I'm anal, but reasonable when it comes to expectations. Raymond knew this and wanted to make sure the install of the aftermarket hood were paint matched and installed to show quality. After the paint, Raymond saw the mismatch and had it redone without any issue. (For the most part, I don't feel a layman would have known - but to the enthusiast it's a different story). The person who hit me was uninsured so I was on a tight budget for repairs and they worked with me to make sure and stay within my budget, which I am so appreciative of. Additionally, they took my car just one business day after stopping by (I had stopped by mid-day on a Friday so it didn't make sense to leave it there otherwise they would have taken my car right away) and had it back to me in the amount of time that they had estimated, which was within 5 business days. After some researching on Yelp, I found Cenco auto body right next to where I live so that I can bring my Toyota Prius C in for major damage on my fender liner. Alvin helped me and immediately gave me a quote for my car, I was satisfied with the price after going to a different shop that charged me over $1000. I immediately gave Alvin and Tony my deposit and they were able to fix up my car and replace what needs to be replaced in a span of just 2 hours and even washed my car for me! Unfortunately 2 days later, my under cover bolt came out while I was driving on the freeway so I immediately went back to them on Monday to see if they could help me out with it. I was helped by Tony and Alvin again and they were extremely helpful and patient and immediately told me that there was a bolt missing in the under cover and got to work on it. Overall, it only took about a couple minutes and Tony even used gasoline to help get rid of the glue from the tape I used to tape my car up beforehand. I had accidentally went over a curb with my front passenger side at the bottom. Nothing damaged except the bottom scratched and a clip or screw fell off and I wasn't sure if it needs to be attached. So I went over to Cenco and a guy name Tony helped me. He tried to put it back back but the clip was pretty damaged. He went to get a new clip and attached it where it was suppose to be. He explained what it was and what it was for and I didn't have to be too worried. I don't have much ideas about it so it was nice of him to explain. I asked him how much for the help and clip. He said it's really a small fix so there was no need. It was so nice of him taking the time to help me out. What a great guy. I just got a used Volvo 850 and since it is over 20 years old, some of the plastic pieces started breaking. When I opened the sunroof, the plastic from the sunshade got lodged in the tracks. Raymond at Cenco very graciously stayed late to help me, and the day after Chinese New Year he continued to when I swung by with no appointment. We finally managed to figure out that the sunshade could be taken off and the sunroof closed with no problem. I was freaking out since it can rain unannounced and even besides that, this made my car more susceptible to break ins. He refused to charge me for his time despite how long it took him to figure out a way to close the sunroof and he never tried to sell anything the entire time despite my lack of knowledge. I should also mention that back in 2019 when my scion was totaled, I initially took it to this shop as well and they took very good care of me. They didn't charge me for storage seeing that I didn't have full coverage insurance at the time, and that it was a total damage. They helped with processing it to the junk yard as well. I have so much respect for this business and its employees, and my boyfriend took his car here to get fixed as well-they took such great care of the car, and it looks as good as new. My auntie was driving my car, when we got into a minor accident. My insurance didn't cover the cost to have my front bumper fixed. So we would have to cover the cost. We went to a couple of places, they all told us about $1,000 +. But when we can here, they were honest and said $400, but the bumper would be black. My car is white. but for that price including service, gladly. Honestly my car looks kinda cool now. It looks like I have a leather bra on the car. Lol. They also fixed other issues without charging me and got a brand new one since they couldn't find a used one and didn't charge me extra. They stuck to what they quoted us. Very good honest work. Seriously the best place to get collision body work on your vehicle. I was helped by Raymond Lam. Seriously the most helpful. I got multiple quotes from other places for a hit and run I got. They all quoted me anywhere from 1000-1600 dollars. He looked At my Vehicle and my other quotes. He understood why those places quoted need that and gave me options. My car bumper could have been fully painted but he also gave an option to work on only the side panel that was damaged. 1) to fully paint the bumper with the dent damage he quoted me 800-900 2) to fix the dent and paint the side panel he quoted me only 600. I chose the cheaper option and it looks amazing. They're honest, quick (2-3 days), affordable and the best people ever. He also just fixed other paint damage I had on unrelated areas for free. He gave me left over paint I can use to touch up areas in the future. I got so so so many quotes and this was less than half and excellent quality. Tip: swing by for a quote. They may not respond to Yelp quote inquiries. read more

If you have any damages to your car, this place is definitely the place you want to go to get it fixed! I first went to them to get a quote on a dent in my back bumper and after going around the other body shops around the area, they were the most affordable price in the area. But don't get me wrong just because their price is lower than other shops does not mean that work reflects that price. The work they did to fix my car was amazing! The person who answer the phone and helped me when I arrived, Alvin, was very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. Tony, the person who worked on my car, did an excellent job on popping out the dent in my car. The work he did exceeded my expectations! I was expecting to see some dents/errors in my bumper still because where the dent was on the bumper had a curve, but once Tony was done with my car, I can't even notice that there was even a dent in my car!
