If only there was an Orange Hand Car Wash up in the bay area where I'm from... Ordered the Executive Wash & got exactly that. Everything was immaculate inside & out. Perfect quality & value in preparation for the photoshoot of my car later that day. In & out in less than an hour. Spotless No complaints. Great value for the money. read more

I absolutely love coming to Orange Hand Car Wash with my truck -- I don't trust anyone else to wash my vehicle. I used to hire a mobile vendor, but there were too many inconsistencies, and for the same amount I was paying them, I get far better quality and care here. Manager Gavin and Detail Master José always take care of my truck and make it look car‑show ready. The amount of detail José and his team put into their work under Gavin's supervision is unmatched. I leave knowing my truck will shine for days, if not weeks. I always get the Executive Wash Package because it's well worth it. There's no other way to go -- the results speak for themselves. And it's a must to tip José and his team; they take their time and pay attention to every single detail. Bringing my truck here has become part of starting my weekend the right way. If you're looking for a true 5‑star hand car wash and detailer, this is the place. Trust me -- you'll leave knowing your vehicle will outshine anything else on the road. And you know how some car wash places leave streaks of water when you roll down the window? Not here. Not with José and Gavin's team. They remove water from every nick and cranny. The quality is consistent every single visit. read more

I paid for the most expensive option -- the "Executive Wash" -- expecting quality service, and instead I got the opposite. I specifically asked for no interior dressing, yet the inside is so greasy it looks worse than before. The dashboard and surfaces are slick like a teenager's forehead. The exterior isn't any better. The roof is covered in streaks, and there's an entire section of the car that looks like it was barely touched. For the price charged, this level of work is honestly unacceptable. Please do better. If you're charging premium prices, the results should actually reflect it. read more

Getzer did a great job with my car! I honestly fell in love with my car again...she looks so good!! The manager and the cashier are also very nice and super helpful! It may be that massage chair in the lobby that added to the nice visit, but overall... these guys did an amazing job and I'm so happy! I've been here before and I'll definitely keep coming back! read more

Orange Hand Car Wash is still the best hand wash I've been able to find in the area. Though I will say, the prices have gone way up and I don't come as often as I used to. It's just too expensive. However if you can afford it, as the name indicates, everything here is done by hand. This is important when it comes to car washes, as the process allows for greater attention to detail and an overall superior result. Mechanical car washes tend to be indiscriminate and rough. Plus if you have a really expensive car you would not want it getting messed up by a machine and this is the solution to that issue. If you have specialty paint, or your vehicle is unusual in some way, this is also a good option. I've seen all sorts of different cars here from huge trucks to lowered vehicles. They offer the full range of standard car wash services from basic car washes, to detailing and waxing, to headlight restoration. They also have a ceramic coating treatment which I have been considering. read more

The guys that did the cleaning of my car were so good. They did good work. Sadly as i was on my way home the windows were still streaked and had spots left. So had to get home and windex it after i paid $45. It also took like an 1:15hr or more. So longer than they told us. It was ok. read more

Orange Hand Car Wash is an excellent spot for getting a premium car wash experience. The staff is friendly and they spend a great deal of time going over your entire car to make sure it's in better shape than when it arrives. It can be a bit pricier than some of the other spots in the area, but you definitely get better service and an overall better product IMO. When I want to get the most meticulous cleaning for my car, I come here (keep in mind that the wash may take longer than you're used to, but that's due to the amount of effort spent making sure your car is totally clean). read more

DO NOT take your new car here. Tired this crash after being recommended. I've been hand washing my car since it is brand new. I searched for a 100% hand wash car wash near me since I was under the weather. This place was recommended, about 7 miles away, so I thought I'd give it a try. I paid for the gold wash. This wash was supposed to include air blow out & seams. They did not do this. The car had a lot of water left in the seams. As we drove off the water was blowing back all over our car. When we got home I had to take a wet cloth and rub out all the dried water spots on the car. You cannot watch your car being washed, it's out of viewing area. However my husband went to take a peak. He came to the waiting area to tell me they use a broom to clean the top of the cars?! It is supposed to be microfiber cloths? I didn't like hearing this. Our car had a lot of swirl marks on it too. Never had this since it's brand new, and we use microfiber mitts and cloths to wash and dry. I can't believe I paid $50 to have to basically rewash the car when I got home. I will never go back and don't recommend this place either. The pictures speak for themselves. read more

