I took my '74 Charger here on a AAA insurance claim for some topical paint scratch damage and I've got to say these guys went above and beyond to make this project stellar. Not only did my coverage take care of re-shooting the entire car, 322 was able to match the paint I had perfectly, like nothing had ever happened. Plus while I was there anyway I decided to add in fixing some pre-existing dents and a few cosmetic projects that had been on my wishlist for awhile, like finding an original, unmodified hood and getting that aligned correctly, as well as having my new Phoenix Graphix stripe kit I bought applied properly. They could not have gotten the lines more accurate with these stripes, I mean they are PERFECT with no bubbles or creasing (ask for Wedo to do this!) I could not be happier with the turnout. This was my first car, I take a lot of pride in keeping it nice and this place did not disappoint. When I picked it up it was clean, gleaming and even had fresh tire dressing. I came to this place because I saw they had great reviews. When I arrived with my vehicle I was attended to by a gentleman named Stephen. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He quoted me a price and time frame and it was something within range it was affordable and the turn around day was one day for a bumper that was hit. I used 322 a few months back for a project on my truck which I ended up being very satisfied with. Unfortunately, I had to go back to them for some damage to my commuter car caused by a metal object on the freeway. Figured I'd give them the business because of my positive experience last time. And I'm glad I did. Stephen kept me up to date and informed. Work was well done and I could tell his guys know what that are doing (shout to Oscar for all your hard work). So thankful for my friend referring me to 322 Auto Collision! Honestly coming here was the best decision I made. I was in my first car accident and I didn't know what to do or where to even go. Stephen from 322 was super helpful, from me not knowing what to do with insurance and everything he helped me out & explained everything I didn't understand. This shop will take advantage of your estimate if your estimate is $20k he will make it $40k... we already reported him to NICB, ALL STATE, GIECO, STATE FARM ETC... on no Stephen not with me... this guy will scam you BE AWARE!!!!!!! I took my BMW M5 to this shop and it's been longer than a year, Stephen keeps giving me excuses always and keeps using the 2 weeks excuse... I just filed my lawsuit today... lol this guy doesn't thinks he can get away from taking peoples belongings well see how that goes for you buddy i am getting ready to file a claim with the NCIB FRAUDULENT DEPARTMENT... The Owner goes by Steven, has scammed multiple customers, do not take your car to this shop unless you want to wait 8 months for your car to not even get worked on i paid this guy over $35,000 usd in cash, state bar is already handling this issue, i have already hired a a lawyer, a really good one that will indeed get me every single dollar back!, i have attached photos of how rude the owner is once i started asking to get my car back, on top of that I had my G550 2021 Mercedes with damage that wasn't even bad, be-careful this guy is not a business man, he will scam insurance companies based off the damage if the damage will cost $10,000 he will charge insurance $40,000 this is where businesses like this need to get shut down my lawyer is already in contact with the city of west covina, and when i asked for my car 4 months later he wanted to charge me $200 per day since the car got to his shop, my lawyer is now contacting all insurance agencies hes working with to show him his declaration of evidence while state bar already went to mercedes and took pictures of my car, he also pretends to be a victim of threats, lies and calls law enforcement and tells them a client is threatening him, he woken up the wrong customer because im going to take full 100000000% legal action!!! read more

I had an amazing experience here at 322 motorsports. I had my front end hit, due to a hit and run. I was extremely upset due to this auto collision. But 322 motorsports help ed ease off some stress, and helped with my deductible . Our family's Ford Explorer required a water pump replacement…read more I visited several local auto shops to obtain quotes and was shocked, disappointed, and discouraged at the prices I was being quoted for the work my vehicle required ($5,000-$7,500) Shame on me for not reading Yelp reviews before wasting my time visiting other auto shops. I read the many positive reviews for Hye-Tech Auto Repair and decided to visit them. Upon entering, I was greeted by John (owner) with a friendly, "Welcome, how may I help you?" I explained that my Ford Explorer needed a new water pump and a few other items that other auto shops had advised me would require repair or replacement. While John looked up a few items on the computer to provide me with a quote, he introduced me to his son, Harry, who happened to be in the office. Thirty seconds later, John provided a quote that was $3,500-$4,000 less than the other shops. I could not believe it. John explained that he makes his living and succeeds in his business through repeat customers, and he does not believe in gouging customers for every last penny. He also shared that when he retires, his son Harry will take over the business, and he wants to leave Harry with a solid foundation of loyal repeat customers. It was then that I knew I could trust John and his son Harry. John went on to explain that replacing the water pump on a Ford Explorer was a 10-12 hour job, as it was an internal pump requiring numerous engine parts to be removed to reach it. This was the same thing all the other shops advised me. John suggested that I leave my vehicle, and he would perform a full inspection of the engine and contact me before doing anything to it. I agreed and left my vehicle. The following day, I was contacted by John, who advised me that the water pump did indeed need to be replaced, as it was the source of the constant leaks of the water coolant. I left my vehicle in John's shop for three days. During this time, John or his son, Harry, contacted me numerous times to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle and also to point out that mechanics had discovered two or three very inexpensive items (under $50.00) which they recommended replacing, which I agreed to have done. All in all, I was and am extremely impressed and satisfied with everything about this shop. I spent much less money to have five different issues repaired on my vehicle at Hye-Tech than what I was quoted to replace my water pump alone by every single shop I visited prior to coming to Hye-Tech. John and Harry are very friendly, honest, and trustworthy. They are also very knowledgeable and experienced, and they offer GREAT customer service and communication. I requested a quote through Yelp and my request was sent to multiple auto shops. I chose this…read morecompany based on location and called ahead to confirm they could do more than just read basic codes. I had already done my own diagnostics and knew the car was running rich. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

This place charged me $640 without the pads. I supplied the pads because I get free replacements from Auto Zone so I thought the price was only $500 but when the job was done they charged me $640. So an additional $140 ($35 per rotor for resurfacing) because they have to send them out to get resurfaced somewhere else. Hye Tech Auto Repair in Covina quoted me $500 with resurfacing the rotors because they can do it in-house. If it wasn't for the price confusion I would have given them 5 stars.

I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

I first met the manager Javi when he did a valve shim adjustment on my 05 Yamaha R1. Not only did he do this for pretty much a unbeatable price, but I'm pretty sure they didn't even charge me for the shims when most places would charge you for a whole shim kit. Not only is he a stand up guy but just a couple minutes at 322 motorsports and its obvious they have the knowledge and experience working on literally anything. They had Harleys, sport bikes, 4wheelers, ATVs, jet and propeller boats, cars and trucks, classic cars and imports... its impressive to say the least. I essentially came in for a paint job on my hood and a replacement for my right fender that was badly dented from a minor accident.
