Brought my Tesla Model 3 in for a front bumper repair. The work was done within a few days and the repair looked good as new. They worked directly with the insurance without any issues. Would highly recommend. read more

I had an accident with my Model Y Ultra Red and got two quotes. Both body shops were reputable Tesla recommended, but I guess each has their own way of doing things, as Jung's was cheaper. While it's nice, cheap isn't always what you should go for. Talking to Karen and Thomas, I could tell that they have done many of these jobs and were honest with their restoration. We talked about going through insurance, even changing insurance, seeing what options I had. It was heart to heart and not a sales pitch. That made me decide to go with them, and the job speaks for itself. Done within the week, and warrantied if within reason. I highly recommend this body shop for any work, Tesla or not based on my interaction and results. read more

Excellent service!! I cannot thank Jung's enough for a great work they did in my car repair. Brought my Tesla here last January due to a car crash. Although the repair took about a month due to delays on parts delivery and additional repairs outside of the accident, they make it a priority that I am updated on a regular basis via email and they explained things thoroughly. Picked up my car like it's brand new. They also washed my car and cleaned my interior. Will definitely recommend for Tesla collision repairs! Would like to give special shoutout to Karen and Thomas for the excellent service! read more

Thank you for fixing the car honestly and doing a good job. I'm very satisfied with the result. read more

The review is long overdue. We had a repair done here. They are very easy to work with. They do a lot of follow ups with emails and phone calls to keep us updated about the process. We could see their work style is highly efficient and organized. They also did a great job fixing our car and working with our insurance company. The price is not cheap but quite worth it per the job quality they delivered. read more

Fast, Friendly, and Reliable Tesla Cybertruck Repair Brought my Cybertruck in for bodywork after a minor accident, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The team was honest, quick, and easy to work with--no upselling, no runaround. They kept me informed throughout the process and had the repair done ahead of schedule. The cybertruck looks brand new again. Highly recommend this shop for anyone needing trustworthy and efficient work on their vehicle, especially EVs like the Cybertruck. read more

Took my vehicle here after being in an accident since it was recommended by the other party's insurance (mercury) and they didn't want to service my vehicle because they were too busy and since they are the only approved Tesla repair shop they said I could come back next week. After the insurance company told them I would be in, they didn't want to service my car. I'm very disappointed and have contacted Mercury since the insurance company said they can't deny servicing my vehicle. read more

These guys are amazing! I've taken my Tesla to them twice for fender benders and the car comes out perfect every time. Karen and the front desk and Tom (the owner) take great care of you, don't lead you on, and give you accurate information as to when the car will be finished. I can't recommend them highly enough. Tell Karen Jed sent you. read more

Karen, Thomas and the rest of the team still the best. My trunk that they fixed almost a year and also 2 years ago suddenly was stuck where I couldn't open or close it. It kept beeping as I was driving since it was partially open and closed. I came in completely stressed because I had to drive to LA later, they checked my car and got my trunk to close even though they were extremely busy. Very thankful for their help. read more

I had stupidly drove against a low wall/curb pulling out of a parking spot at the dentist and messed up my door and panel of my Tesla model 3. Jung's Auto Restoration was quick to give me an estimate and they were always very responsive over email or phone with any questions. Repairs were completed within the promised timeframe. Friendly staff. I would go back to them for any issues with my Tesla. read more

Unfortunately, I needed to get my car repaired, but I'm so glad I chose Jung Auto Shop -- not just because they were close to my house, but because of their great service. They made the entire process stress-free, clearly explained the steps and timeline, and kept me updated whenever I called. When I picked up my car, it wasn't just repaired -- it was spotless and looked like new. Highly recommend them!!! read more

Jung's was the life saver after I was rejected for some body work with the front bumper at the Pomona Tesla Collision Center. I tried to schedule service fie my Model S when I discover half of the bumper was falling off after a trip to Trader Joe's. Even tho there was no accident, I'm thinking maybe the many many many times I scraped the bottom of the car against sidewalks, parking cement thingies and road bumps and what not. Tesla recommended Jung's for me. They were very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job. Now to the bad part, the bumper took one week to repair and it costed me over $3K and they don't offer Uber vouchers and repairs so I had to pay Uber out of pocket the whole week. read more

Everything was superb. From patient and quick responses on the phone to in person interactions, everyone from this business is friendly and helpful. If you're unfortunate enough to have to have your vehicle repaired, at least repairing at Jung's is the least stressful part of the process. They also returned my car shiny and clean! Can't say enough good things about them! Thank you! read more

Great shop for tesla repair! They were fast & provided excellent communication. My repair was done ahead of schedule. I appreciate the time Karen and Thomas took to explain not only their processes, but what i could expect from the insurance company. This shop is certified through tesla and you can see the quality. Added bonus: they have a great working relationship with a local car rental location; the car rental place had alot of nice things to say about jungs! read more

