I feel like the pictures don't do them justice (the pic of the exterior has white spots on the hood but that's because I'm writing this review a day later and a bird pooped on it overnight smh). This was such a smooth experience from start to finish. I scheduled for Monday at 1 pm and they arrived right on time and texted me updates on their ETA. I'm so happy they bring a water tank in their truck because I've had some trouble finding a mobile detailer because they usually need a water/hose outlet to use but my apartment doesn't have one near my parking spot. They were so incredibly helpful especially when my landlord came out mid wash and told us we had to move (I completely forgot to okay it with her first) and they found a work around, packed up, moved, and still finished my car. All of this for only $250 is such a great deal, I've been quoted higher for a fraction of their work. Unrelated HM: My recently adopted dog made a run for it while I was walking him but he zipped past Albert and his son and when they saw me trying to catch my dog his son ran after him and caught him for me. I am so incredibly thankful to him because my dog had gotten out of the apartment gates and if he didn't catch him I would have lost him. I cannot recommend them enough, they're my go to from now on.

This time they wrapped the antenna, roof, spoiler, and mirrors in black PPF, did the full front end in clear PPF, and added black vinyl to the lower side door molding, rocker molding, and rear trunk molding. I will say the one interaction I encountered with an older gentleman was quite trying. I was driving a rental & he refused to let me go through. Even after I explained I was returning the rental that evening & did not want to return it dirty.... He was very adamant about it.. Finally, after 5 minutes of back & forth the gentleman from the other lane told him "let her go through Bro" & he did. I have not seen that particular man again, Thank goodness!! My wife and mother-in-law have faced the same issues several times on different days. This car wash is fairly new, having opened for business only a few months ago, so having the machines down this often is a little frustrating and disappointing. Having the machines down forces customers to visit their other locations, which, by car, isn't a long drive, but that's not the point. The point is that you cannot wash your vehicles at THIS location, which is our location of choice. This is the negative aspect of this specific car wash. The employees are ALL awesome and friendly, and have nothing to do with this issue. It is simply providing customers with a place they can visit and expect to do what they came here for, which is to clean their vehicles.

If you bought the monthly package, then you will activate the code differently. All things considered, it is brushless and did a good job for a fair price. No tips and no attendant. Bring your own microfiber towels to take off any residual moisture that remains. Vacuuming is provided if you do it yourself. A book of 10 coupons is very cost friendly and you can use them on any vehicle vs having to use the same vehicle if you pay for the monthly packages. I would say that this is a viable alternative to car washes that use brushes.

I couldn't be happier with the results. The team spent about 11 hours on my white Ram 1500 performing a two-step paint correction and ceramic coating, and the truck looks incredible. The paint is smooth, glossy, and reflects like a mirror. They were able to remove swirls, imperfections, and even the off-road pinstripes and brush marks I picked up from driving through trails. I honestly didn't think some of those scratches would come out, but the transformation was amazing. The black trim, wheels, and hood graphics all look refreshed, and the ceramic coating really makes the white paint pop. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the amount of time Axel invested to do the job right. They treated my truck like it was their own. If you're looking for a detailer who takes pride in their work and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again. read more

Axel did a wonderful job on my Lexus Nx300. There were some pretty tough stains in the car and a lingering cigarette smell. However, within 2 1/2 hours, he was able to get the smell gone and the interior really clean. Axel is also quick with his responses and transparent with his rates.
