screeching against the pavement every time I drove near a dip. Found out I was missing a piece and they ended up fixing it pro bono even though I insisted on paying for the service. There is a reason why this place has nothing less than 5 stars for all 48 reviews so far. That's quite an accomplishment for an auto body shop and there is a valid reason why. I called this place up, after calling several other auto body repair shops, including dealerships, and decided to come here after i spoke to Johnny. i damaged my passenger side rear view mirror and explained to him my damage to get a quote. What I liked about Johnny is that he really took the time to explain all the intricacies of the cost to repair this job and my option. This sounds weird, but getting a part for an old car is a little more complicated than it may appear and trying to get the exact paint color can also be challenging. Eventually, he said that I should try and call a Toyota dealership to see what they say about getting the exact paint color for my car part since many car parts come in a neutral black color (due to mass production especially for older cars) and auto body shops have to do a paint match, which costs extra money. Anyway, to make a long story short, I got good vibes when I called this place and after getting a quote from the dealership and a few other body shops, I went to visit this one to see what they would say for my final cost. I asked for Johnny who immediately came out and remembered our conversation. He started to explain similar things when we spoke on the phone and basically said that I would be better to just buy the part at the Toyota dealership and then showed me how to replace it, which is basically just awesome since he just wanted me to be happy despite losing this customer for this particular job. Anyway, that goes a long way for me and I'll be recommending my friends to this place and also wanted to leave this review. This is an honest auto body shop that won't try and add extra work on you. I was involved in an accident where my drivers side was pretty wrecked from a minivan that hit me from the side/back. Both doors were banged up and the my drivers side rear quarter panel was damaged as well. At the recommendation of a friend, I decided to bring my Prius to Jungs Auto Body for collision repair. Mind you, I am SURE there are plenty of shops near and around where I live and work, but the friend said it would be worth the 40+ minute drive to this shop. Several weeks in the shop for extensive repair were worth the wait, and the travel distance from my home/work to the shop were more than worth it for the quality of the repair that was done. I am SO glad I came here! Smooth process throughout. From taking the car in for estimate on the spot, few days of repairing/painting and picking up; they made it so easy and pleasing, I felt like I walked out of hot spa. The moment you park and walk in to their office, it's welcoming as it's clean and Nespresso coffees with ice maker just waiting for you to be served.
