Very Disorganized and Poor Communication I had a very frustrating experience with Seidner's Collision Center. From the beginning, the communication and organization were extremely poor. I was told I would receive an estimate for my car, but they never called me with it. I had to reach out myself, and even then, I ended up waiting another three days before hearing anything regarding the estimate. After finally getting an appointment scheduled, I arrived at the appointment and was asked for a copy of my insurance information--even though I had already provided it. I was then told that the part for my repair had not even been ordered, despite the fact that they knew I had a scheduled appointment. They wanted me to leave my car there while they waited, which didn't make sense to me when the necessary part hadn't even been ordered. Then, today, I received a call saying they couldn't take my car in because the repair was "just a mirror" and they were too backed up with other vehicles. If they were too busy to take on the repair, that should have been communicated before scheduling the appointment and having me bring my car in. I wasted time dealing with an estimate that wasn't communicated, had to repeatedly follow up, showed up for a scheduled appointment that they weren't prepared for, and ultimately was told they couldn't take my car anyway. Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing. I would expect much better coordination from a collision center. read more

From the time I stepped into Seidner's Collision Center-Duarte, Lisa, at the front desk, and Mike, the estimator, respectfully took care of my rear bumper that had been damaged in a rear end collision. They were professional in taking care of me each step of the way. It was the quickest turnaround in repair that I've experienced. The quality of service, well, it looked like new again! I was able to get a car rental during repairs, and Enterprise could pick me up from Seidner's. Then, when I went to pick up my car, Seidner's said that I could just leave the rental car there for Enterprise to pick up! That was very convenient for me, since I did not have a ride otherwise. The value of the repair was very fair and I was completely satisfied. Mike explained all the repair details and surprisingly, the cost was well worth getting the repairs done. Also, throughout the repair process, I received texts of the progression as it was occurring. Keep your receipt with the Work Order Number on it! I was selling my car and the only part of the body paint in question was where they had done work eight years ago. We had moved a few times and I no longer had the original receipt. When I called Seidners to hold them to their Lifetime Guarantee claim they said they had updated their computer system seven years ago losing all computer records before that and since I didn't have my original that they were under no obligation to honor the "lifetime guarantee". They asked me if I had a body shop in mind and I mentioned Seidners since they are local. Within a few hours, a person from Seidners called me to set up an appointment. When I showed up to the appointment, the receptionist was nice and the car inspector was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions. The front end of my Ford Raptor was damaged and I was referred to Seidner's through my insurance company. Right off the bat, dropping off the truck was a breeze and I was given very frequent updates as to the status of the repair. Brie and the manager (I apologize for forgetting his name) were amazing in updating me at every step! They worked tirelessly to ensure that each part was OEM or as close to OEM specifications as possible. On the day I went to pick it the team spent extra time trying to clean the truck and make it absolutely spotless. Brie walked me through the whole parts list they used and showed me around the truck to ensure that I was completely satisfied with their work.
