I got an exterior detail; I was specifically looking for a wash with clay bar and waxing service and it included vacuuming of interior as well. Adan made it easy to schedule an appointment for a few weeks out, and he communicated multiple times leading up to the appointment, which was ensuring that he had not forgotten about me. On the day of the appointment, I received updates on arrival time from Adan, and the detailer assigned, Victor, was equally communicative. One of the first thing I noticed about Victor when he showed up and got out of his work van was how polite he was. He confirmed what type of detailing I wanted and he asked if there were any areas of concern. I booked the full detailing package (interior and exterior) and told him about my partner's daily eating in the car from traveling long distance for work. I also showed Victor the unfortunate cracked windshield that happened an hour before on the 605, and he said he will apply less pressure when cleaning the windshield. I left the car's key with him and he got to work. The process took approximately 3 hours. I was resigned to whatever work was going to be the final product. I've paid for many failed and disappointing details. When the job was done, I received a text from both Adan (off-site) and Victor that the car was done. Victor did not disappoint. The car looked great. I pointed out a few areas and he explained why it looked that way. He gave me pointers on how to make the wax last longer and what to avoid to prevent the exterior from deteriorating. He shared that keeping the windows cracked as aftercare to let the interior fabric dry was a must. Adan took by card payment by sending me a link through square. The payment included a processing fee. I tipped Victor in cash. To avoid the processing fee, I could have also paid Victor in cash or through venmo or zelle, but those weren't options for me. I scanned through the car thoroughly and was pleased. Hours after Victor left, I found one area that was not cleaned: when I put the seat's horizontal position all the way back, the seat's track is exposed, and I noticed there were still food crumbs and food grease in them. That seat position is how my partner sits in the car, but I didn't see it because my position in the car covers the track. I did not reach out to Adan about this because in comparison to everything else, it really wasn't a big deal, just something I noticed and will remind myself to remind them next time to take care of. With that said, noticing it did not affect my opinion of this company and that an amazing detail job was performed. I look forward to hiring Adan and Victor and the rest of the team in the future on our other cars. read more

Here are the reasons why we thought these guys are amazing: 1. Price quote right up front with no haggling. Communication via phone and text with Adan (owner) was quick and prompt. 2. His technician showed up on time. He was polite and professional 3. Their equipment was state-of-the-art 4. We had some water damage to our interior which left a moldy smell. Adam was extremely professional and on time getting us a quick quote, $245.00 for the entire job which is definitely worth it as they take extra steps in terms of interior and exterior protection. It's been about a month,need to take time to give them a great review. Had my Range Rover detailed and corvette washed and they got both cars looking so good! I rescue dogs so I was worried about the RR with dog hair, scratches all over the leather and parts of leather that looked too far gone to come back. Well when they were done it came back to life! Prosmart came this morning to wash and detail my car. The communication prior to my appointment was good. And the 2 gentlemen that came were professional and did a great job. I had caked in water spots that the 2 previous car wash places didn't remove. Then when I came out to pick up my keys, the gentleman said the initial price I was quoted was wrong. My initial thought was it was going to be more expensive but it was actually cheaper. They could have charged me the price I was originally quoted and I would have been none the wiser.
