Been a member for the past 3 years but always got the basic membership. It's been decent for the price. Finally got a nicer car and opted out for the ceramic membership, which adds "ceramic coating" and a tire shine. The problem is the tire shine only covers 15% of the tire lol. I guess if I come through the wash 8 times I can get full coverage. Guess I'll go back to the basic membership and shine my own tires. It is an auto car wash at the end of the day. If I cared enough about my car I'll be washing it by hand in my driveway. Which I'll probably end up doing read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Anaheim, California

Great customer service!! Would definitely return to get my cars washed here. Quick drive thru service

I had such a great experience at Quick Quack Car Wash in Anaheim. The young man working the machine was incredibly kind and patient. I was having a rough moment and he actually took the time to listen and be supportive, which really meant a lot. On top of that, he surprised me with a free car wash -- totally unexpected and deeply appreciated. It's rare to run into that level of genuine customer care. I wish I had got his name. Bravo to him Excellent service, quick process, and truly thoughtful staff. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Really great car wash with really kind employees, my car broke down in there parking lot and the manager was really kind to check on me and make sure I was okay read more

Fast service and very effective washes at this location specifically, always an ample amount of towels wipes and vacuums too.

Literally do not go my car is legit still dirty legit went to 5 different parking spots to vacuum and none of them had good suction or were working I just gave up and left. What a waste of money never coming back to this might as well pay the guys in state college who hand wash your car for $40 and it's come out better. Literally dried with stains didn't give me the chance to wipe it clean, the "free clean towels" are all dirty legit the workers are just inside don't even come out to see if everything is going okay. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ITZ WACK read more

Today I noticed the rotating brushes were going pretty hard and I heard a crack. My little mirror was also pushed out. That had never happened at this location so I figured they may have made some changes. Fast forward, I decide to inform staff member Rodrigo who was very polite and kind. Manager Angel came over and brought "before" pictures to show me that my bumper was slightly tilted meaning that it might've caught on during the wash. I asked for "after" pictures and he was very combative and raised his tone insisting on the "before" pictures. I told him that there was no need to raise his voice and be unprofessional and he simply shrugged and said he didn't see a problem with his tone. I asked if I could get those images and he said they do not provide them to people. The situation could've been handled with a lot more professionalism. His demeanor was very arrogant and dismissive. I appreciate Rodrigo being a lot more polite and understanding and even trying to help me. He asked if I was a member and thanked me for being a loyal member. I had never complained or filed a report for anything and this bad experience with their manager reminded me why. Simple, polite communication can go a long way in customer interactions and I hope they learn that. If this happens again to my car I will probably cancel and take it elsewhere. Sometimes their rotating brushes are way too harsh, and Prices have consistently been going up too. read more

Good service, clean towels. Nice people work there. Vacuum area is clean and working . Fast wash and drys quickly

Staff was not polite to start so that wasnt a great first impression. Cheapest wash being $12.99 is high. It is advertised as "good" and it really was just "good" at best. High price for a very basic wash. The vacuum was very weak and didnt really work well. Overall disappointing first experience. Maybe the $27 and $22 is better at that price point. Seems like a place that sells toward premium washes only. read more

Every time I use this car wash my car smells like the sewer. Yesterday I was told they use recycled water. I notice the paint on my car in certain areas is worn. I cancelled my membership today. read more

Clean car wash with friendly staff very helpful with everything answer all my questions

Quick Quack Car Wash - Anaheim (Euclid & Lincoln) I've watched this car wash transform from an old, run-down spot into a bright, clean, and welcoming place! The entire staff is so kind and helpful. I actually arrived before they opened, and they kindly let me start vacuuming early -- which I really appreciated since I have a bad back and needed extra time. They have clean, dry towels for everyone to use and even a fun basketball hoop to toss them into when you're done. The vacuums are powerful, spotless, and have great suction, and the trash cans and parking area are well maintained. The lot is large enough to easily move around your car, and you can tell the team -- including management -- works hard to keep everything neat. They even have water available for spot cleaning, which is a lifesaver for parents like me. Nobody rushed me at all. When the wash officially opened, I decided to go through and even signed up for their monthly membership -- only $40 for unlimited washes! You can add another household car too, and it's super easy to cancel anytime (though I doubt I'll want to). My car hadn't been washed in a while, so I asked if I could go through again and they didn't even charge me extra. The wash left my car mostly dry, but they still had towels ready if I wanted to touch it up. I cleaned my windows, admired how great my car looked, and drove away smiling. Honestly, I can't wait to come back -- something about being over 40 and finding joy in a clean car! read more

