I requested for interior detailing of my Toyota Camry 2005. They did a great job! I was asked what my main concerns are and I mentioned pet odor. About 1 hour later, my car was returned looking amazing inside! He said it's possible that because I've had the pet odor for a while, it might have clung to the ceiling fabric. We bought a used 2000 Land Cruiser and wanted make it as clean as possible. There were lots of stains in the carpet throughout the car. I knew it won't be 100% brand new and To be honest I thought Joseph or anyone else would only be able make it 50-60% cleaner, but he did a fantastic job exceeding my expectation; it was 75-85% cleaner. We had a kerosene oil spill in the trunk of our car after a camping trip and were really worried we wouldn't be able to get rid of the smell or the mess. We had already blotted up the oil, covered the area with baking soda to absorb it, and tried vacuuming it ourselves, but it actually ended up looking much worse. It would have taken me several evenings to do to my 19 year old FJ cruiser what these guys did in an hour and a half. Requested the work to get the car in a more sellable place and i will be coming back with additional cars in the future. honestly such a great job done. they got to my house and left within less than 2 hours. i haven't detailed the inside of my car EVER so i personally think they did a crazy job for a car that's been neglected for years. they took every crumb out and made the car smell so new and fresh. value wise was honestly fair considering they had to come to my house. they were also very nice and professional so that's always a good thing. they told me straight up that the side of the driver door wouldn't be super salvageable but if you look at the pic of that one they literally saved it. it's nice that they're honest about it and they come out kicking those odds out. very nice job read more