They did a good job with my Cadillac Escalade. It took a little while because they were booked in advance. They told me ahead of time it would be a few weeks before they can get to it to me. To me that says they do good work. They didn't have me bring the vehicle in until they were ready to fix it so that was cool. When I picked it up, it looked nice and new. They arranged for the rental car company to come pick me up. I recommend this business and will use them again . read more

Wonderful experience here. I needed a simple repair that no one else would do for me because it was a small job that wasn't super costly. Came here, they were so kind and honest and took care of it for me in an instant. This was not a big job, and was not going to pay a lot but they took the time to take care of it for me. I sincerely appreciate the kindness for something simple but still took time and energy from them. read more

A huge thank you to Karen, Johnny, Thomas and the rest of their team for the amazing work and service done on my car. I brought it in after my driver door had a gaping hole from the pipe that hit me on the freeway. They were quick in providing the quote and after seeing all the great reviews, I felt comfortable having them do the job. Even with the one week delay in the repair, they kept me updated every step of the way so there was no confusion. This was my first experience with Jungs and they went beyond my expectations. They did a great job fixing up my car door. There is no doubt where I should go if I ever need another body repair. I highly recommend Jungs to everyone! read more

Absolutely recommend this place. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

My husband and I came into get an estimate on our VW Suv. A korean lady working the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. Few minutes later, a guy came out to give us an estimate for a door damage. He insisted that I REPLACE the whole door and stated that "he'll take care of the insurance and you'll get some cash back". A complete scam. Be careful. Oh the estimate was $12,344 for a door! read more

Johnny Utah and his technicians have gone above and beyond in the restoration of our Toyota Avalon. It was side swiped in a parking lot. The damage was very severe. Johnny explained in detail what needed to be done (the right rear passenger side door would need to be taken apart and some cutting of the top panel and when taken apart look for other damages). He estimated the cost and approximately how long the car will be in the shop. Johnny was truthful regarding the cost of the repair. He assured us that he would get his top technician to work on our Avalon. The Avalon was in the shop for approximately three weeks. Johnny, Karen and other staff members are truly friendly, helpful and dedicated to their code of delivering excellent service. Being we are seniors, Johnny and Karen treated us with kindness and respect. When we picked up the Avalon, we were so surprised! The Avalon looked NEW!! You couldn't tell that the Avalon had been damaged. Johnny and his crew did magic on our Avalon. They cleaned inside of the car and polished it!! Johnny Utah, you are our go to guy in the future. A huge mistake taking my car here for a front bumper repaired. I think they did low bid to the insurance company to get the business since they are Mercury recommended shop, but it turns out to be 46% higher on the final bill. This will affect my future premium increase, so I question them why. Their reply is they found out more parts need to be replaced after they start working it. They also said that "they can take the part out if you don't like it". What kind of attitude is this? I have never experienced such rude answer from any Auto shop before. read more

Jungs Auto Body is a reputable business that ensures the car is repaired correctly. They do not scrimp on quality. They are extremely pleasant and helpful. When a claim is filed with insurance, they handle everything. They have already repaired 5 of my vehicles. All of them appear to be brand new, as if the accident never occurred. Ask for Thomas Lim, the owner, and he will handle everything. Don't look elsewhere. read more

This is my first time here. I was well taken care of when I took in my Tesla model 3. I had a dent about a foot long on my driver door. Jung is certified as a Tesla autobody. They did a great job color matching so you can't tell if my car was repainted. I highly recommend taking your Tesla here. read more

I had a great experience with their manager Johnny Utah. I came in on a Tuesday to get my front bumper replaced and he was very helpful. He gave me an estimate within 10-15 minutes and there was no pressure to get my car fixed there. I returned hours later to get my car down and drop off was a breeze. I left my keys there and they called me later when they gave me an ETA when the parts would come. Johnny was transparent as he quoted me a range just in case there was more damage than initially inspected. By Friday afternoon, my car was ready and the estimate turned out to be the final price. Johnny was great as he kept in mind that I told him I wasn't planning on keeping the car for much longer, he was able to salvage some parts without ordering new ones. He also threw in a few parts here in there on the house to keep my quoted price the final price. All in all, I recommend those needing their car fixed to come see Johnny at Jungs. read more

This place is awesome!! You really can't go wrong with a name like Johnny Utah. lol. I accidently scratched my beautiful ride and everyday I was looking at it and it just bothered me more and more. So I found this place on yelp and called and talked to Johnny. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of very good information and told me to bring it in right away so he could assess the damage. Finally got to meet him in person, and he looked at the car, told me exactly what the issue is and had one of his guys work on it right away. The service was really efficient and diligent! Highly recommend! Very honest business. read more