Orange Hand Car Wash - Who knows what but probably can be wiped off. - Car Wash Near Me - Orange, California

I went on Tuesday and purchased the Executive Wash for $78.99. I was also charged an additional $10 for "stain removal," bringing the total to about $90 before tip. Unfortunately, the service did not match the price. Several areas inside the car were not properly vacuumed, and parts of the interior and side mirrors were still dirty (see photos). The extra $10 felt more like a consultation for a higher-priced detail rather than an actual service. For a premium wash, I expected much more attention to detail. It felt like it was rushed. I also did not receive the advertised free microfiber towel. Overall, I did not see a noticeable difference compared to lower-priced washes. This service was not worth the cost, and I left disappointed with the quality. read more

First time here based on location and their operating hours. Was in desperate need of a nice hand wash for my car. Pulled up and noticed there were plenty of cars in queue. That's a good sign because it made me feel like I made the right choice in picking this establishment. I was pretty quickly helped by Alex and chose the type of wash. He said wait time for my car would be an hour and he gave me the receipt at 2:15pm. He also let us know they had 2 waiting areas on each side. And said the one upstairs to the left had games, so we decided to go there. Upon walking in, I was very impressed with the awesome wait room full of various games, pool tables and comfortable sitting areas. With AC and a lot of tv screens showing various different channels. I was impressed! A+ Orange Hand Car Wash! Great job creating such a nice atmosphere, especially if it's hot out and you come with kids! Now on to the most important part: the quality and outcome of my car. I chose their Platinum Wash for $53.99. My car came out nice and clean. And the detail person was super nice and kind. I really appreciated the great customer service from everyone. I will be back! Definitely a great choice coming here today! They even have a stamp card that will get you a free wash! read more

I took my car in for window tinting at their Orange location and I absolutely LOVED my experience. I called for a quote and set up my appointment super easily. Upon arrival they gave me a perfect explanation of what to expect and how long it'd take. I dropped my car off and came back a couple hours later and my car looks AMAZING! Their tint job is NO JOKE! I will highly recommend these guys to anyone I come across that needs their windows tinted. I'm beyond thrilled and more than happy with their service. Thank you SO much! read more

Gavin was absolutely amazing. I am getting ready to drive my car halfway across the country and wanted a nice coat to keep it protected during. Got a new Tesla, went on first road trip to San Francisco. Came back home to Orange County. Dead bugs covered the front of my car. From bottom of grill area all the way up thru hood, side mirrors and windshield to top of car. Brand new white car covered in dark bug matter and dried up bug juice. They also baked in the heat and sun over 2 days during my round trip from Orange County to San Francisco. So I was a little nervous that my brand new white Tesla would be forever etched with bug matter. ORANGE HAND CAR WASH is the best I've been to in my 25 years as an adult. They cleaned my car. Around $50 for the wash. Additional $6 for them to treat car first with bug wash spray. The gentleman who took my car wash order... I'd love that man myself if I was into men. But I'm a dude who is into women. Anyway, the guy was totally welcoming, and gave the great recommendation for them to treat with bug spray first. MY CAR CAME OUT CLEAN AND LIKE NEW. What more can you ask for? Hand wash, great service, friendly people. The female cashier was friendly and courteous. The gentleman who finished cleaning my car was friendly and courteous when handing car off to me. I tipped $10. Yes, no one wants to for anything at today's prices... But in case you haven't heard... We got hit with major inflation. All things considered, I'm fine with paying $50 for the Wash, $6 for bug spray treatment, and $10 tip. Try finding another car wash in this Orange County area that gives you remotely similar service and welcoming attitude. You can't! read more

I was in an accident and my car got scratched up pretty bad but they were able to buff most of it out and my car looks almost new again! They polished it and put a new wax coating on to protect my entire car. My car looks even better than it did before the accident! They were very quick (only a few hours) and the price was fair. I went in early on a Sunday morning for a car wash, thinking it would be a good time since they weren't busy. Even though there were no cars before or after me, the guy checking in vehicles was rushing for no reason. I paid $65 for the Diamond Wash and added a $10 spray-on wax. When I got my car back, it was obvious they had cut corners. The front and rear windows weren't fully wiped, the interior was barely cleaned, and there was a black residue on the side panels inside the car that definitely wasn't there before. I went back to point it out, and the same guy just tried to buff it out--no apology, no accountability. I told him the job wasn't done properly, but he didn't seem to care. He barely removed the black marks, and I left frustrated. (The photo I attached was taken after he tried to remove the residue.) I used to be a regular here because they actually did the work and took pride in it. But the past few times I've come, the quality has been consistently bad. It feels like they just rush through every job now, regardless of how much you pay. For $75, I expected a clean car and attention to detail--not a careless, half-done wash. Definitely will not return. read more

Good car wash . I live I. Irvine and always come to this location for car wash. Will recommended other people to come

All the car washes are expensive these days but at least the service was good and car was clean.

