And so far, we were serviced within a reasonable time & we were charged $140 all-in for the oil-change using Liqui-moly oil. Jaime did recommend for a brake flush but did not push for it, leaving us room to decide for next time. The lot is full of European cars that needed service & this may indicate the number of people using their service. So for now, the four-stars is only because we the car did not need a major repair. We will see if for next time, they should earn the five-stars. But we are surely coming back.

On the day of my appointment, was able to drop off my car in the morning, and had a chance to speak with Andrew about my squeaking breaks and issue with my AC. Andrew was very attentive and was able to answer all my questions. I received a text when my car was ready for pickup.
