It sat inside the trunk for 5 days before I noticed acid draining from the trunk--I only noticed because it had eaten through the drain plug! After cleaning the area thoroughly with baking soda, I saw that it had corroded part of the tire well. Nikki hooked me up with an appointment the same day. Kenny explained that he could sand it, put some rust proofing, and spray it with primer to make sure it doesn't keep spreading. They knocked it out in less than 24 hours and made it look brand new! I was impressed with the quick turnaround, the quality of the work, and super reasonable price. Having to go to a body shop always sucks because it means something went wrong with your ride, but these guys honestly made it painless from the drop-off to the after-hours pickup. The fact that I didn't have this hanging over my head any more within a day was the best feeling. Next time you need a body shop, look no further!

I dropped my car off on the 21st and I was told my car would be ready on the 3rd of August but they called me on the 29th telling me the car was ready for pick up. I picked up my car the morning of the 30th. Veronica was super helpful in answering my questions and responding back to me in a timely manner. Louis was so kind as well in answering my questions. However, since day one of getting my vehicle back, I noticed the Fender Liner was not properly attached, alongside the bumper. Returning within the week, I was brushed off of this concern, and that if it really bugged me to "Come back". Assuming it was a cosmetic issue, I did not return. Within a few months, the fender liner became detached and began dragging, and as of a few weeks before this review, it completely tore off. Upon requesting warranty and workmanship repair, I was denied and accused not only by the insurance but by the very shop that promises "quality" repairs. Despite my massive amount of evidence, and counter arguments with clear evidence, Vou one of the advisors here had done nothing but instigate, utilize his ego, and argue that I was at fault despite my evidence. If you ever go here, or think about going here, please double check their work and take photos. I am currently and actively perusing legal action against this location and the insurance company, and will proceed with a lawsuit through Small Claims Court.
