Pretty disappointed. I paid extra for a polish because I had some bugs after a long road trip. Still had bugs on the hood. I didn't pay for a full 'interior detail' but they said they would still vacuum under the Mats and the seats but they didn't. They also didn't even windex the interior of the windshield or Windows. Just bummed out that after spending $70 I need to go vacuum out my car again, Wipe down all the interior windows and rewash the plastic mats. I didn't know the bare minimum of vacuuming and basic window interior wasn't included. Next time I'll save my money and do it myself. read more

I've been using this car wash for the last 4 years, and it's gone steadily downhill in the last 2. I held out hope when the prices were raised, but started losing it when the quality of service just went down. Things that used to be free, like drying your car, are now a paid add-on, and the attendants really do NOT care about wiping your mirrors down (when they used to! It was something I loved about this place). Not to mention, the place itself is constantly breaking. There's always issues with the gates, I've gotten stuck in there quite a few times for longer than 10 minutes (which I've never minded, just noted), and the chain has broken while I've been in line before. That actually happened today, and I unfortunately didn't have time to wait 20 minutes for them to fix it (that's how long they told me it would take to fix it). The attendants told me to go inside to get a refund, but the cashier didn't know how to give me a refund. So I was there for an extra 25 minutes while the cashier is FaceTiming her coworker, getting a step-by-step on how to issue a refund. That was the final straw. It's sad that I used to like this place and recommended it to all my friends and family for years, but now I will be telling them to take their cars elsewhere. Truly a disappointment. read more
