Can't thank Oscar & the team at ODA Autowerkz enough for working their magic on my 2011 BMW E90 M3. With over 100k miles on the car, the entire front clip was due for a refresh with rock chips and some peeling clear coat. I asked Oscar if he could shave the license plate and reflector holes on the oem front bumper to give it the euro bumper look. The custom body work came out flawless and the paint match of the Interlagos Blue Metallic is second to none. Their customer service and professionalism are top notch. Oscar did some insurance work on my car for a damaged front end from debris falling off a truck, and hitting my car. He replaced the whole bumper, and I told him while he's at it to paint correct my car, order new badges and trims, tint the windows, and add a ceramic coat. Unfortunately, the subcontractor he used to tint my windows must've been on drugs because he put his air compressor, and wet equipment on the leather interior of my car and completely ruined it. There was mold and gashes in the leather. I was pretty upset to say the least. I'm writing about it much more nicely than it was said in person. Instead of taking offense to the situation he owned it like a man, and a good business person. He agreed to pay for all new interior, wave my deductible, pay for new bad, and gave me other discounts on the ceramic coating. Nobody is perfect and it's impossible to make everyone happy at once. Business isn't always about being perfect every time, and those instances where we're imperfect are a great opportunity to show our customer service, and how we make a situation right. The mark of a good businessman is his customer service. The car took a little longer to get finished, but at least it was done right. The paint, the trims the brand new badges, the leather, the ceramic coat, the everything looks immaculate! I could not be happier, and Oscar has earned a customer for life.
