Giving this place 0 stars for numerous reasons! I would advise going to literally any other drive thru car wash! Came here twice. First time the car wash didn't clean our car, left a bunch of dirt marks that other drive thru car washes can easily do. We came back again, second time still wasn't clean. Employee opened and turned on the car wash 10 mins late with me and others waiting to get our car cleaned, no apology. Employee gave us the wrong wash (we purchased the highest tier big wave and got platinum) and he didn't care to change it. still tons on dirt on car. We were so upset with a second bad experience, we went to office to ask to cancel and ask for a refund. The employee told us to call a number for our refund. This is where it gets good. The woman on the phone first phone call just said she'll have the guy let us go through another wash -as if we wanted to do it again! We told her we didn't want to do it. She didn't want to give a refund initially. We called her again and told her that the employee here told us she would take care of our refund. She the. Asked for us to text her our card number and name, any proof and details to why we want to cancel and get a refund. I sent her a full video of the car, this list of all the things that added to our horrible experience, a photo of a license plate thanking her. Hours later, she calls trying to give us a bunch of excuses to why the car washes wasn't able to wash our car properly. We mentioned again not only the car washes wasn't, but the service and non working parts and she purposely ignored saying "mhmmmm" at first she didn't want to give a refund at all again. Then she said she can do a "partial refund" I am waiting on this partial refund which she needed to back up with excuses to why she couldn't give a refund for bad service. The fact that she was pressuring us to just go through the car wash again was so disappointing and upsetting. I really advise you all to please go anywhere else. It's one thing to have a bad car wash, but to have this kind of customer service as well- waste of time and money. If you guys want your car to be not cleaned after a car wash this is your place. My wife and I signed up yesterday for their lava membership (most expensive one they had) $30. I was not happy with the service they provided and wanted a refund. I called their number and spoke to a representative and they told us to go through it again. I mean that was a bit unprofessional to suggest. Honestly if I went through it once and was not happy you should be a little more concerned of the customer as to why rather than saying just go through again. Anyways I gave a benefit of a doubt and went back the next day and got a car wash and nothing changed still dirty and the unprofessionalism is just the cherry on top we arrived at 7 am which is claimed on there yelp page to be opened and when we got there its closed- about 10 minutes later a guy comes and I asked are you guys open? He says give me 5 minutes. So not only was an employee is late to open it up we got the wrong car wash which is platinum ??? But we paid for the most expensive one hmm. Then I asked the employee just to cancel my membership cause the service they provided was not up to par. Then he said OK I'll cancel it but I mentioned so do I get a refund? Which he just said I don't do that here you need to call and talk them on the phone. Here goes the loop around. So I called the woman on the phone and says OK send me you license plate and card on file and a reason why. When we sent photo evidence of how their car wash did not do its job she goes uh huh like a toddler. She looked for ways to not give a full refund. This is already a big red flag of how an employee or owner tries to find ways to keep your money and be petty its only 30 dollars but it seems like you really needed it, so if she is employee she needs to be fired and if you are the owner which is worst I'm pretty certain your business will last any longer keep up with the great attitude that customers are last and money is first great way to stay in business, and seeing all the negative reviews about you guys I'm really not surprised. read more

The actual car wash machine is one of the best I've ever used, and their vacuums are also top notch. However some of a the employees that work there are horrible. Thursday 4/3/25 @ 1:50pm I came to get my car washed & as I approached the entry gate to pay I see the usual attendant sitting down which doesn't bother me because I'm here for the machine wash anyway. As I approach the entry way to the machine the attendant slowly walks on over towards the machine taking his time as usual, and he makes no attempt to turn around and guide me inside the track, instead the attendant proceeded to walk inside the machine with his back towards me the whole time so I began to pull in. Without a guide it could be challenging lining your tires up with the track. As I attempted to line my tires up I over shot the entry to the track and my tire hit the track. Once the attendant heard the noise it was at that point that he decided to turn around and guide me onto the track. Unfortunately the damage had already been done and a piece of my rim protection snapped right off as you can see in the photo inside the red circles. I understand we all have parts about our job we don't like, & we all often have bad days but with all due respect, their only job is to guide the cars onto the track, we pay with machine, we wash through machine, we vacuum our own cars. Just be carful before entering the wheel tracks, you might have to wait after you pay just until the attendant is ready to turn around and guide you in. read more

We went to the haunted car wash last night and it was fun. The costumes were really good. They gave the ew/creep factor. My 12 year old had a blast. The 8 year old just closed her eyes the whole time. They do try to open your doors so if you don't want that lock them. We kept ours locked and windows up because at first the 8 year old wanted to go but once we got in line of course her mind changed. Price was $39. A fun one time thing to do for sure when in the area. The line goes down the street so plan ahead because it did take us 30 minutes just waiting in line. From the time it starts and you're done it was probably only max 7 mins long. read more