Awesome service by the staff. Family loved it. I got the ceramic package and everything went great. Especially the experience

Drive up,greeted by attendant, paid cash, and into the quick car wash we entered. Seriously less than 5minutes! I will come back and take the monthly program. I say the value, free vacuum with plenty of bays is totally worth it! I share some pictures for your review. Ohh almost forgot to share, attendant did tape my back windshield wiper. I recommend this place! read more

I normally get a car wash down the street but decided to try this place as it is closer to home. The first thing I noticed was it was $12.99 for the basic (I normally pay $8 down the street). The next thing was the spot I normally go to has compressed air with the vacuums to blow the dust between cracks and it works great for dog hair also (this spot doesn't have it). Okay and when I finally parked to vacuum I notice my car is still dirty. And my car wasn't even really dirty to begin with. So after drying and cleaning up those spots myself I'm finally ready to vacuum. I noticed the vacuum was a little weak so I moved to a different spot and it was stronger. Overall I'd probably wash it somewhere else.. read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - empty - Car Wash Near Me - Anaheim, California

This car wash is decent. For the price of $10, I'd expect a better clean but you only get a 'Good Wash' option although they don't describe on their pricing board what that consists of. The vacuum stations are a hit or miss because you have to hit an 'On' button, but there was a stall that didn't turn on. There's no clamp at the stalls to hold floor mats so you'll have to hold them up in the air while vacuuming them. The suctions aren't that strong either so it'll take a little longer to vacuum. read more

Overpriced fifteen dollar basic wash that somehow does not even include soap. used to be good. read more

The quality of this car wash is below average. I was very intrigued with their AD on social media. I purchased the subscription. Well I tried it and I wasn't satisfied. No air compressor, huge Nono, for me. Then their dryer system is extremely poor, I wasted 15 mins hand drying my large SUV. The vacuum was mediocre at best with low suction capacity. The cool thing was the cleaning rags that was a near feature but I know why now, so you can manually do labor lol at the point for $37 I rather take it to the hand car wash. So no good value at all. read more

Squeaky Clean! Duck... Duck... Duck... Goose! Quick Quack is my stop for bubbles and shine. My new car is all clean thanks to this car wash. I have a membership so I can visit any Quick Quack location, whenever I want. I like to explore different locations just to compare and for convenience. This one was just as good as other locations. I rolled up and they checked me in. Handed me a dash wipe, and sent me through the wash. It wasn't crowded at all. I was the only one there. So no wait or line. My car was done quick and looked great. Shiny and pretty! I have no complaints about this car wash. I love my membership! read more

They advertise to use rinse free water this LOCATION IS NOT USING IT I PAY $39 for ceramic monthly membership and I do not like to see spots on my car after wash some locations do some do not. This location is false advertisement and management is not using rinse free water to save money and scam members. Because of locations like this makes me want to consider cancelling my membership as it is principle I pay for what is advertised not to be fooled. It is not worth it at this location to wash. read more

Greeter was nice and gave me time to decide on whether getting the membership or not. I feel like it was the smartest option. $23 bucks for unlimited washes seems good. Babes is clean and I can take my time. Again live that I don't get rushed for cleaning. I can take my time. Mom cars are hectic trash bins. Or in my case. read more

Awesome service by them thank u for the great awesome service and for being helpful appreciate it

They are okay. If you need a quick quack car wash, you get what you pay for and honestly, its a lot! It's not cheap and the wash is just okay. I think the best thing they have is locations. I really don't like coming here, but when I really want a quick car wash, this is a place i can go to. I have a better place I go to, but it's local and I wrote a review on it. It's way better. They have great working vaccuums, air blowers and it actually washes your car. I feel like this place just moves the dirt around. I paid for the tire shine and there was no shine to my tires, it did leave a nice line of dirt along the skirt of my car. Thank you for that because that's what i needed. I really don't know what else to say, but it's just okay. you can get a better car wash if you have the time at a coin wash place. read more

Service is fast! And there vacuums work! Thru also have towels for you to use. Great customer service!

