Please don't go to this shop. I'm not sure if those reviews are real or fake but I had such a awful experience with this body shop . First I take my car in and they take a month to finish my cars quarter panel which wasn't that badly damaged . After I get my car I notice a few things, the paint color didn't exactly match ,keep in mind my car was only 2 years old , they badly scratched a trim piece of my window and I end up taking my car back to the shop. So they end up having the car for another 2 weeks . I get my car back they tell me that they didn't see where the color was mismatched . On top of that the trim piece they "fixed" looks worse. I can tell they used a metal polish and they tried to fix it but it looked so bad and unprofessional. I end up taking my car home and thought about it and decided I was going to take my car back to the shop but then I noticed that the new paint job had a lot of little bubbles in it and swirls and scratch's. I take it back once more for them to have it for a week and a half . They end up fixing the paint and replacing the window trim they messed up . Go home and noticed in my trunk they didn't connect some wires and I had trim pieces missing . At this point I'm fed up and just keep my car . Please look else where people . It isn't worth your time and if you're a perfectionist like me you will not be happy at all. read more

I came here because it was recommended to me. I even told them and they were real nice and treated me well. The problem is I asked them to tell me before they fixed anything in my car because I am that broke. I wanted to confirm what I did and didn't want. I told them atleast 3 times. And even called asking them if they've done anything yet, they said no then tell me that my cars almost done and I'm like DONE WITH WHAT???? They fixed a bunch of things without telling me and charged like $150 and hour for labor. It came out to about $1000 to fix a few things I didn't agree to. And I took my car home with it still giving me the same issue. I had to talk to another mechanic who confirmed it was just my battery. This place couldn't even figure that out for me? No mames. Please don't sign anything! My bank account was emptied out because of them. Message me if you want the number to the mechanic I finally trust. This all took over a month . Please save yourselves. The only thing they're good at is treating you kindly because they're actually not going to do a good job on your car. read more

Amazing quality at a fair price. My car needed some body work due to being sandwiched between two cars recently. A truck stopped in front of me, and car in back of me was tailgating, total of 7 cars involved, 2 ran away, and 1 of those left had no insurance - I know, only in LA! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT DO QUALITY WORK AND THE BOSS IS A MANIPULATOR. I waited for 2 months to get my car back from minor damage, and the insurance people estimated that it should have taken 5-7 days. Not only that they drove me to a enterprise and told me I was able to get a rental under my insurance until he was done. But when I went to pick up my car (which was STILL NOT FINISHED) they were telling me I had to pay 2,000$ for having the rental for 2 months. This fucker Miguel didn't set up the insurance to pay for the fees and I had to pay that out of pocket as were still working out if the insurance will even cover this fee when he TOLD US he would take care of it. And on the day to pick up my car, the radio wasn't working, the fog lights weren't working, my interior dome light wasn't working, my trunk light wasn't working and my manual key entry wasn't working either. SO I had to take it back for a couple of hours and when I go to pick it up, THE FUCKING FOG LIGHTS WERE STILL NOT WORKING. And the mechanic has the audacity to act dumb and be like oh they're not working? It's like what kind of work do you do here wher you don't check the car fully before giving it to the customer?? So I had to stand there for 30 minutes as they figured out the issue. And as of right now I STILL HAVE to take it back cause the Manual key entry still isn't working. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS SHOP THWYRE OTHER GOOD QUALITY SHOPS AROUND THERE AND THIS LADIES AND GENTELMEN ISNT SO BE WARRY AND READ HIS OTHER REVIEWS HE STOLE A SPARE TIRE AND SWITCHED SOMEONES NEW BATTERY FOR AN OLD ONE. The paint job was perfect but someone in this shop switched our brand new battery for an old one. My husband kept having issues with the car turning on and after several times he decided to take the battery back just to find out that the battery that I was returning wasn't the one we originally purchased. That was very disappointing. Also, we left behind the spare tired and my husband called to let Miguel know that the tired wasn't in the trunk. Unfortunately my husband did take his time and when he finally started calling for it they said it was in the car and that there wasn't one left behind. Make sure you check your battery, spare tire and all other in case it's not in your car when you leave the shop. The job was great but the fact that our brand new battery is not the same one and our spare tire wasn't set aside for me make me rate this place just OK. read more

Great work at a very reasonable price. My mom wanted to have the roof and top of her car doors painted because they were peeling due to the hot LA sun. She was recommended to this place by her mechanic. From the start the staff were very friendly, kind and attentive. She ended up painting the whole car because it was a good price and not too much more than doing only the places that were peeling. She had a few dings on the doors which they said they would fix as well. They completed her car on schedule and did an amazing job on it. It looked brand new. She was more than pleased. When she picked it up they told her to bring it back in six weeks so they could give it a good buff. She did that and again was impressed with the work and the exceptional customer service! Came to the City of Industry to pick up a replacement grille, they pulled through in the last 30 minutes, took it off and gave me a ride back to the shop to get my return money. They then installed the new grille as well as my foglight kit for extremely cheap after business hours. read more
