Axel was very responsive upon booking. I booked him the day of and last minute. Not only did he coordinate his arrival by text in a timely manner he updated me his eta to the t. He was very detailed and thorough with his assessment of my car and what I wanted done. I initially thought the interior cleaning I had booked came with the exterior cleaning, but it did not. Upon realizing this axel remedied the situation in a more than generous manner. He is honest and upfront and his cleaning is meticulous. This was the best and cleanest my car has ever looked. He did not cut corners and spent a good amount of time truly getting my car clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Axel and use his service in the future. read more

I came across Axel on Yelp, and I'm so glad I did! I usually detail my own car, but life has been busy and I just haven't had the time lately. I'll admit, I was a little nervous about trusting someone else with my car because the last person who detailed it actually scratched my wrap! But Axel completely changed that experience! From the very beginning, he was incredibly detailed, responsive, and professional. I even had him detail my car outside of work while I was in a meeting, and I had ZERO worries. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and sent me progress photos as he worked. I've honestly never had a detailer do that before, and it made a huge difference! I'm VERY particular about my car, so finding someone I can trust with it is a big deal--and Axel made it easy. The pictures really speak for themselves! Needless to say, Axel is officially my new go-to detailer! I truly appreciate the amazing work and attention to detail. I'm already looking forward to the next one! Highly recommend Axel if you want someone who takes pride in their work and treats your car like it's their own! read more

I had gotten the interior reset from Axel due to a smell coming from my passenger seat, and some spots in the seat that would leave when I cleaned them but always came back. I called several detailers on yelp but Axel was by far the most responsive and friendly and was able to squeeze my car into his schedule when I needed a clean car by Sunday! Axel went above and beyond on me and my brother's cars and stayed later than planned to finish the job when my brother decided he wanted to get the full interior detail. He came fully prepared with lights and fans and was ready to work in the dark, which was crazy but amazing service. My car hadn't even looked this clean when I bought it from the dealership! He was very accommodating and thorough with his work, I know who to call for my next detail. The value for this detail is extremely good considering some of the other quotes I had received elsewhere. My car has never looked this good and I've been loving driving in a car that feels brand new. read more

I double dipped with Axel. He took care of my truck interior after I left the windows opened on a rainy day. After seeing his work with my personal vehicle I knew I had to get him back to do my work vehicle. Axel produced a miracle and revived my seats. I had a coworker that was a dirty pig and destroyed my passenger seat with stains, dust, and sweat. I told Axel "do your best I know it's a work vehicle." He took out about a 5 gallon bucket of dirty chocolate milk water off my interior. I wasn't even expecting him to do under my seats. Axel does things like they're supposed to, not just a quick crappy job. Axel is a very professional and I'm beyond pleased with his work. The seats on my work vehicle look so good I had to get seat covers because I'd feel bad messing up his work. 10/10 hands down Axel definitely knows what he's doing and I couldn't recommend him more. Great quality work, super friendly and very well informed with his detailing skills. read more
