I had such a great experience at Quick Quack Car Wash in Anaheim. The young man working the machine was incredibly kind and patient. I was having a rough moment and he actually took the time to listen and be supportive, which really meant a lot. On top of that, he surprised me with a free car wash -- totally unexpected and deeply appreciated. It's rare to run into that level of genuine customer care. I wish I had got his name. Staff was not polite to start so that wasnt a great first impression. Cheapest wash being $12.99 is high. It is advertised as "good" and it really was just "good" at best. High price for a very basic wash. The vacuum was very weak and didnt really work well. Overall disappointing first experience. Maybe the $27 and $22 is better at that price point. Quick Quack Car Wash - Anaheim (Euclid & Lincoln) I've watched this car wash transform from an old, run-down spot into a bright, clean, and welcoming place! The entire staff is so kind and helpful. I actually arrived before they opened, and they kindly let me start vacuuming early -- which I really appreciated since I have a bad back and needed extra time. They have clean, dry towels for everyone to use and even a fun basketball hoop to toss them into when you're done. The vacuums are powerful, spotless, and have great suction, and the trash cans and parking area are well maintained. The lot is large enough to easily move around your car, and you can tell the team -- including management -- works hard to keep everything neat. They even have water available for spot cleaning, which is a lifesaver for parents like me. Nobody rushed me at all. When the wash officially opened, I decided to go through and even signed up for their monthly membership -- only $40 for unlimited washes! You can add another household car too, and it's super easy to cancel anytime (though I doubt I'll want to). My car hadn't been washed in a while, so I asked if I could go through again and they didn't even charge me extra. The wash left my car mostly dry, but they still had towels ready if I wanted to touch it up. I cleaned my windows, admired how great my car looked, and drove away smiling. They advertise to use rinse free water this LOCATION IS NOT USING IT I PAY $39 for ceramic monthly membership and I do not like to see spots on my car after wash some locations do some do not. This location is false advertisement and management is not using rinse free water to save money and scam members. Because of locations like this makes me want to consider cancelling my membership as it is principle I pay for what is advertised not to be fooled. I normally get a car wash down the street but decided to try this place as it is closer to home. The first thing I noticed was it was $12.99 for the basic (I normally pay $8 down the street). The next thing was the spot I normally go to has compressed air with the vacuums to blow the dust between cracks and it works great for dog hair also (this spot doesn't have it). Okay and when I finally parked to vacuum I notice my car is still dirty. And my car wasn't even really dirty to begin with. So after drying and cleaning up those spots myself I'm finally ready to vacuum. I noticed the vacuum was a little weak so I moved to a different spot and it was stronger. This car wash is decent. For the price of $10, I'd expect a better clean but you only get a 'Good Wash' option although they don't describe on their pricing board what that consists of. The vacuum stations are a hit or miss because you have to hit an 'On' button, but there was a stall that didn't turn on. There's no clamp at the stalls to hold floor mats so you'll have to hold them up in the air while vacuuming them. The suctions aren't that strong either so it'll take a little longer to vacuum. read more

The quality of this car wash is below average. I was very intrigued with their AD on social media. I purchased the subscription. Well I tried it and I wasn't satisfied. No air compressor, huge Nono, for me. Then their dryer system is extremely poor, I wasted 15 mins hand drying my large SUV. The vacuum was mediocre at best with low suction capacity. The cool thing was the cleaning rags that was a near feature but I know why now, so you can manually do labor lol at the point for $37 I rather take it to the hand car wash. They are okay. If you need a quick quack car wash, you get what you pay for and honestly, its a lot! It's not cheap and the wash is just okay. I think the best thing they have is locations. I really don't like coming here, but when I really want a quick car wash, this is a place i can go to. I have a better place I go to, but it's local and I wrote a review on it. It's way better. They have great working vaccuums, air blowers and it actually washes your car. I feel like this place just moves the dirt around. I paid for the tire shine and there was no shine to my tires, it did leave a nice line of dirt along the skirt of my car. Thank you for that because that's what i needed. Squeaky Clean! Duck... Duck... Duck... Goose! Quick Quack is my stop for bubbles and shine. My new car is all clean thanks to this car wash. I have a membership so I can visit any Quick Quack location, whenever I want. I like to explore different locations just to compare and for convenience. This one was just as good as other locations. I rolled up and they checked me in. Handed me a dash wipe, and sent me through the wash. It wasn't crowded at all. I was the only one there. So no wait or line. My car was done quick and looked great. Shiny and pretty! I have no complaints about this car wash. I love my membership! read more