Rodrigo was very much polite and was alerted of the stufff the clients needed like towels and cleaning trash

Move on to the next unless you have no other option. I had no other option as I was in the area and decided to get a quick car wash before I needed to be at my destination. Attendant was pleasant. She was the only one I saw working. Quality and pricing, expensive and not worth it. I was overdue for a car wash and decided to splurge a little and went with the most expensive option which cost me $25.99. My windshield still had that windshield wiper residue on it and did not do much to get rid of the bugs and sap/bird poop. They did have free vacuum stations, but there was only one type of hose and the suction wasn't the greatest. read more

This location never have rags to dry the car always empty or other locations near Anaheim. Always full of rags and good service this location on Euclid and lincon always empty. You can go anytime they're always empty and have an excuse to say read more

The Quick Quack at this location is mediocre compared to their other locations. I would say it is of very minimum quality. The car tunnel is short, with barely washing time. The driveway to enter the car wash is very tight. I can see why people scrape the cement barrier along the way. They used to have something different: the free touch-up towels were complementary, but not anymore. All the buckets were empty. This location doesn't have an air compressor either, which is a bummer since the car left the tunnel with a lot of water still on the vehicle. Single wash starts at $12.99, then jumps to $22.99 for a single mid-tier wash. read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - No air compressor or towels - Car Wash Near Me - Anaheim, California

If there was a slum lord in the express car wash industry, it has to be the owner/owners of Quick Quack Car Wash. The unlimited package is a great deal but if you're paying for a basic single wash at $10, it should be pretty damn good since other express washes are $7 elsewhere and do a way better job washing in my opinion. The wash is mediocre at best and once you come out, the car has wet spots everywhere and if you don't dry the water drops off the windows, they turn calcified white spots in the sun. The place has trash everywhere in the vacuuming area and the vacuums don't work, have low suction power or the hose attachments are detached. There's only 2 workers there and they man the front (cashier and car wash entrance vehicle guider). So if you're having any type of issues, good luck trying to get someone to help you. If you're looking for a QUICK wash, don't be a QUACK and bring it here, for real, for real read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - One of several issues - Car Wash Near Me - Anaheim, California

This might be the worst QQ that I've been to. From the narrow path you have to go through just to get to the gate to check in, to the wash itself; horrible. I went through the car wash and the bristles weren't even turning... felt like my car got a rinse, not a wash. Half of the vacuums were working and only a couple towels to dry off with. Whoever made this layout failed. read more

Never disappoints when I go here. Always friendly staff and a clean car:) look forward to coming when I visit from out of town.

This place has location and convenience factor. The customer service is either amazing or horrible. I think there's a lot of staff turnover. The supervisor, who I think is based at this location, is amazing. Not everyone follows his lead with the customer service. Unfortunately, both locations have been out of wet wipes for over a month and when they do get them, and they are extremely stingy. What about the 15 wet wipes I did not get between my three cars and my $80 a month membership? They do have towels sometimes, but everybody uses those on the outside of their car. Quick Quack - you really need to fix the situation with the included interior wet wipes. OR, offer me a premoistened towel that is a different color from the exterior towels offered half the time. It's important! $80 a month! Last week, the customer service guy told me that he could not pass on my message that they really needed to fix the wet wipe situation because it had gone on for too long. He said he couldnt pass it on because he wouldn't remember.... He told me his manager was on vacation. He gave me such a hard time and I was really nice at first. Then I also told him he should learn to lie because he just gave me the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I told him - At least pretend to care? I guess I should appreciate the honesty but for $80 a month for a three car membership, I kind of have an expectation that I'll get a wet wipe at least once a month!!!!!! I'll take a $10 discount and provide my own wet wipes 100% of the time? This operation COULD be so good. The staff at the Beach Blvd location are always so nice, by the way. I never seem to have customer service issues there. I also go there more frequently because it is bigger and much easier to navigate. The potential is there!!!!!! read more
