Quick response time for a quote. Vick did an amazing job on my car that needed much after being attacked by the sprinkler system that left tough water stains. Even tho it was 90 degrees outside he didn't rush and spent time doing the best he can to make my car look shiny and clean. I would recommend him to anyone interested in mobile detailing services and will definitely use him again. Thanks Vick! read more

Victor really went above and beyond when detailing my car. The attention to detail he brings is in a class of its own. Victor has great pricing for the value he provides. I was so pleased with the car wash that I went ahead and asked him to do a lifetime ceramic coating on my car which took my car to the next level. Victor was on time, professional, transparent with pricing and the tools that he uses. Victor took the time to educate me on how to maintain the paint on my car. I definitely recommend Victor for all of your car needs! read more

I think it's safe to say my expectations were TRANSCENDED haha. All jokes aside I am beyond satisfied with the detailing work that Ivan came and did today. I requested the interior of our family "dog car" to be detailed and I didn't have the highest expectations as previous detailing jobs have disappointed me in the past (it can be really hard to get all of that fur and dried up drool completely clean which I understand) so I was really shocked when I saw the backseat of my car looking like no dog has ever even been back there! I could tell Ivan was really meticulous because there was not a single hair or spot in sight -- and for the price? I will definitely be doing business with them again. Thank you guys!! read more

I reached out to Victor on a Saturday morning hoping to get my car washed and lightly detailed. He responded instantly and quoted a ridiculously low rate to come to my location and take care of this. It was such a great value that I asked him to do all three cars (a nice surprise for my wife and mother-in-law). Victor kept me continuously informed of his ETA, and he showed up with all of his gear ready to go. He spent about three hours on the cars, texting me when each one was done so I could step out and approve them (lol). This is the most attention my car has ever gotten, and it looked factory new with the spray wax that he threw in as a thank-you/bonus. The service puts other mobile detailers to shame, no joke. I look forward to next time. read more

Victor did a great job with the interior detail on my civic. Was able to book within the same week and was very friendly. Looking forward to getting the exterior detail done soon! read more

Vick is a rare bread of what i like to call an old school detailer , been dealing with countless detailers over a period of 25 years , and Vick reminds me of the days of old when detailers actually took pride in there work, not some kid that just decided he will be cleaning cars from now on, just concerned about the money not the work. Thats why I highly recommend Vick at Advanced Auto Pro, made an appointment i told him what i wanted for my car , my areas of concerns and he did as promised my vehicle never looked so clean , now i have more cars lined up for him just waiting for this unusual socal raining weather to go away.... read more

Great job. Fair price. Headlights look way better. Great communication. Very satisfied customer.

Victor was very quick and efficient with his work. He was very friendly and helpful explaining about how he will clean the interior as well as explaining that while the seats may not look dirty deep inside it would be and he was right after the clean my back seats looked like they were brand new. My front passenger seat was what I mainly needed clean due to morning rush to work and I tend to spill my coffee and tea onto that seat and he cleaned it amazingly I couldn't even recognize it from all the stains to the newly cleaned seat. I was very happy with the result since I was actually surprised to see the result and didn't realize how dirty my car was. He also let me know that the price would vary depending on the condition of the vehicle upfront and I was expecting to pay more for how dirty my car was. I will definitely book another appointment in the future when I need my car detailed! read more

Bad service don't use this guy. I wouldn't trust this company ever again! Left a scratch on my car

Wife found Transcendent Detailing on Instagram. Scheduled an appointment for him to wash all three of our car's, Toyota Sienna, Lexus RX, Mitsubishi Outlander. He arrived promptly at 1pm and looked over the cars. Given that our Sienna was the oldest he recommended a complete detail of the car and since the other two were fairly newer a wash and wax on the other two. We agreeded and he got to work. He spent a good five hours on just the Sienna and brought it back to about 90% of when it went off the lot. I wish I had taken some before and after pictures of the interior of the van but did not. Super job on the other two cars also. Towards the end he ran out of water and offered to come back the next morning to finish the other car but we told him to use our hose to fill up what he needed to get the job done so he wouldn't have to come back the next morning. Super happy with the work that he did. read more

I contacted Vick for a quote on ceramic coating and he was quick to respond with great prices! I decided on the 5 year 9H ceramic coating and 2 step paint correction on my Model 3. Vick arrived at my house as a one man shop, set up his tent, and started working right away. He worked diligently for about 4 hours completing a foam wash, clay bar, paint correction, decontamination, and ceramic coating. After he finished, he gave me instructions on care and showed me the product he used. Vick was very professional and detail oriented, even working on a Sunday through 100 degree weather. Definitely recommend him for your ceramic coating needs! read more

