I have driven my whole life going down Arrow Highway and have NEVER seen this spot, but I mean how could you when you had no business to attend here.... Well i ended up needing a very simple task done to my car, a simple install of the front license plate. Could I have done it myself? Ofcourse, but after how many holes? Anyways, I contacted this business through Yelp, Michael was very quick to respond, even after hours. Straight to the point, easy to understand, gave me a quote that was $60 cheaper than the shops around. Anyways, I scheduled to come in at 4:30, but I had completely forgotten and it was 5pm when I realized. I frantically called the shop, a respectful person answered the phone and regardless of closing soon he said "I'm still here come down!" So I did. The guy that helped me out was Jason, friendly guy. They were very rude to my wife and I felt it necessary to write what had happened. - The repair center failed to provide us a detailed itemized invoice as stipulated in item 2 of the Auto Body Repair Consumer Bill of Rights - The repair center forged my name to deposit payments made to me - The repair center failed to inform us that the appraised damage is the same amount that we would be charged. We didn't sign anything and would not have authorized the repair if we were properly informed of the amount to be charged. - The repair center proceeded with repairs without giving us a chance to seek other repair estimates. Update 2/25: my wife never signed the work authorization. You will need to provide proof that it occurred. Moreover, she is not the insured party. I am. Therefore, you have no authority to deposit checks with my name. As you have done nothing to address the issue, I will now report the check fraud to the respective agencies. You can expect us to pursue this case further in court. And please do not write down my wife's name and other people who are involved in this. Talk about rude. read more

Great place to get your car fixed up. We've been coming to this place for many years getting our poor Honda fixed up. The team here is always professional and super helpful. Michael is the top guy so ask for him. They do what they can to help keep your costs down. They will always reuse whatever they can safely reuse. Great at communicating anything that is going to be extra just in case and will give you a best case/worst case breakdown of your costs so you can prepare for it. They always call before making a decision if there has been a change to the cost of the fix. They always give the car back in the same condition interior. The exterior work is perfect. Being careless and not right minded, I managed to dent the back bumper of my car. Being in quarantine, I decided to do a little research and get quotes to take my car for repair after the stay at home order. Weeks later, I eventually decided to take my car here since it was close to home and the price was reasonable. The shop itself was a bit difficult to find, since it's on an open street with other car shops in the area. Also, it's located on a fast and busy street. The entrance is a bit small and and it's a one way, so if there's no parking you have to make a loop around. When I first arrived, I was greeted right away. Since I requested a quote prior, he pulled up the pictures and informed me that he misquoted since you can't tell that there's more work required from the picture. (NOTE: it's always a good idea to take your car in for an accurate quote anyways) He gave me alternatives and honored the price he previously promised. The man that helped me was very friendly and honest. Also prior to taking my car here, during the whole process, Michael was very responsive. I really appreciated their communication and honesty throughout this experience. Literally just got my car back today (took less than 3 business days!). I was in a rush today so I didn't do a clear check on the work before leaving the place. Once I got home, I took a better look and although I can see a bit of imperfection in the work, they did a really good job on it. They went above and beyond the repair. I didn't realize this until a bit later, but was car was cleaner than when I left it. I'm upset that I completely forgot to tip the mechanic that worked on my car. Had to get a ducktail spoiler painted and installed on my miata. Michael was very quick in responding to my inquiry. They were very helpful and had a lot of patience with me as I was calling to check in nearly everyday. I dropped off the part Saturday. They used PPG paint which was extremely important to me as I wanted the paint to be the exact same as the paint on my car. Got to drop by and see the ducktail Tuesday night. The ducktail looked fantastic! I was very impressed. Dropped the miata off to change the stock ducktail to the new one. They ran into a complication which they called me and gave me solutions to mounting the new ducktail. They were very helpful. Got to see the progress of the car Thursday evening. Took a couple days to fully cure. Installation is good, and they did the best they could as the ducktail was a little warped anyway. Got to pick up the car that following Saturday. Did notice some strange marks on the trunk lid that was not there before the install, but I'm planning to get the car detailed anyway, so no big deal. Great work! And being so close (I live basically down the street), I'll be back here for any future paint/body work. read more

Theres is a good reason why this body shop has 5 stars here on yelp and Ill tell you why. I was looking for a body shop that can buff some paint smudge on my Lexus IS 250 and Ive found this place through yelp that was near by my house with excellent reviews. I talked to Micheal over the phone regarding about the details of my car and he told me to bring the car over so he can get a better idea what needed to be done. Right away when I got there he greeted me and looked at my car where the paint smudge was at (front bumper/backside bumper) I asked him what my options were and he told me he was sure he can buff the paint out and make it look as good as he can! He didnt try to trick me/upsell me on trying to get the the bumper repainted which I respected. He even told me some of the pros and cons of buffing the paint on my car, how it could take a layer of coating off which I understood. He even pointed out same flaws on the paint of my car and how my bumper was placed after it was repaired from my previous accident. Overall Micheal was very knowledgable about car painting/repairs and truly wants the best for his customers. From now on this is the place where I will take my car for any future repairs. I was only charged $100 also to buff the two bumpers which I found reasonable. read more
