The lot is full of European cars that needed service & this may indicate the number of people using their service. So for now, the four-stars is only because we the car did not need a major repair. Took them about 20mins which was surprising since the other shop I called said "it will take about an hour because it's very difficult to install" (FYI, they quoted me almost double what I paid at Valley Muffler).
