I had a great experience at Santiago Hand Wash in Santa Ana today. While I was waiting for my car to be finished, one of the employees (Oscar) came over and politely asked me to confirm my ticket number. Once I did, he handed me **$220 in cash** and explained that the vacuum had sucked it up from underneath my seat while they were cleaning my car. I honestly had no idea the money was even there, and it would have been very easy for someone to keep it and never say a word. Instead, this employee went out of his way to find me and return every dollar. Honesty and integrity like that are hard to find these days. I was so impressed by his character and professionalism that I happily gave him a **$40 tip** to show my appreciation. Thank you to the team at Santiago Hand Wash for employing such honest people. You've earned a loyal customer, and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a quality car wash with employees you can trust. read more

Pumped gas here last night, 8/28/26, and spent $60+ only to deal with one of the most useless clerks I've encountered. Not a greeting, not a "hello," not even the bare minimum acknowledgment of a customer walking in. Just standing at the register staring at his phone like the entire store was inconveniencing him. I asked for the restroom code because, after spending $60+ at this establishment, I figured using the restroom and washing my hands before leaving wasn't exactly an unreasonable request. He tells me the restroom is "closed." Mind you, this was before 9 PM. I leave and head back to my car, only to notice him shortly afterward moving the mops and buckets that were conveniently blocking the restroom doors when I came in. So apparently the restroom wasn't closed. You just didn't feel like getting up and moving the things blocking it. Lazy ass bum. That's actually worse. If you're going to be lazy, at least be consistent enough to commit to the lie. I would've been better off spending my $60 somewhere that understands the very basic concept of customer service. Definitely won't be going back. Some people really do the bare minimum and still somehow manage to make that look like too much effort. read more

Extremely great service! I told them my needs for my car and they went above and beyond my expectations. Literally my car looks so brand new!!! Worth every single penny, thank you! read more

I have way too many positive things to say about this business to fit in one review, so I'll give the highlights. They should teach a master class in Customer Service here, every individual is awesome to say the least. To name a few Santiago, Edgar, Oscar and Manny always make my day with their excellent attitude and top notch detailing service. This is the best full service Detailer around, especially for the price point. If you want your vehicle to truly be taken care of inside and out, come to Santiago 76. They also have a very comfortable waiting room with AC! read more

I went in to cash lottery and this new guy with glasses was so horribly rude to me. I told him it wasn't okay to speak to me that way and he said too bad get out he isn't paid well anyways and doesn't care if he loses his job. Wow. This guy was new and normally other men working here are so nice. Please replay your tape around 12:40 of just after. I know your manager would not be okay with this. read more

Great customer service , very professional , I'm a regular here , Mr.Manny and Mr. Santiago great support very professional employees , I was there last Sunday and an entitled woman was yelling at a young man, who explained to her that he was new and he was doing his best with the lotto tickets , (long story short ) I was very disgusted by the way she treated him and he was doing his job to the best of his abilities . No human being should be treated this way . I want to apologize to that young man . He was professional and asked her to leave . read more

Great service to my car. And for 30 dollars full service it's pretty worth it. They cleaned everything from the Sap from a tree and the sticky stuff from a plant. Also very family friendly. While my car is getting washed I can go to the convenience store and get me a snack and a drink. Great place would recommend. read more

Always cool going into the market and getting what I need. Everybody that works there are friendly and inviting.

hand car wash. reasonable prices and they do a great job interior and exterior. it can take a while but it's worth it.

Gasoline station is okay it's one of the guys that works here that made me mad. Usually buy coffee, snacks, gas you name it never had a problem until you ask for a "BATHROOM" if you are going on trip or need to go and you bought anything they'll hit you still with -oh they are cleaning the restroom at all times, this was the 2nd time I asked he sent me next door shop read more

As a Criminal Defense Attorney, I meet lots of folks at Courthouses across Southern California, and a clean vehicle is a reassuring symbol of Professionalism. Plus, I've been a car nut since my first Matchbox toy. So, if I can go to any car wash as I traverse the jurisdictions, why do I always ALWAYS bring my toys here? PROFESSIONALISM ! JoeS. read more

Horrible service, don't be an idiot like me and try to get a quick wash only for your car to get fucked. Sure bring you cheap cars here but anything above 60k go to a better handwash. Why? 1. They used old brushing sticks that will scratch your paint. 2. The service is just not what you pay for. I'm such an idiot, what a regret. read more