Been coming here for 5+ years and unfortunately it has no longer been my go to. I used to drive half an hour because the customer service and quality of service was spot on but it's drastically declined in the past few years. Pricing has gone up and quality has gone down. New cashier was pretty rude scrolling on her phone while processing my payment. Not very welcoming at all. Just doesn't feel worth it anymore. read more

Came here to get a quote for wax/clay bar because a section of my hood was scuffed up. Talked to Gavin who only quoted $50-60 to do that section of the hood versus having to pay $300 for the whole car. Was happy to only have to do that section. Opted for the Gold Wash ($39.99) in addition to the buffering, ~ $100 + $10 tip. Not a bad deal. Car came out clean and Gavin showed me the work they did on the scuffs, was happy with the result. Will come back for another wash and full detail in the future. read more

The best wash ive been to, they take time to do a high quality job and it shows. Ill be back

Not recommended at all! It took them 1 hour and 40 mins to do the regular car wash and towards the end it started to drizzle and they wouldn't even give a rain check discount or option. Their response was ohh we can just wipe it down but it's not really raining. Absolutely trash response, takes too long to clean a car and will be looking for a new car wash‍ and they still dare to charge me almost $2 for using credit card like wtf Update: Alex the manager reached out to me promptly to try and resolve the matter in an amicable and understanding way. I was asked to come back and got my car rinsed and wiped down to remove the rain spots and Alex came out to apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you and will definitely reconsider going back after the service recovery! read more

I was looking for a hand car wash in Orange and decided to try Orange Hand Car Wash for the first time--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I pulled in, the way they treat their customers truly stood out. Gavin greeted me right away and was welcoming, attentive, and professional, taking the time to go over the car wash services and making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. That same level of care continued all the way through with Alex. The team goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of, and it shows in how they interact, communicate, and carry themselves. The quality of service was excellent, and the pricing was very fair for the level of care and attention they provide. It's rare to find a place that delivers both outstanding customer service and great value. You can tell they take pride in their work and how they treat their guests. I will definitely be back again when I'm in the area. read more

I came here for a car wash on a busy day and it took longer than usual. The manager acknowledged that and apologized for the wait and thanked me for my business. The wash was great so no complaints there. They also didn't try to upsell which I appreciate. This seems like a very honest business. I honestly can't stand coming here. I've probably been here around 12 times total, and every single time I leave regretting it. The only reason I ever step foot in this place is because it's my absolute last resort, either everywhere else is fully booked or this is the only spot open on a Sunday. Otherwise, trust me, I wouldn't bother. It's honestly shocking how much poor customer service can ruin an experience. The minute I walk in and see this guy's face, my mood instantly shifts. His attitude is miserable, his energy is negative, and it feels like he goes out of his way to make me feel unwelcomed. I believe his name is Alex, salt and pepper hair, sour expression, and absolutely zero people skills. It's almost as if he's proud of how unpleasant he can be. Unfortunately, I end up matching his energy, which I hate about myself, but it's hard not to when you're met with that kind of attitude. On the flip side, there's another guy there, I believe his name is Vic, who is the complete opposite. Friendly, polite, and professional every single time. Honestly, the only reason I kept coming back in the past was because of him. But once I noticed he wasn't there as often and it was mostly Alex, I stopped coming altogether. It's incredible how two people working under the same roof can deliver such drastically different experiences. I highly recommend Ultimate Custom Care in Tustin, off First Street. The owner there is incredible! Since the very first day I brought my car in, he's remembered both me and my vehicle. He's highly experienced and truly knowledgeable when it comes to servicing high-end vehicles. I never have to remind him of anything, he knows exactly how my car should be serviced. That's a contrast to Alex over at Orange Car Wash on Chapman in Orange, who told me I should remind him if my vehicle needs to be off track, or on track, because he sees many cars and can't remember. That speaks volumes about the difference in attention to detail between the two places. read more