The Quick Quack at this location is mediocre compared to their other locations. I would say it is of very minimum quality. The car tunnel is short, with barely washing time. The driveway to enter the car wash is very tight. I can see why people scrape the cement barrier along the way. They used to have something different: the free touch-up towels were complementary, but not anymore. All the buckets were empty. This location doesn't have an air compressor either, which is a bummer since the car left the tunnel with a lot of water still on the vehicle. This might be the worst QQ that I've been to. From the narrow path you have to go through just to get to the gate to check in, to the wash itself; horrible. I went through the car wash and the bristles weren't even turning... felt like my car got a rinse, not a wash. Half of the vacuums were working and only a couple towels to dry off with. This place has location and convenience factor. The customer service is either amazing or horrible. I think there's a lot of staff turnover. The supervisor, who I think is based at this location, is amazing. Not everyone follows his lead with the customer service. Unfortunately, both locations have been out of wet wipes for over a month and when they do get them, and they are extremely stingy. What about the 15 wet wipes I did not get between my three cars and my $80 a month membership? They do have towels sometimes, but everybody uses those on the outside of their car. Quick Quack - you really need to fix the situation with the included interior wet wipes. OR, offer me a premoistened towel that is a different color from the exterior towels offered half the time. It's important! $80 a month! Last week, the customer service guy told me that he could not pass on my message that they really needed to fix the wet wipe situation because it had gone on for too long. He said he couldnt pass it on because he wouldn't remember.... He told me his manager was on vacation. He gave me such a hard time and I was really nice at first. Then I also told him he should learn to lie because he just gave me the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I told him - At least pretend to care? I guess I should appreciate the honesty but for $80 a month for a three car membership, I kind of have an expectation that I'll get a wet wipe at least once a month!!!!!! I'll take a $10 discount and provide my own wet wipes 100% of the time? This operation COULD be so good. The staff at the Beach Blvd location are always so nice, by the way. I never seem to have customer service issues there. I also go there more frequently because it is bigger and much easier to navigate. The potential is there!!!!!! read more

Move on to the next unless you have no other option. I had no other option as I was in the area and decided to get a quick car wash before I needed to be at my destination. Attendant was pleasant. She was the only one I saw working. Quality and pricing, expensive and not worth it. I was overdue for a car wash and decided to splurge a little and went with the most expensive option which cost me $25.99. My windshield still had that windshield wiper residue on it and did not do much to get rid of the bugs and sap/bird poop. They did have free vacuum stations, but there was only one type of hose and the suction wasn't the greatest. read more

This car wash was definitely one of my favorites. The establishment is very clean and the staff is kind and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

If there was a slum lord in the express car wash industry, it has to be the owner/owners of Quick Quack Car Wash. The unlimited package is a great deal but if you're paying for a basic single wash at $10, it should be pretty damn good since other express washes are $7 elsewhere and do a way better job washing in my opinion. The wash is mediocre at best and once you come out, the car has wet spots everywhere and if you don't dry the water drops off the windows, they turn calcified white spots in the sun. The place has trash everywhere in the vacuuming area and the vacuums don't work, have low suction power or the hose attachments are detached. There's only 2 workers there and they man the front (cashier and car wash entrance vehicle guider). So if you're having any type of issues, good luck trying to get someone to help you. Place is a joke, staff can't hear what you're saying nor care. Price is hella expensive also, who pays for $28 for a drive thru car wash. Most places that I have gone to give you an air freshener and wipes for that price. We needed a quick wash and turns out that we should have went a little more down the street to get a wash instead. This place is not worth the money. $22 for a wash that left the car still not fully clean - there were parts where I noticed their brush did not even hit my RAV4! Not to mention my car was still completely wet after. The vacuums were the worst part. It barely had any power and did a terrible job vacuuming up crumbs and other debris. Was so excited to get my car washed without having to step foot outside the car.... And what a trip this drive-thru experience was... I'll preface my statements by saying I went one month without washing my car for before visiting Quack. Even so, I don't really think that's a good excuse for how my car came out. While driving through the car tunnel, the low water pressure, minimal soap action, and gentle brushing/ wiping my car triggered intuition that my car wouldn't exactly come out clean, and I was right! Residual bird poop stains remained, and my car didn't look shiny at all. At best, it looked like my car had been in the rain and that was what washed away the most superficial of stains. I have been to amazing drive-thru washes, but this was probably the worst - Which I really feel horrible saying, but you honestly might be better off hosing down your car in a pinch. read more
