After my Mother accidentally hit our narrow garage entrance while parking, I rushed over to make sure she was ok and assess the damage. When I saw the extent of the damage I knew going through insurance was the best course of action. Fortunately my insurance covered it all (Thank you Wawanesa!) and they asked if I wanted to go with their bodyshop or one i preferred. I work in the car business and have been fortunate to personally know about Valley Collision for their quality work and customer service. I immediately called Danny (owner) and he had John, Manager of the location, handle my claim. I cannot stress enough how amazing they are. They gave me prompt, continuous updates throughout the whole process. Never any hint of annoyance or anything even when I requested something small like pictures of the progress so far. Weeks later they call me the vehicle is fixed! Their attention to detail is ridiculously good. When I went to pick up the vehicle, John personally took the time to point out everything they did and their work is top notch. They replaced, and fixed up everything that needed plus some small things that got lightly damaged from the hit. My mother's car is literally looking like a new car. It was washed and detailed inside and out after they were done fixing it. Once again I cannot stress the quality of their work. It is far better looking and running even when I bought it as a CPO from the dealership. They actually match the paint they use to original factory paint! Even small things like original factory stickers. If you're looking for a excellent customer service, somewhere that you can trust and get excellent work done, look no further and come here. They were very friendly and even helped me get the car towed to them . They even referred me to a car rental place with a good deal . I got a brand new 2020 Mazda6 and got rear ended about two and a half moago. I was recommended Valley Collision 2 because of how thorough they are when fixing the car. But above that I was really nervous about the color of my car to be matched perfectly because of how rare my red is. My car was recently damaged in a car accident and in need of a repair ASAP due to not being drivable. After a little bit of research, I decide to give them a try due to their rating here on yelp and was so glad I did. No words can describe how great of a job they did other than amazing. After an initial estimate, they stated my car would be ready in 4 weeks. Looking at 4 weeks, I was definitely in need of a rental and that is where Richard and Sally's customer service went above and beyond. My insurance was being difficult and not willing to provide a rental car, but with Richard's help, I was able to get a great discount from Enterprise down the street that could not be beat. After the middle of the third week, I got a call telling me that my car was just about done and would be ready in the next day or two. They were able to get it done a whole week early! Upon arrival to pick up my car, I inspected it and could not believe how great it looked. While they did a final wipe down of my car, Sally was absolutely amazing at the front desk and a great person to carry a conversation with. Once they were all done, my car was practically brand new. They were able to repair various minor scratches around my car that were not even part of the accident! I was extremely thankful for that. Not only did they repair the scratches, but they even detailed the exterior and interior of my car! My car pretty much looked like the way it did driving out of the car dealership all sparkly white. Valley is tucked away behind Ed Butts Ford so a little tricky to find at first. My Prius was in desperate need of repairs. This is one of the best most helpful repair centers I have been to. Danielle called me before I had even had a chance to contact them. My insurance had contacted them first. Typically repair business are horrible at customer service and follow up. Valley Collision is on point! They are so helpful they even gave me a ride to Enterprise!!! My care was repaired and detailed better than I had ever seen it. I came to valley collision because I was told Danny which is the owner opened up his own shop this one and the original one in Azusa. Danny had did some work on my mustang back when he worked at California coach in walnut. Then my car was hit last year 2014 and needed some work done and so I followed him here to valley collision. My husband maxima got hit just recently and we already knew where to go. All I can say everyone there does a amazing job!! Both mine and my husbands car come out looking brand new!!