Absolutely wonderful work by Victor on my 2019 Honda Accord! I contacted Victor and inquired him about the ceramic coating services that was offered on his website. I decided upon the 5 year coating and set up an appointment on a Saturday morning to have it done. Victor got straight to work when he arrived and he let me know it would take roughly 4 hours to finish the job. I checked up on him every hour or so and he let me know exactly where he was in the ceramic coating process. By the end of it, it took him just under 4 hours, just like how long he said it would take when he started. The fact that he know exactly how long it would take before the work began is the mark of a true professional. He even answered some questions I had about the ceramic coating including the actual benefits of it and what it would take after the "life" of it ended. I now know who to call when I need another ceramic coating job done and you can bet that I will recommend him to everyone I know that is looking for a ceramic coating job for their car or any kind of detailing work for that matter. Victor deserves every bit of recognition he gets; he truly performs some incredible work. read more

Vic is the man! My wife surprised me with Vic's services for Xmas - an exterior paint correction (I had lots of swirls after 2 years of improper washing) and ceramic coating for the paint and headlights - with the 2-year coating. My wife had been in contact with him via text before gifting this to me. After my Xmas day surprised, I was excited to get this done, so she began texting again and Vic was able to meet up on the 30th - so a pretty quick turnaround if you ask me! When I met up with Vic for the appt, we took the time to walk me through the process, what the package included, amount of time it would take, etc. I asked a few questions and was interested in getting the wheels done as well as I have always found it difficult to properly wash rims. During this time, he mentioned his current special which included the rims and all windows with a 5-year coating - I was sold, LoL... plus the wifey was paying =P So the job turned into a full day job. I left the car with Vic and let him work his magic while my wife and I went on with our day. He kept in touch sending photos at different steps in the process and let us know well in advance that he thought he would need an additional 30 minutes beyond his initial estimated time. It's a little hard to see in the pictures because of my dark blue paint, but Vic really spent a good amount of effort getting out all of my paint swirls and even making some deeper scratches look nearly unnoticeable! Vic is very professional, friendly, and most importantly, you can tell he is passionate about his work - so I had no reservations about leaving my baby in his hands. As for ceramic coating - it's nano-technology, so it's hard to even tell that it's there, which is a tough thing to get over when you are dropping that kind of dough. But once it rains you can really tell the difference. Of course any horizontal surface (such as rear bumper) will have some water marks, but all the other surfaces make the water and dirt slick right off. Vic will let you know this, but I would also mention that you need to have a a couple free days as you should not drive the car for at least 24 house after. Also you will need to keep an eye on the weather forecast as you should not get the car overly wet for at least 48 hours - just a few thing to think about when planning your ceramic coating. It's important to note that just because you have a ceramic coating doesn't mean you don't need to upkeep your vehicle. Vic followed up by email with the proper care instructions, including recommended products, as well as warranty info. I've purchased quite a few car wash and detailing products to upkeep since then, but after Vic left my car looking so nice, that's a small investment for the feeling you get when you walk up to your super clean ride! I definitely recommend Transcendent Detailing! read more

STAY AWAY!!! NEVER BEEN UNHAPPIER All the poor one-star reviews here on Yelp are pretty much accurate. I wouldn't recommend doing any business with Victor. We agreed to do a 5 year ceramic coat on my Jeep and paid a hefty price of $1500, which he also agreed to include an annual price of $100 every year for an interior and exterior detail maintenance wash. He then tried to add extra charges on top of what was agreed to for my maintenance. I feel cheated. From the start, he's always been trying to up-sell every chance he gets, and it makes you feel uncomfortable. I gave him several chances, but I realized it was a mistake to bring my car here, and should've went elsewhere. Poor attitude and communication from him, and it seems to care more about making extra $, then making customers happy. I don't leave bad reviews often, but I really mean it here... read more

