The service was horrible and the employees we're extremely rude. It was my first time there and I was given no explanation of their services, the cashier greated me with "you want the basic wash?" and didn't explain their offerings. That being said of course I wanted to vacuum my car and the provided vacuums for self service were outdated and hardly working. I mistakenly tried to use their stations that are meant for their paid services and instead of explaining kindly they simply pointed to the corner with a rude attitude. I will never be coming here again for rude service and poor quality equipment, just because I didn't pay for the full service doesn't mean the service I did pay should be subpar. I would give 0 stars on attitude. read more

I have been coming to Freeway Express Wash for years and they overall always do a fantastic job! The crew is always friendly and helpful and never disappoints!! Another perk is that every 10th car-wash is on the house! Cheers read more

Pretty disappointed. I paid extra for a polish because I had some bugs after a long road trip. Still had bugs on the hood. I didn't pay for a full 'interior detail' but they said they would still vacuum under the Mats and the seats but they didn't. They also didn't even windex the interior of the windshield or Windows. Just bummed out that after spending $70 I need to go vacuum out my car again, Wipe down all the interior windows and rewash the plastic mats. I didn't know the bare minimum of vacuuming and basic window interior wasn't included. Next time I'll save my money and do it myself. read more

I've been using this car wash for the last 4 years, and it's gone steadily downhill in the last 2. I held out hope when the prices were raised, but started losing it when the quality of service just went down. Things that used to be free, like drying your car, are now a paid add-on, and the attendants really do NOT care about wiping your mirrors down (when they used to! It was something I loved about this place). Not to mention, the place itself is constantly breaking. There's always issues with the gates, I've gotten stuck in there quite a few times for longer than 10 minutes (which I've never minded, just noted), and the chain has broken while I've been in line before. That actually happened today, and I unfortunately didn't have time to wait 20 minutes for them to fix it (that's how long they told me it would take to fix it). The attendants told me to go inside to get a refund, but the cashier didn't know how to give me a refund. So I was there for an extra 25 minutes while the cashier is FaceTiming her coworker, getting a step-by-step on how to issue a refund. That was the final straw. It's sad that I used to like this place and recommended it to all my friends and family for years, but now I will be telling them to take their cars elsewhere. Truly a disappointment. read more

Live right down the street. Always bring my truck here. Great wash. Guys that do interior do a fast and efficient job. Never had any complaints. Price is a bit high. $45 for diamond wash. But don't do it often so it works. Saves me time and hassle of doing it at home. Always remember to tip your attendant. read more

I always have good service here. Erick is very nice and helpful and they do a thorough job!

Great service very friendly. They really clean the inside of the car extremely well. I go to the beach a lot so they are able to vacuum all the sand out. I paid for the diamond wash for 45$ which is a pretty good value. I haven't washed my car in 5 months and they were able to get everything cleaned. I normally get the 30$ wash and it does really well but i was long due for a carwash! read more

They are Very friendly and kind. They are fast and did an excellent job. I will definitely come back again.

Best Car Wash Experience! I don't usually write reviews, but this car wash truly deserves the praise! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. They walked me through the different service options and helped me choose the best one for my car's needs. The wash itself was fast but super thorough--my car came out sparkling clean, inside and out. They didn't miss a single detail, from the tires to the dashboard. The drying process was flawless too--no streaks, no spots, just a gleaming finish. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Prices are very reasonable for the level of service you get, and they even offer membership deals if you wash regularly. I left feeling like I had a brand-new car. Highly recommend to anyone who wants quality service, friendly staff, and a car that shines like it just rolled off the lot! read more
