Very quick and reliable service. I first came here when I had an accident and the employee Jason was very responsive to any questions I had about the damages and repair needed. The mechanic is very professional and thorough with fixing my car. They even fixed some of the issues my car had before the accident when I inquired about it. FYI, the parking can be a bit inconvenient. read more

I have driven my whole life going down Arrow Highway and have NEVER seen this spot, but I mean how could you when you had no business to attend here.... Well i ended up needing a very simple task done to my car, a simple install of the front license plate. Could I have done it myself? Ofcourse, but after how many holes? Anyways, I contacted this business through Yelp, Michael was very quick to respond, even after hours. Straight to the point, easy to understand, gave me a quote that was $60 cheaper than the shops around. Anyways, I scheduled to come in at 4:30, but I had completely forgotten and it was 5pm when I realized. I frantically called the shop, a respectful person answered the phone and regardless of closing soon he said "I'm still here come down!" So I did. The guy that helped me out was Jason, friendly guy. He ended up installing the license plate for free, he said it was simple enough and he was glad he can help. If i ever need any sort of auto body repairs, Ima try to come here first. They set a very very good first impression. Thanks Guys! read more

Jason was very helpful from the very beginning from providing us a quote to the very end of giving us our truck back. We're very happy & thankful of the results. Our truck looks brand new! Thanks so much Jason! Will definitely recommend our family & friends. read more

This place is a godsend business with old school business values....This is the 1st time I worked with a body shop and felt like they were almost on the point of being overly attentive to my needs. Every step of the way they would give me updates on what was going on with my car and insurance. The level of communication exceeds anything I've encountered. I will also be sending my cash restoration projects and friends here. This place rocks! read more

These guys are friendly and easy to deal with. Beware! That all ends when they take your money. They were very rude to my wife and I felt it necessary to write what had happened. - The repair center failed to provide us a detailed itemized invoice as stipulated in item 2 of the Auto Body Repair Consumer Bill of Rights - The repair center forged my name to deposit payments made to me - The repair center failed to inform us that the appraised damage is the same amount that we would be charged. We didn't sign anything and would not have authorized the repair if we were properly informed of the amount to be charged. - The repair center proceeded with repairs without giving us a chance to seek other repair estimates. Update 2/25: my wife never signed the work authorization. You will need to provide proof that it occurred. Moreover, she is not the insured party. I am. Therefore, you have no authority to deposit checks with my name. As you have done nothing to address the issue, I will now report the check fraud to the respective agencies. You can expect us to pursue this case further in court. And please do not write down my wife's name and other people who are involved in this. Talk about rude. read more

Great place to get your car fixed up. We've been coming to this place for many years getting our poor Honda fixed up. The team here is always professional and super helpful. Michael is the top guy so ask for him. They do what they can to help keep your costs down. They will always reuse whatever they can safely reuse. Great at communicating anything that is going to be extra just in case and will give you a best case/worst case breakdown of your costs so you can prepare for it. They always call before making a decision if there has been a change to the cost of the fix. They always give the car back in the same condition interior. The exterior work is perfect. They polish and color match pretty much perfectly. Can't believe this place doesn't get more hype. The entrance is a bit hard to find but you'll see the big LTC International Body Shop sign as you approach coming down Arrow Hwy. If you don't believe me just check the photos out for yourself, pretty great work. read more

Amazing, reliable service and kind staff! I had to get my front bumper and sensor repaired, and Jason (+team) did a wonderful job. I had to get my car back on the road in ~1 week due to travel plans and Jason was super accommodating. Not only was it a quick turnaround, he was also very transparent throughout the entire process. I was updated on where the team was at in the repair, which helped ease my mind. Car looked perfect upon pickup. Will be returning for any future car needs -- thank you!! read more

I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody looking for a body shop. Michael was professional and thorough throughout the entire process, making sure to update me. Repairs were done quickly and seamlessly - I got my car back within 1 week. Other places had estimated roughly 2 weeks. Lastly, I cant emphasize how the price of their services compare to other places. It ended up costing me at least half of what other places had quoted me - and they had it done in half the time too. I will be taking my car here for any future needs. read more

I had the pleasure of working with body shop El Monte and I was very satisfied with their customer service and quality of work. Jason was thorough in his assessment of the damage and explained to me what exactly needed to be done to fix my front bumper. He then provided me with a great quote and told me it would be done within the next few days. And wow, I was blown away by how fast they fixed it as well as how fantastic it looked. The repairs were seamless, and my car looked as good as new. I would highly recommend going here to anyone in need of auto body repairs. Thanks again Jason. read more