Wife and I moved to Santa Ana not too long ago which meant we had to find a closer spot to get our car washes and we are so blessed to have found this place. For $25 for her Corolla and $35 for my Tacoma it's the best bang for your buck. Even on their busier days it doesn't seem like it takes long at all. They do great work especially for that price! read more

CLEAN! Been here twice to use the ATM and check my tire pressure. It's always clean inside and everything works. I got cash from the ATM and bought 3 perfect yellow bananas (I've been shopping for bananas at the grocery store and they're all super green and would take a couple days to ripen). This station is not only, it feels way safer than the gas station on the other side of the freeway about 0.3 miles from here. read more

Decent. Better than a lot of other car washes. They did recently raise the price from $20 to $30. I didn't feel it was worth $30 since they claim it's an all hand-wash package when, in fact, they just drive it through the machine & finish it off by hand (windows, interior). All in all I would go back (unless they raise their prices again). read more

10:35pm pumped gas and went inside to use the restroom and they said they were closed. wtf!? this is stupid! wasted my time pumping gas here. I do not recommend this spot, take your business elsewhere. read more

I've had 2 washes here. The first one was so impressive that I came back. But I was very disappointed today. I paid $35 plus tip and didn't even realize that they didn't even clean the interior dust off my seats and interior. This is after I told them I wanted the interior wiped down and cleaned. I was very specific. I didn't even notice all the dust still remained until after I drove off.. very disappointed, especially after paying $35. I will not be returning. There's plenty of options out there read more

Paid for the truck to be vacuumed and it was dirty the didn't even bother to dry the truck bed. The place was dead and they had plenty of employees but no one bothered to ensure the inside was clean. When I asked the employee about the carpet he said it got dirty when they got inside to clean it. Worse $40 spent. read more

I came in on my lunch mid-week to get a full car wash ($25). There was one car in front of me. In total 6 different employees touched my car. I watched as they diligently dried and cleaned my car. Unless you are paying for full serious detail, I don't usually expect that much in terms of every detail getting touched. However, I watched one of the employees walk around my car and spot clean areas. I'll definitely come back for a future wash mid-week. There is limited seating outside, I can imagine on a weekend it can feel crowded waiting for your car. At the very least, it's reasonably shaded where you wait. read more

I come here for their car wash. This location has a full service one AND (if you're in a hurry) a drive thru car wash. The nice part of this car wash is they hand wash your car before pushing it thru the water wash. Then, they hand dry your car AND use armor all on your tires for $10. There's no penalty or upcharge if you have an SUV, and they offer you a bottled water if its a hot day. The drive thru service doesn't get your car 100% clean, but its 90% cleaner than it was before. If you fill up your tank, you can get a discount on the car wash. read more

Came to get gas and my sister wanted water and the guy was closing the door, and I asked him if she can get water and he said yes of course, the allowed her to run inside and get water, that actually made me happy, he could have said no, but he didn't he allowed us to get water and that means a lot to me. Thank you for everything. This gas station is very clean and everything, I really enjoyed the customer service. read more

Went to this fake 100% hand car wash which is a lie. They run it through a belt with the machine that gets soapy and use a pressure washer to finish the job. The guy said currently NO Full Service. No wax and no interior or vacuum. I currently see other cars getting the interior and wax done. Never again to go here for a half competed task. Worst service ever. Would never recommend even if desperate to clean your car. Hiring the kid on the block to wash tour car on Saturday for 5.00 would do a better job. Worst car wash ever. read more

People, who work at this gas station, are super nice! I always like coming to this gas station because all workers are really kind! Today, they were sailing masks. Each mask was sold for $6.50. It's really sad that this gas station is making money out of a sad time! We are supposed to come united to to break apart like this! So sad! COVID19 is already sad like for business to take advantage of people! read more

Took my Tesla model y to get it washed they told me it's 100% hand wash but it was 100% brush wash which scratched all my paint. 2nd they over charged me cuz it was early morning their sign said 14.99 they charged me $25 plus I tipped the guy $10. After I sat in my car my whole roof was dirty and teslas are all glass when it comes to their roof so right in front of them I had to clean my windows again cuz it was all dirty and they didn't bother to say hey well do it. Waste of $35. read more

