It was my first time here and was quite excited to bring in my worst condition car for a spa treatment. I was recommended the $200 detail package to help my really bad water spots on my car. They told me my car will be taken care of and will look brand new once finished. I was hopeful. Whole process took just about 1 hour and 45 mins even though I was told 1 hour. All good. It's manual labor work so I rather they not rush through it. After receiving my car back, she definitely sparkled in a way where she hasn't sparkled in years. It was my first time getting a proper detail for her. But upon closer look after I left, she still had water spots on her in some areas. :( I attached some photos. I feel attention to detail could be improved to keep a long term customer. I do want to mention the good things I expended here to be fair in my review. The inside waiting area was air conditioned and comfortable. The outside waiting area is also very spacious. The workers here are also all nice. Since it was my first visit and I got one of the most expensive packages here, unfortunately the results didn't fully deliver. The biggest concern was hard water spots when I brought this car in but it was not fully resolved.

The customer service at this location is horrible, especially from the employee with glasses who was working today. He was rude, dismissive, and gave me attitude when I was already dealing with an issue caused by THEIR car wash. I came here expecting a quick wash, but the wash had an emergency stop while my car was already completely drenched and covered in soap. This is now the THIRD time I've experienced an issue like this at this location. What really pushed me over the edge was the employee having the audacity to tell me to just go to another location while my car was STILL COVERED IN SOAP. He suggested the Anaheim location as if it were right down the street. Why should I have to drive to an entirely different location with soap all over my car because your equipment stopped working? I was so frustrated that I asked him to cancel my membership, and instead of helping me, he basically told me I had to go elsewhere to do that too. No effort to resolve the situation, no apology, and no consideration for the inconvenience whatsoever. I've paid for this membership for over a year, and having repeated equipment problems is frustrating enough. Being met with attitude and terrible customer service on top of it is unacceptable. After three separate incidents, I'm done giving this location chances and will be taking my business elsewhere.
