Last night, after eating at a restaurant in Anaheim, I noticed I needed gas. I stopped at this location because Chevrons are typically safe, clean, and have great customer service. I'm near 43 years old and was there with my 12 year old son and two fellow coaches for my Semi-Pro football team. As I exited my car, I got sick. I tried to go to the trash can, but my head wouldn't fit because the cans were in the small panel next to the pump. So I tried to make it inside to the rest room, but could not make it. I began to regurgitate away from the pumps and in a small section. As I am sick, the employee comes out and verbally assaulted me. Never asked to see if I were okay or needed medical assistance, but insisted to berate and cuss me out calling me racial names, homophonic slurs, and unleashed his rage on me. I was puking my guts out so bad, the blood vessels around my eyes popped and I almost defecated myself. Once I finished, I intended to go inside to ask for stuff to clean up the mess. The employees approach in front of my son was unacceptable. Cussing me out in front of my child, talking to me like a vagabond was embarrassing. My friend heard me being berated as well and got out of the car and asked him to stop. The man unleashed his vulgar rage and rants on my friend as well. He threatened us with calling the police, which I would have been fine with because this employees lack of balance and emotional intelligence would have been addressed immediately. I was embarrassed, attacked, mistreated, stereotyped, and disgusted by this employees. This man did not represent the chevron standards or value. It is my hope corporate or the location owner follows up with me immediately. This man was a misrepresentation of the company. I had to explain to my son how the rep had a bad day and made a poor choice of words, when it was his attempt to abuse his authority as an employee. Please contact me ASAP. read more

Do not bother they can careless if your car died. The only reason why they stay in business it's because it's a busy intersection. Otherwise no restrooms and not one wore a mask in fact by all three employees. The frosted hair female was polite but no one wanted tobe bothered to help me with a gas container. It is trendy stand point especially in this gas station to not give a damn. To the little Mexican man the stranger that helped us made it better. A big "Muchas Gracias!" So the moral of the story if u are short w luck just remember they DO NOT CARE. Not friendly No restrooms No one cares and w a big smile ear to ear. Tried to use the restroom today. Even offered to make a purchase and all I got was a snotty answer The bathroom is closed. "There is no water". Quite frankly as a white person I feel like I'm getting the Mexican attitude as you don't belong in this neighborhood so just leave I've experienced this from several other Chevron stations in the area and it's getting very old. I understand they need to keep the bathrooms locked due to the high homeless population in the area but I'm a working individual of the community. This nonsense needs to stop. read more

I got a call from someone saying they were from the corporate office. She said her name was Angelica-she lied! I confirmed with the corporate office that she didn't work for them. I was told by the corporate office that she was probably the manager of the Chevron station I had an issue with. Goes to show you that this place is ethically challenged! I left without handing them my money, after waiting outside for 15 minutes because the 24 hour gas station was closed for lunch. Cars were backed up at the pumps, others circled the place, cars that couldn't wait just left. The guy that worked there just sat in the store and pointed at the handmade sign he put in the window. Not sure how long it had been there, but it was clear it had been awhile as people sat around in their car waiting to buy items and etc. If you have time to wait at their convenience and pay high prices for horrible service, then this is the place to be. Tried utilizing the app to get a discount, but it was not scanning. The app has been having issues (which could be from the transition to a new app) but MARY couldn't care less or it seems she's not knowledgeable at all. Instead of offering solutions, she started talking about me in Spanish to her partner (which I speak) and using accusing language saying I've used the app today or someone else has used it and to not listen to me. She scanned the app on the other attendants phone and said "you see you've already used it". This is an app.. it can only be on one phone. I had the same issue at a different location the previous day and they were so much kinder and able to offer solutions. All she cared about was being right and not even listening to potential concerns. She then just left the situation to be on her phone. Yes it's a gas station but she could at least act like she cares about her job. Now I don't even want to bother coming here to try to use the rewards app they push on the customers. I come to this gas station on a regular basis to get gas and to wash my car. Haven't had prior incidents before today but now Idk. Today, the car wash machine wasn't spraying soap very well. It kept missing parts of the car and leaking as if it was jammed or out of soap instead of spraying the car. The female and male attendant let me run through the wash again grudgingly after I came in to explain what happened. Male attendant went out to see the car in front of me run through the wash for what felt like less than a minute and wasn't very polite as he told me that it works and I guess I could still use the code. He leaves afterwards. I run through the wash again and it does the same thing, the soap spray leaks and doesn't spray. As I am exiting, both of them are trying to fix the machine and completely ignore me as I pull over to ask if they saw where the machine was malfunctioning as there is a camera installed at the exit of the car wash. I had to repeat myself again before the Female attendant told me no they didn't see me and that hopefully it works next time I use it. Yeah.... I left after that. I like getting my gas and my car washed here, but man my experience today kinda ruined things. I think the gas should be ok, obviously just be careful with the car wash in case it does malfunction. I'm not sure if they are the only attendants - so I am crossing my fingers there are nicer workers. read more

Gas is a little pricey but then again most chevrons are. It was clean and person working was ok. They have a small size food area. The store I think had cigarettes. read more
