Victor and his son run a friendly, family-owned business, and their customer service is excellent. They provided an immediate diagnosis, followed up quickly with the price quote and expected completion time, and estimated about two hours for the repair. To my surprise, they finished even earlier than expected -- and they actually reduced the final cost because the work was completed ahead of schedule. That kind of honesty and customer-first service really stands out. It was also clear that they have a lot of longtime customers who trust them, and I can now understand why. I'm happy to say I've become one of those customers myself. Great work, fair pricing, excellent communication, and genuinely friendly people. **Overall, a great experience and a business I'm very comfortable recommending!**

Coming from someone that hates dealing with cars (it's stressful and costly, I don't know enough…read moreabout it, it's hard to trust a new mechanic) - I have really appreciated taking my lil' 2015 Honda Fit here :') I've visited R&N several times for different reasons: got my transmission fluid changed and a valve adjustment done, and asked for advice for my VTC actuator and catalytic converter which have been causing issues. Whether it was for a service or consultation/estimate, Mark has been patient to hear me out through my million questions and explain each process. He's never tried to pressure me to do a service I didn't need and their pricing is quite reasonable. He even threw in a brake inspection and O2 sensor test at no extra charge since I was already in for the valve adjustment! I'm most happy to have found a mechanic that actually listens to my concerns - thanks to Mark for being so sweet! I'd recommend this place to my family and friends and will be a returning customer for sure.

I've always just gone wherever was convenient for car maintenance, but after bringing my car to him, I realized how many things were overlooked over the years by the previous shops I went to. My coworker has been going to Michael forever and her older Toyota still runs insanely smooth, which honestly says a lot. What really stood out most was how caring and genuine he was. My alternator was failing and even though he was clearly busy, he still squeezed my car in because he knew it could become a safety issue. That meant a lot to me. He also worked around my schedule and let me drop off early / pick up late, which I really appreciated. Hard to find mechanics nowdays that are not only knowledgeable, but also honest, communicative, and actually care about their clients.
