Remember that feeling when you would find a special surprise toy at the bottom of your cereal box? Yea, that's kinda how I feel about finding Jung's Auto Body. I took in my Toyota Camry a few weeks ago because someone had backed into my car, causing my front bumper/headlights to crack. I went to SEVERAL places to get a estimate. I got estimates ranging from $500 - $1300. I could easily tell at some of the places I went to that they didn't have my best interest in mind (they were trying to rip me off because I was younger & a female.) When I went to Jung's I didn't get that feeling at all. Johnny (the MAN.AGER) was very thorough when inspecting my car and was able to give me a quote right away. I NEVER thought for a second that he was being shady like all the other places that I went to. I agreed to get my car fixed before leaving Jung's and Johnny said he'd contact me as soon as the parts came in. THE VERY NEXT DAY, he called to let me know that my parts came in already and I could come in at my leisure to get my car repaired. I took my car in right away and I couldn't believe my eyes when I got my car back. It looked SO. DAMN. GOOD.. They even went out of their way to fix other things I hadn't even asked about!!! Who does that?! I wanted to yodel my praises on top of a snowy Swiss mountain (that's a thing, right?) YO, MANAGEMENT, IF YOU'RE READING THIS, GIVE JOHNNY A RAISE!!! He is truly an AMAZING guy! Took my 2002 Nissan Altima in to replace a bumper. Johnny did a great job explaining everything. From beginning he advised to go with an OEM part for better fit. When parts came in and bumper was painted, took car back in and in 4 hours my car looked brand new again. Definitely recommend this place for body work. Looking for honest, friendly, and quick service? This is your place! I've had a small dent on the side of my car for a few years now (some jerk hit me in the Target parking lot and didn't leave a note). It was starting to rust and look really bad. I didn't want to pay to get the whole thing fixed, so I've been ignoring it. Then a few weeks ago I scraped against a low wall while backing out of a parking lot. The front bumper was loose and scratched. I decided I didn't want my car to look totally awful, so I called around to see if someone could do a quick-fix just to get it looking decent again. Johnny was super nice over the phone and said an estimate would only take a few minutes. I headed over there and showed him the dents/scratches and explained what I wanted (not a full-fix, but just something to make it look better). He seemed to understand what I wanted and didn't try to convince me to spend a lot of money to do a full-fix-definitely no pressure or upselling, which was great! Before he even saw the front he had someone painting the rusted part and said there was no charge for that. Awesome! Then, once he saw the front he buffed out the scratches himself, called someone over to put a bolt on the bumper, and had someone retouch the paint on the front bumper as well. I interrupted to ask the price, and he said he would just take care of it for me for FREE! WOW! The front bumper looks great! You can't even tell I hit anything unless you get super close and examine the paint. The back is obviously still dented, but it looks a million times better with paint over the formerly rusty area. It's clear the shop has the ability to do high-quality work that would leave your car as good as new, but I'm mostly writing just because I was so impressed and surprised that Johnny helped me out free of charge! I was in and out within half an hour, my car looks great, and I didn't spend a penny! I didn't think places like this existed! I would definitely come here again, for big or small repairs now that I know the owner is so friendly, helpful, and honest. read more

I just selected randomly after i got accident. This is the first time joy to have after car accident. i was lucky to find BEST collision center in my area. Their first impression is very kind specifically with front lady. Their job is 5 star as well. My car looks as new after accident. i always have a preconception for all collision center but these people break it and i am so happy doing business with them. All I can say is that I am glad I listened to all the reviews and went here. It was a little out of the way for me because of where I work and live but it was totally worth it. They did a great job and the car looks like it was never in an accident. Johnny took care of everything and I didn't have to do anything after I got my repair quote from Geico. He worked with them because there was additional damage and cost. All I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. He even was able to buff out some scratches I had on my car. He answered all my questions and let me know that I can come back if I notice anything else was wrong. So I found Jungs Auto Body on yelp... My story (you can skip to the next paragraph if you don't wanna read the story). I will do my best to keep it as short as possible. 1-buy car used 2-wash car with pressure washer, pressure washer strips paint d/t cheap paint from previous owners accident 3-contemplate painting just the spot or covering with vinyl 4-went with the vinyl (actually looked pretty good) 5-good until road debris hit and cut the vinyl 6- went to peel vinyl off of the car, cheap paint from earlier came up with it 7-i was left with a bare metal hood, some parts the paint and primer decided to stay on 8-contemplate paint vs vinyl again 9-decided to go with paint and the search on yelp was on Now onto the actual review of Jung's. I was given an estimate by Johnny Utah!!! (watch the movie Point Break if you don't know) Well not really, but his business card says Johnny Utah (so just as awesome) Anyway he gives me my estimate and I go home and think about it. A day or two later decide to drop it off to have it worked on. 4 days later I get it back and it is in awesome shape. He told me it was actually alot more work once they got the old cheap paint off of the car. According to Mr. "Utah" a whole extra day of labor, but he still charged me what he quoted me. He also didn't charge me to fix the gap between my bumper and fender. Would I go to Jung's again? Yes I would. Hopefully because I want to get something painted not because of an accident. read more

Want to know how I know this place is legit? I went in looking to fix a crooked license plate as well as certain scratches for my side panel. Whoever the worker was came out and took a quick look at my car, and decided to not be a typical Auto Body worker. He didn't upsell me at all, IN FACT, he down-sold me (new term alert). Get this. He suggested, "If it bothers you, I can fix it for you, but to be honest, it's not that bad, I say don't try to spend money on this, because chances are you could get side swiped all the time." He told me exactly what I had thought to myself already. He then asked one of the other workers to come over and "Hey can you fix his license plate really quick?" I went inside and in 10 minutes my license plate was on straight and looked just like it used to! I said thanks and asked him how much it would cost me. He just looked at me and said, "don't worry about it" I did not know honest and honorable Auto Body shops still existed, let alone in Rowland Heights! I gave the guy who fixed my car a tip, which he REFUSED at first. Granted it was not a lot, I insisted he take the money, and he accepted it graciously. Jung's Auto Body's service was so top notch, that I decided to write a review for it on the WEEKEND, days AFTER I went, to a place I was charged ZERO dollars. Was calling around to get a good price to stumble onto this place. Was not the cheapest, or near it, but the price was still fairly competitive. I only picked this location because it was the closest to my home. I got there late but johnny was willing to wait for me before closing, so kudos. All they had was the paint code (it was too dark after i got there) and they matched it perfectly. When they were trying to fit it back for me, they realized that i was missing some push in pins for my bumper, and gave me several for free (i had just ordered some and they hadn't arrive yet, cost me 8 bucks... Wish i had just came here first). Overall all, amazing job. My paint was incredibly hard to match (satin white pearl) and i read on the forums to just trust the auto paint shops.. seems like i made the right choice picking this one. read more