On Dec 6th I was double charged for a polish. I called and left a voicemail on Dec 11th of which the owner called me back. He checked the charge and confirmed the double charge. He told me to come back and the next time they would apply the charged service. When I came back to get the service I spoke with Carlos and showed him all the documentation and he was unable to assist. He said only the owner can assist and he is away on vacation. This review is for the "Tunnel of Terror" haunted car wash held at Big Wave Car Wash in Anaheim. This is by far one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. It was everything I look for in an event---very unique, wacky and downright silly. There are a few things to keep in mind before considering this experience, however. One, the line is very long. We waited a good 45 minutes before we got to the front of the line. Seems fitting, though, since it's close to Disneyland where long lines are a given. While we were waiting, my teenager complained, "This is taking longer than waiting for the Matterhorn at Disney". Well, yea... So if you are adverse to waiting, don't do this. Secondly, this may not be good for little kids (like under 12 years old...I'm being conservative here). There are lots of clowns here. The makeup, costumes, etc. are spot on. Very well done. The first clown that approached our car banged on our door and stuck his creepy face right up to the side window. He drooled while giving us a death scare. I loved it. To a little one, though, this could be absolutely terrifying. Thirdly, if you wanna up the scare factor, keep your car door unlocked before entering the car wash itself. The jump scares are much more effective. These guys will open your door, hiss right in your face, and honk a loud horn at you before closing the door. This was just so awesome. While you're experiencing the whole thing, you tune into a designated FM station that plays creepy background music. This was a great effect. You also get a little treat bag with mini snickers and milky ways as well as coupons for discounted car washes. You can't beat that. I highly, highly recommend this experience. It's more fun than scary, to be honest. The price per car (40-45 bucks, depending on the time you go) is well worth it. Load up a bunch of friends and go. Or bring a date who will be impressed at your choice of a really cool Halloweeny experience. The opportunity to bond is excellent here. The drive to Anaheim was well worth it. The wait was worth it. Compact car wash with 4 wash options ranging from $15 to $6. They also have deals like buy 5 and get 1 free. I chose the $12 wash which was the 2nd highest and it was alright. My trunk was still wet and my tire rims weren't that clean, but the bird poop was scrubbed off. Their vacuums are really strong which is always a plus but the parking spots were a little tight and I drive a small sedan. Bigger vans or trucks might be a little snug. We love this express car wash. The price is great and it does a great job. It has a cleaning station for after your wash that includes a vaccum, air blower (to blow the water out of small areas on your car), a mat cleaning machine (for an additional cost) and a sink if needed. This review is for the Tunnel of Terror. For the price tag ( $50) for this event I'm not sure what exactly I was expecting from a "scary car wash" but this experience was one I could have done without. There was a total of about 6 scare actors present and only 3 interacted with my car. Cars are split into two lines the inner most line seemed to get most of the attention from scare actors. The actors are friendly and were mostly just posing for pictures not scaring. Once you get past the wash selection that's pretty much it. There was not much scare action inside the actual car wash either. When the car wash was over we were rushed out without time for the dryers to actually dry our car. Vacuums were closed and the exit of the event was very disappointing. My friends make the most of every situation which is why I give it a 2 stars otherwise not great. read more

He wasn't present when I was supposed to get my car washed inside the tunnel. He started yelling at me and told me to wait when I was waiting over 4 minutes for him or someone to come. So just a little context my husband and I USE TO LOVE THIS PLACE. We come here once a week and are always nice and tip the employees they always know us and are awesome and kind. Unfortunately today my husband went in like always and when going thru the car wash it pulled the antenna and body of the car out and cracked the top. The employees always tell us to live the antennas in and if there's anything that needs to be taken off they give it to us before driving thru. This time damage was done, I noticed the damage when my husband pulled out and told him to inform the employees. They said they were so sorry and gave us the number to the owner so the damage could be fixed. We thought that would be fine and we could just get a solution because we understand things happen and love this car wash. However we called the owner and he said that it's not his problem and he can't do anything. Then he proceeded to say if it's such a problem for us to get a LAWYER INVOLVED. Well guess what we will be doing that! And even the employees heard this conversation and said that was ridiculous of the owner and he was so sorry that the car wash equipment damaged our car. So guess our next call will be with a lawyer and to not recommend people to come here. At least own up if your business damaged someone else's property, especially of long time customers. read more

I was at the Lincoln location yesterday. I asked an employee for assistance and as I was talking to him, I asked him to please wear his face mask. He refused. He said as long as I was wearing one that was enough. He's talking to me & literally spitting in my face as he's talking. He's in my face because he couldn't understand what I was saying since I was wearing my face mask. I called the owner & he tells me to stop HARASSING his employee for a face mask since I had called him for the second time for this same issue. DOES HE NOT KNOW WE'RE IN A PANDEMIC?? The place also FORCES customers to place a sticker barcode on your windshield AND if you refuse the owner will tell you off like he did to me.