I paid 140.00 + 20 for tip for the diamond detail. They kept my vehicle for 4 hours and I imagined the vehicle would be clean. The interior was dirty and it had a heavy coat of armor-all which clearly showed the places they fsiled to clean. My rims were dirty they didn't coar the tires, the list continues. To top it off, I was disrespected by the employee who handed me my keys by calling me "mamacita." Rather than calling him out on it, here is my review. read more

My wife told me about this place and today was my first time here. From what I saw, the value of the cost to the amount of work put into cleaning your car is definitely worth. Up to this point, I was taking my car to the better of the worst services. This place exceeded my expectations! read more

THIS PLACE WILL RUIN YOUR OLDER CAR!!! I went there because it said 100% Hand Wash and I wanted something a little better than the drive through wash because I was taking it to be sold. So what's better than drive through... that's a 100% Hand wash right? NO, they power washed a big chunk of my clear coat off. Which in turn took $250 off the sale price of my car. Then as their resolution was a letter telling me don't bother taking them to court because they have already dealt with this complaint before, but they offered to clean and detail my car. Why on earth would I want to come back, just so that they an ruin my car again?!?! Honestly, I don't care if it won't hold in court. If you are going to a lot of court cases on this, you are the problem!! It's just a matter of being thoughtful to your customers and showing that you want to make things right. There is no reason a car should come out worse than it went in, if you are professionals then you should know how to take care of older paint. I will never use their services again. I am not the type to speak poorly of others but this is really inexcusable. I get that accidents happen and they accidentally power washed my clear coat off because it was old and nobody cared. If you know this can happen with older paint then you should be able to dial down the pressure washer or I don't know wash it by hand. I would have been much better off just going through a drive through car wash which I did just last week and my car made it through just fine. read more

Very clean and friendly staff just wanted to let people know to watch out for this guy. Second time seeing him here but was different this time. We made I contact and he started approaching me, then he suddenly went behind the pumps and around the building in the center as if he was trying to get behind me. I was already waiting for him to come around the corner and he was surprised to see that. I got in my truck and he got very close and hovered by my driver side window until I left. This gas station is decent priced. Has a car wash and mini mart. They have lil tv's at the pumps with advertisements. I don't like the location. If your going east on 17th, you have to make a u-turn or a left at the light to get in. Plus to leave and get back on 17th east, you have to go out the side driveway exit to wait at the light to turn left to get on the street. But, it's all doable. Just hate you don't have a quicker get away. read more

Best car wash service and best customer service! Not only do they wash and clean you car really good, but the customer service has to be the best from all the many car washes I have been in Santa Ana. Santiago 76 - Getting my baby cleaned... - Gas Stations Near Me - Santa Ana, California

They didnt clean the interior well at all...didnt even pop the gas tank or trunk to wipe off excess was water and dirt. My mats were filthy and it looks they left a wet rag on my back seat and left a white water stain. I paid and asked for fragrance....the guy up front, instead of putting on the ticket says, tell them when you pick up your car????? Never happened. When u pay for the top cleaning and it includes interior.....the interior should be wiped down... The middle counsel area should be focused on as well as the door areas.... Rubber mats left dirty.......I've never had a car wash not clean those. Interior was hardly touched except for vacuuming. Exterior was mediocre as well.....no effort put in....just what seems like a quick dry off Wont be referring anyone or going back....sad because I really want to find a place....thought this could have been a possibility...nope. read more

Reading all the current reviews I was skeptical because they were bad, but my coworker goes here frequently and said that it is very good so I tried it. I was very happy with the service I received, I wanted to give 4.5 stars, but you can't do that, so I figured that for $20 Full service wash, it earned 5 stars. There were still a few crumbs, and the car was a little wet in some places when I got it, but otherwise my car is about as clean as when I bought it. He told me it would be 50 minutes and my car ended up being done at around 35 minutes, so I was very surprised, and happy that I didn't have to wait so long. All the dirt that I couldnt get off the outside was gone, and all the trash that was stuck in my seats was cleaned out (honestly was worried it might not be but I am so happy that it was). I will certainly be coming back here for future washes. read more

This place can be better. There is two entrances to the gas station/car wash so it is convenient to go if it gets packed. They have restrooms which is good (rare for gas stations in Santa Ana) Staff is friendly, location is near the freeway for easy access. I love the car wash even with the wax included, all for $20 is awesome. Discount on gas if you get a car wash. They clean the outside really well and vacuum the inside as well. They can improve on the vacuuming part though. Come here if you need a wash, but a good discount on gas. read more