This company was dishonest. They said they were not going to charge my insurance company, but they did. ,

Life can be hectic and you just gotta push through. But who wants to deal with the aftermath of an accident? Welp, Jason handled everything from beginning to end and I did not have to worry about a thing! He contacted the other party's insurance company and got everything squared away! He kept me in the loop via text messages, which was great since I was out of town for work. It was a seamless, headache free transaction. Thanks again, Jason!! I highly recommend this establishment to those in need of such services. read more

Being careless and not right minded, I managed to dent the back bumper of my car. Being in quarantine, I decided to do a little research and get quotes to take my car for repair after the stay at home order. Weeks later, I eventually decided to take my car here since it was close to home and the price was reasonable. The shop itself was a bit difficult to find, since it's on an open street with other car shops in the area. Also, it's located on a fast and busy street. The entrance is a bit small and and it's a one way, so if there's no parking you have to make a loop around. When I first arrived, I was greeted right away. Since I requested a quote prior, he pulled up the pictures and informed me that he misquoted since you can't tell that there's more work required from the picture. (NOTE: it's always a good idea to take your car in for an accurate quote anyways) He gave me alternatives and honored the price he previously promised. The man that helped me was very friendly and honest. Also prior to taking my car here, during the whole process, Michael was very responsive. I really appreciated their communication and honesty throughout this experience. Literally just got my car back today (took less than 3 business days!). I was in a rush today so I didn't do a clear check on the work before leaving the place. Once I got home, I took a better look and although I can see a bit of imperfection in the work, they did a really good job on it. They went above and beyond the repair. I didn't realize this until a bit later, but was car was cleaner than when I left it. I'm upset that I completely forgot to tip the mechanic that worked on my car. Thank you to the team that worked on my car! I will definitely come back here for future needs and recommend the shop to my friends and family! read more

Michael and Jason are the best people I have ever encountered in the car industry. My car was hit twice and twice they fixed it. Not to mention that these guys are quick and honest. The first time they took only 3 days and were fast, they called to order the part in front of me to be clear about the cost of the part. The second time Jason helped me and let me tell you guys Jason it's so reliable and honest, he fixed my car and it looks amazing. I was worried about the pearl white color but these guys are masters are what they do. Jason kept me updated on the process and also sent pictures. Jason also offered an alternative to the issues which I find to be something really good from him because not everyone is honest. Truly amaze by the work these two individuals do and thank you so much, Jason, because you made this process so easy. I trust these guys with anything!!! read more

Great service, good price. Painted my whole front and it looks good. Will recommend to friends.

Had to get a ducktail spoiler painted and installed on my miata. Michael was very quick in responding to my inquiry. They were very helpful and had a lot of patience with me as I was calling to check in nearly everyday. I dropped off the part Saturday. They used PPG paint which was extremely important to me as I wanted the paint to be the exact same as the paint on my car. Got to drop by and see the ducktail Tuesday night. The ducktail looked fantastic! I was very impressed. Dropped the miata off to change the stock ducktail to the new one. They ran into a complication which they called me and gave me solutions to mounting the new ducktail. They were very helpful. Got to see the progress of the car Thursday evening. Took a couple days to fully cure. Installation is good, and they did the best they could as the ducktail was a little warped anyway. Got to pick up the car that following Saturday. Did notice some strange marks on the trunk lid that was not there before the install, but I'm planning to get the car detailed anyway, so no big deal. Great work! And being so close (I live basically down the street), I'll be back here for any future paint/body work. read more

Theres is a good reason why this body shop has 5 stars here on yelp and Ill tell you why. I was looking for a body shop that can buff some paint smudge on my Lexus IS 250 and Ive found this place through yelp that was near by my house with excellent reviews. I talked to Micheal over the phone regarding about the details of my car and he told me to bring the car over so he can get a better idea what needed to be done. Right away when I got there he greeted me and looked at my car where the paint smudge was at (front bumper/backside bumper) I asked him what my options were and he told me he was sure he can buff the paint out and make it look as good as he can! He didnt try to trick me/upsell me on trying to get the the bumper repainted which I respected. He even told me some of the pros and cons of buffing the paint on my car, how it could take a layer of coating off which I understood. He even pointed out same flaws on the paint of my car and how my bumper was placed after it was repaired from my previous accident. Overall Micheal was very knowledgable about car painting/repairs and truly wants the best for his customers. From now on this is the place where I will take my car for any future repairs. I was only charged $100 also to buff the two bumpers which I found reasonable. read more