My car kept getting dusty/dirty with that thin film you get from parking in a shared garage or outdoors. It wasn't quite dirty enough to warrant a full wash but it was dirty enough to irritate me. After some research, I found ceramic coating was something that would provide me the long term shine/protection I was looking for. At first I thought I could DIY it, but after watching a few YouTube videos, it became clear that a professional should do it. I reached out to Transcendent Detailing for a quote and Victor got back to me quickly. Compared to ceramic coat quotes in West LA, there was a few hundred dollar difference!! Other than price, there are a few other things to consider when looking for this service. Victor brings his gear to you, so you'll need: a hose hookup, an electrical outlet, and of course an area to park your car for the service itself. I found this limiting for those living in shared apartment complexes, but luckily I was able to bum off my folks' driveway instead. Victor arrived and explained the service detail clearly. I am such a sucker because he even upsold me on windows and alloy wheel coatings as well. Might as well! He took 5 hours to complete all the services. there is a very detailed decontamination procedure prior to the coat itself. He called me out to show me each step, which was very informative and further assured me that I definitely should NOT be doing this myself. In the end, my car was super shiny, touching the paint felt slippery and brand new. The windows and wheels looked pristine as well. A week later, they're still shining. My only regret is not doing it before i got all these little micro-chips from normal wear and tear. Ceramic coating cannot fill in these issues and erase them but can protect them from eroding further in the future. Victor was very sociable, professional, and definitely experienced! He received formal training to apply ceramic coatings so i felt confident the services I received were of high quality. I highly recommend a ceramic coating for your vehicle especially when it's newer - and I highly recommend you go with Transcendent Detailing to get it done! You'll be assured it'll be done correctly!! read more

Are you kidding me Victor? Are you the owner of this company? Do you even have any experience in handling customers and/or servicing customers? He ain't lying man. I heard the conversation and yes you did say that you can't help us due to SANITARY REASONS. Man, QUIT your job if you don't like it, or if you are the owner, why open a business with your shitty attitude? YOU ACTUALLY TRIED TO HAVE LENNARD'S RATING AND COMMENT REMOVED HUH? Well, that must be the reason why you guys have 5 star ratings, everytime a customer post a negative review, you report it as not appropriate? YOU SO PATHETIC. SUCH A CRY BABY. Well, yea cause I know when it's a good or a bad service. and yours sucks., so if you're saying that it won't affect you, why report the bad review and request for it to be removed just to keep your shitty customer service from everybody else? read more

Highly recommend Victor if you are looking for car detailing/ paint correction/ or ceramic coating! My husband and I just got a Brand new SUV, but we were so disappointed that there were a lot of swirls and fine scratches on the hood because of the careless car wash from dealer!! We contacted to victor and explained our condition. He was willing to work with us and come to our place to do paint correction + ceramic coating. Victor is super detailed. He carefully checked the whole vehicle with his lighting tool, then showing us what are the scratches he can remove, what are the scratches he can only make it less noticeable. During the paint correction process, he would keep us updated on the progress, what polisher he was using, if he found any new scratches, he would let us know. Because the car scratches were really bad, he had to do more than 2/3 times correction. He still happily checked with us to make sure it was to our satisfaction. Just the paint procedure took Victor and his wife about 4 hours to do, and he was not complaining at all! On coating process - Victor uses the best ceramic coating - Opti coat Pro for the coating. I am really impressed that he opened a whole new coating and whole new mop just for coating! He patiently putting the coating on the whole car. Because he can only apply so little amount of coating, and each time he had to be very careful. The whole coating process took him another 2/3 hours to do it! The whole detailing process took him and his wife, Carolina about 6 hours and they truly made my car a "Brand- New" car again!! We are so satisfied that Every step of what Victor did on the car detailing is very professional and transparent. After all, he also let us know how to take care of the coating. Send the aftercare emails to remind us. AND, he also provides Warranty for after service! What a nicely done job! So impressive! I have never had a car services like Victor and Carolina did! With Victor's more than 20 years experiences and his personality (he said he is Virgo! (= ). I highly recommend if anyone wants to get car done by Victor! read more

Very unprofessional I have been with Victor since I first Purchased my car which was back in December of 2019. We also had it ceramic coated and my husbands had his wheels ceramic coated as well. We also recommended many ppl to him because of the quality in his work. Quality can only go so far. I had an appointment set up with him on 6/12/2020 for 9am wash. I messaged him at 9:08 and he did not respond till 4 hours later. When you agree to an appointment in my opinion it's not very professional to be a no call no show. But because it was a 40 dollar wash I had set up it was not worth his time. Victor then decides to go onto social media and Bash my Husband and call him a Bitch and a pussy. What professional person does that? I have the videos of this man saying very rude, unprofessional things on social media. Very disgusted by the way he handled the situation. Definitely would never recommend someone like this to anyone. Disgrace to the business world! Please see photos below as to where this Man claims we bad mouthed his company. Unfortunately I do not have the one I reposted so Victor if u can kindly post it for the ppl would be great. read more