I've been wanting to fix the back of my trunk since my boyfriend had accidentally hit a pole. Johnny was honest and told me not to fix it since the value of it being fixed or not fixed wouldn't matter at all. Instead, I'd be blowing money for just the cosmetics. I personally don't care as long as I am safe in my car. The bottom of my car was screeching against the pavement every time I drove near a dip. Found out I was missing a piece and they ended up fixing it pro bono even though I insisted on paying for the service. Honestly, Johnny wouldn't even accept a tip so I'm highly impressed with this place. Consider taking your auto fender benders here. I'm sure they will take good care of you and be 100% honest about what they think you should do. Lina Chen read more

If you're looking for an honest auto body shop with outstanding customer service, look no further. This is your place! There is a reason why this place has nothing less than 5 stars for all 48 reviews so far. That's quite an accomplishment for an auto body shop and there is a valid reason why. I called this place up, after calling several other auto body repair shops, including dealerships, and decided to come here after i spoke to Johnny. i damaged my passenger side rear view mirror and explained to him my damage to get a quote. What I liked about Johnny is that he really took the time to explain all the intricacies of the cost to repair this job and my option. This sounds weird, but getting a part for an old car is a little more complicated than it may appear and trying to get the exact paint color can also be challenging. Eventually, he said that I should try and call a Toyota dealership to see what they say about getting the exact paint color for my car part since many car parts come in a neutral black color (due to mass production especially for older cars) and auto body shops have to do a paint match, which costs extra money. Anyway, to make a long story short, I got good vibes when I called this place and after getting a quote from the dealership and a few other body shops, I went to visit this one to see what they would say for my final cost. I asked for Johnny who immediately came out and remembered our conversation. He started to explain similar things when we spoke on the phone and basically said that I would be better to just buy the part at the Toyota dealership and then showed me how to replace it, which is basically just awesome since he just wanted me to be happy despite losing this customer for this particular job. Anyway, that goes a long way for me and I'll be recommending my friends to this place and also wanted to leave this review. This is an honest auto body shop that won't try and add extra work on you. Also, if you're looking for incredible customer service, this is your place since he really goes out of his way to explain the whole process and some of the nuances that you might run into. read more

I was involved in an accident where my drivers side was pretty wrecked from a minivan that hit me from the side/back. Both doors were banged up and the my drivers side rear quarter panel was damaged as well. At the recommendation of a friend, I decided to bring my Prius to Jungs Auto Body for collision repair. Mind you, I am SURE there are plenty of shops near and around where I live and work, but the friend said it would be worth the 40+ minute drive to this shop. Several weeks in the shop for extensive repair were worth the wait, and the travel distance from my home/work to the shop were more than worth it for the quality of the repair that was done. I am SO glad I came here! I would recommend ANY body that needs body work/repair done on their own vehicle, and wants top notch quality performed, to go to Jungs. *Knock on wood* If I were ever involved in another accident, I would take any of my vehicles back to Jungs! You can refer to the pictures I've uploaded for the before and after. Edit: I believe it was the owner, Thomas, who took my car in and was in contact with me. He was extremely kind/helpful! read more

I brought in Wifey's Model 3 and had AAA insurance. The other party was at fault and Jung's auto body kept us in loop as well as AAA in approximating completion date. Initially Enterprise rent-A he picked us up and we got a very good luxury car rental and returned it back on Friday (at closing time) here at Jung's who scanned in rental car barcode and if that goes through (Enterprise will pickup Monday) this will be the most seamless experience in auto body shop drop off and pickup while getting/dropping off rental car in this regard. read more

Drove in for an estimate (not a Tesla) for a minor bumper repair. They were not able to give an estimate at the time, because their appraiser was not in the office yet. Someone else came out, he took my information down and took pictures all around my vehicle. He assured me that the appraiser will review the pictures and give me a call/email later the day. Guess what? A week had passed, and I still haven't received any communication from them. Was I still waiting for them? No. I went to another reputable body shop the very next day and got my car repaired. Unless I must use this shop (like a Tesla), I will always avoid this shop from now on due to unprofessionalism. read more

Smooth process throughout. From taking the car in for estimate on the spot, few days of repairing/painting and picking up; they made it so easy and pleasing, I felt like I walked out of hot spa. The moment you park and walk in to their office, it's welcoming as it's clean and Nespresso coffees with ice maker just waiting for you to be served. Receptionist and the owner, Thomas was very professional in terms of explaining the whole process and getting down to business. Offered to call for taxi and even offered to arrange the rental car which was very nice of them. The car was fixed very well just like brand new with the free car wash. It can't get any easier than this. Nice people. read more

I can see why Johnny is so popular here. Today was my first time at this auto body shop, and will be the only one I go to from now on. He even examined other areas of the car and fixed the scratches near the wheels without me asking him to. THANK YOU JOHNNY FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!!
