Daniel seems like a nice guy and if you need your car detailed he does an excellent job. The problem I have has to do with the paint chips which he promised to repair and the difficulty in communication. He's ignored a few texts. To summarize things the chips look worse than without paint. He finally came over to fix it but the touch up paint applicator wasn't sufficient so what we have now it's chips that have more than double in size (he removed more paint). I got a different paint applicator to try again, but he once again ignored my text. Long story short, I didn't want a detail I wanted to fix my paint chips and now it's worse and I'm out $140.
